The iPhone does not store ANY information on the SIM card. If they were truly on the SIM, re-import them from the SIM.
Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendars>Import SIM Contacts.

Just drag the small window to the top right below the toolbar, you'll see the area highlighted and when you drop it the file should dock.

My lock screen just shows a black background and a User Name/Password dialog after opening the screen from sleep. How do I get it back to where it blurs my desktop image with the dialog and my account image displayed?

I'm not sure when it began, but now my Macbook Air only shows a black background and a User Name and Password dialog box when I wake it from sleep. It used to show my desktop background blurred with my user name and icon displayed with only a text field for entering my password. I'm currently using Yosemite (OS X 10.10.1) and all updates have been done. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated as I know this isn't a real problem, just an annoyance since I couldn't find how to change it back in the System Preferences.

Suddenly, I have lost the email toolbar for emails that I "reply" to. The toolbar for new message is still there. What happened and how do I get it back?

I have not updated operating system or anything, I just suddenly lost the tool bar on emails when I reply or forward an email. This means I have no send or forward etc buttons. I have to go into the pulldown menu for commands. When I create a new message, no problem. It won't let me right click on the top of the email to try and add anything. What's happening here? I'm using 10.5.8

See Empty/corrupt iTunes library after upgrade/crash or simply import the media folder back into the library. Restoring a recent backup of the .itl database will restore the original date added values, ratings, play counts, playlist membership, etc. that would otherwise be missing from the reimported media.

Okay, I'm going to try and make as much sense as I possibly can without confusing people. I hope someone can help! So when I downloaded the iOS 7 update one 'major' change I noticed was that my album art in iTunes had automatically changed for me. It was really cool, more up-to-date, and overall enjoyed how it looked. Made it look a lot neater than my own album art I had put on there. Now, when I downloaded the new iOS 8 update I notice that all my album art when back to its original picture which I had put on there. Yes phone will automatically backup to icloud when on wifi and phone is charge, but your phone storage was full so it stop backing up.
