Anything Downloaded with a Particular Apple ID is tied to that Apple ID and Cannot be Merged or Transferred to a Different Apple ID.

HT5312 I set up an icloud on an old email address that I can't access anymore. So I created a new account as I couldn't remember the security question answers for the old account. My iphone links to the old account. How do I change it to the new one?

When I set up the icloud I was using my then email address. My email address has now changed.
I tried to access under the old email address to change it to a new email address but I couldn't remember the security questions and as I can't access the old email address, I can't change it. So to solve the problem I set up a new account under the new email address. The only problem is my iphone is still asking for the old email address password which doesn't work.
How do I connect my iphone to the new account as it wont let me delete the old account on the iphone without the password (which as mentioned above doesn't work)?

Content is forever tied to the Apple ID that bought it. Apple does not transfer content from one Apple ID to another. Apple does not merge Apple IDs. You will never be able to access your content bought with one Apple ID with a new Apple ID.

How can I move over my iPhoto from iMac 10.5.8 onto new macbook pro Mavericks? Tried file sharing tells me I haven't got the relevant permissions when I try to put it onto desktop. Can someone give noddy instructions on what to do please?

I have tried copying iphoto onto flash drive and then putting on the pro but it just comes up as having no photos in it. Can I have two seperate iphotos on one laptop? The folder got into the Trash because I'm an idiot who didn't think he needed it anymore.
Then I thought: hold on a minute. I'll pull that back out of the Trash before I delete it, JUST in case.
And thank goodness I did.

If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then steps 1 to 5 on the page that you posted from should let you reset them : go to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account, then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you should see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you won't get the reset option - you will need to contact iTunes Support or Apple to get the questions reset.
e.g. you can try contacting iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management , and then 'Forgotten Apple ID security questions'
or try ringing Apple in your country and ask to talk to the Accounts Security Team : http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57
