I have over 40 Itunes purchases and they all play back fine, But my last purchase Ip Man2 keeps freezing on play, I know it's not my PC because all my other itunes movies play fine, wasn't able to get a helpful response from APPLE, How can I get a refund on that purchase or a better copy.

I own the movies and I want them to stay in my iTunes library basically forever.
But in both cases the file name no longer shows in the movie list, so I don't know how to re-download it from the Cloud.
iTunes prefs > Store > Show iTunes in the Cloud purchases.
This will show all your iTunes purchases in your library with a cloud icon down arrow. Click the icon to redownload or click on Play to stream without downloading.

and techncially, you don't "own" the movie, You simply have a license to use it.
Yet the first thing iTunes does when you hit the delete key is tell you that it will remove the movie forever from all devices and the library.
Actually, no it does not tell you that.
FYI: You should keep copies of all yoru iTnue spurahses as the labels/movie studios/copyright owners can pull their product at anytime and it won't be available to redownload.

Im having the same problem, I updated my Iphone 4S to 6.1.3, shortly after that my phone had no audio. It was working fine one minute and then stopped. Was listening to music when sound gave out on me. It wont ring, phone just vibrates even after turning off vibration option. I've tried all the options listed and nothing. My phone has never been jailbroken either. If I connect the earphones is works perfectly. On one of my last calls received, phone's ringtone was heard for about 2 seconds before muting and just vibrating. Ringtone sounded perfect, speakers did not sound damaged.
What else could be done? I've read several post regarding this and it seems like Apple has no solution to this yet. Very dissappointed.

I'm assuming your using iTunes to sync your iPhone correct? When you plug your iPhone into your PC/Mac..Open iTunes. Go to music tab. Pick the music you want on your iPhone. Press Sync. . I'm assuning you've done thiis before so I apologize if I sound like I'm telling you something you've already done. If you can please give more information it would be easier to solve your problem.

DAY 3...and still no news from Apple - What can we do?

I notice that still no-one seems to have a definite answer from Apple about the problems we poor luddites who can't/won't upgrade to iTunes 6 are having with the store (mostly no tracklisting but I think there are other issues too).
Apart from emailing them which seems to illicit no response (has anyone had a response?) what else can we do?

You and David have valid points---technology rumbles on etc. But here's my point: the individual computer owner, who has sunk god knows how much money into Apple, would like to have the option--since s/he knows their computer better than the nameless corporate automatons--to download the software that will run best with their computer. Is that so much to ask? ReallY? For example, I have an 'old' iMac that runs at 450Mhz. The v6 requires 500Mhz. As well, I don't care to ever purchase videos. If Apple would simply let us download pre-existing software, like 4.9 or 5, our problem would be solved and we would have another year maybe two to enjoy the music store.

Glad none of this affects you. but as you can see by the forum(s), lots of folks have been pushed overboard and as one astute poster noted, a simple change in software now will require her to go out and purchase a new computer. Imagine your having bought a 20 thousand dollar automobile and within two years, it stops running because the software that operates the ignition has been upgraded. You can't upgrade as it doesn't match your systems needs or whatever. Would you be p*d off? Might you think it just a tad galling that a company would have you run out and purchase another car because even though they had the version of software you need to run your auto, they wouldn't provide it for you? That's arrogance...and frankly, some of us would rather walk than be treated that way.

try going into settings, safari and clear history. You may also want to clear cookies (means you will need to sign back into sites)
It's possible that that page is a popup ad of some sort that can't run, for example a flash based ad. You may have picked the cookie up browsing the internet and now that it's in there the only way to get rid of it is to clear your history and cookies.

If you print a CMYK document through a non PostScript driver, you will have a conversion from CMYK to RGB and then a conversion from RGB to CMYK, so you may expect any colour to be off.

Add that computer to the Sync service as a new device.
