I have desktop running Vista and Windows Mail and iPhone 4S. I receive email fine on the iPhone but when I read or reply or delete email on iPhone it does not "register" on the desktop that I have done so.

It seems like once the messages are received on each device they no longer talk to each other. They do not "synch" after intital receipt of message.
Please help.

If this is a POP email account that is normal as they don't sync but merely allow devices to retrieve messages from the server. You have to use an IMAP or exchange account to have changes on one device reflected on the other.

In the ISA550, the setting is under Firewall - Attack Protection - Block Ping WAN Interface. Unchecked it should respond to a ping.

I too have the same problem. The audio drop out of sync in about 5 sec in not uncommon for the audio to be 30+ sec behind video. Apple needs to fix this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! its a joke, my iphone is all messed up after the last update as well. at one time not to long ago apple products and software were top rated, not so much any more, more and more problems are showing up and apple is unwilling or unalbe to fix the many issues. Apple needs to fix the audio sync problem, it not the computer hardware or other software it ITUNES!!!!, there is no workaround other then hitting pause and hitting pause and hitting pause to temp fix the problem.

Regarding your first question about bookmarks, I think you discovered the answer in when you pressed the address bar. The second tab there has your bookmarks.
As for the keyboard, I'm not sure why your Firefox is reacting so slowly; mine seems to show keyboards even when I don't want them. If you have accumulated a lot of history, perhaps that's an issue?
Did you use any third party software to move your Firefox data from internal memory to the storage card?

- To change ID go to Settings>Store and sign out and sign in with the one you want. If you iPod has iOS 5 you may have to also go to Settings>iCloud and sign into the second account.
- Apps are locked to the account that purchased them.
- To update apps you have to sign into the account that purchased the apps. If you have apps that need updating purchased from more than one account you have to update them one at a time until the remaining apps were purchased from one account.

Clean iPhone charging port with clean dry toothbrush. See if better. If still problem clean charging port again with toothbrush and small amount of Isopropyl Alcohol.

Albums are not places to store photos, they're more like "labels" you can apply to photos to better organize them. A single image file can be in multiple albums... they are not copies, it's simply been labelled as being in all those albums. So what you're trying to do doesn't make sense, because it's based on incorrect assumptions.
The iPhoto library will always show all photos that you have added to iPhoto.

All email links have stopped working from both Windows Mail and Thunderbird. It is probably caused by a recent update to Firefox. How can I sort this?

It was OK until a few days ago but now no links work in either Thunderbird or Windows Mail. I have changed nothing so I can only assume that this is another case of an update changing things without my knowledge.
Links within web pages still work. Firefox is the default browser and we have been using Windows Mail and Thunderbird (gmail and googlemail) for at least a couple of years on this computer.

When trying to export data from a program we use, it does not automatically recognize the file format as .xml. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this problem?

I have tried to uninstall verion 3.6 and reinstall. Also, I re-imaged the workstation, but it still does not work. The OS is Windows 7 32-bit. This same process works automatically on an XP workstation. In fact, the machine I re-imaged was an XP box, but it did not work on this particular machine. Hence, the reason for the new image.

I am exporting the file from TxEIS (in the Firefox web browser) and it does not download properly. Acccording to Firefox documentation, it is supposed to automatically recognize the file extension. I have not experienced this on any other machine within our environment. Other users are performing this same process with no problems. The number of devices authorized on an account and the number that an iPhone can sync to are two different things. You can now authorize up to 5 computers or 10 devices to play your content, but still an iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch can only be tied to one computer at a time. You can copy content from other computers to the computer used for syncing, and get it on the iPhone that way.
Connect the phone to that computer, whichever you want to be the "master" of the iPhone. Click on its name in iTunes. On the right there is a Summary screen. Scroll down it and you will see several checkboxes. One of them is "Manually manage music and videos". If this is checked you must drag content from iTunes to the iPhone. If you have a large library, however, this can be cumbersome.
The alternative is to leave this box unchecked, and instead click on the "Music" tab when the phone is connected. You can then just check the content you want on the phone, by artist, genre, title, playlist, etc. After checking you click the "Update" or "Sync" button and everything you have checked syncs automatically.

The TV show I just bought does not register in the cloud and thus I can't watch it . . .

Here's what's happening:
I buy this new show called "Bodertown: Laredo." After the purchase is complete and the 'Play it now' window pops up I choose to shop for more shows instead. When I get back to the show to watch it I find it not listed in my purchased folder and in iTunes it does not have a cloud next to the title. So I purchase it again and now it says that I already own it. This catch 22 goes on for a while until I have enough of it and just purchase the show a second time. I then watch it by pressing play when the play window appears and it plays fine. But when finished it still doesn't show as purchased and still isn't in my purchased folder. So then the next day I report a claim on my itunes account and explain what has happened, customer support nullifies the transaction and credits my account.
The strange thing is that it only happens with this one show. If I buy anything else it registers fine.

Could you please try and import the .mulib file using the Library (Windows > Library) panel? Click the import button (highlighted int he image below) and browse-to & add your add-on to Adobe Muse.
