I installed windows 7 with bootcamp, also the support software with the drivers. Everything works fine, but my usb hubs don't work on windows. Can Anybody help me?I´m using an iMac with OSX.

I have an iphone 4 started the problem saying no service, then when restarting asked to connect to itunes and became jammed in MDU mode, I connect to itunes and clicked on restore, it went through all the steps and nearly completed it gives me an error message saying cannot be restored error -1. Can anybody help me how to restore my iphone. or what to do next, some reseller asked me to go the shop where I bought to replace it for me as this error cannot be restored by any shop. It has to be returned to apple and get it replaced. The warranty already expired and don't know what to do.

My MacBook Pro will not connect to my home wifi but will connect everywhere else. My other Apple devices (I-pad, I-touch, another MacBook Pro) connect to the router without problems. It was working fine but all of a sudden stopped working.Thanks!
try this.
get back into your router's settings and start deleting devices that are not connected to your router.
you can also delete the ones that are connected - they'll connect again.
on the DHCP side of it, increase the amount of users that can connect/log in to your router.
see if that sorts it out for you.

I have a new MacBook Air 11 inch, 4gb RAM, 256 SSD and use Mavericks OS. It is still under waranty period.
Just few days ago while I was uploading a photograph in facebook, the screen started flickering abnoromally. I tried using the escape button but nothing was working so switched off by pressing the power button.
After few minutes I tried to switch it on but my system never waked up. Called up the Apple Support, did SMC and PRAM but nothing worked. Then I was advised to take it to Apple's authorised service centre.
At the service centre the engineers diagnoised and then said that the MLB/mother board needs to be replaced. Had waited for six-long days and today they had replaced the MLB/mother board. Now, the system came to life but nothing has booted. The screen goes white and a '?' question mark icon keeps on flickering.
After thoroughly diagnoising it the engineer said that now the problem is with the SSD and the worse thing is all my important documents and photographs etc are no more there. And I don't have a backup of the same!
While Apple Support contact centre is assuring they would replace any other parts if found faulty, but I feel differently. First, the MLB/mother board was changed now they say it is SSD problem - so if the SSD too is replaced there are possibilities of more faults coming up. All I can see and feel that this particular machine has turned out to be architectually deffective that calls for immediate replacement.
Right now I am using a friend's windows pc to write this mail.
Feeling completely miserable - all my expectatations gone after investing in such an expensive machine, loss of all my data, wastage of time and energy and to top it all affecting my daily work.
Can anybody please advise what shall I do?Take the system to an Apple store to be fixed or replaced as the one you have has defective hardware.

HI! As I've written on the title, since I've downloaded the iTunes latest version, I'm not able to sync my iPhone5 anymore... it just doesn't sync. I've already checked the usb cable, and uninstalled the software and downloaded again... and it's just the same. I have a Window 8 and I'm not receiving a running error problem... so... Yes reinstalled itunes a couple of days ago but got it sorted now thanks, the problem was that when i wiped my computer last week and reinstalled everything using the discs the free McAfee anti virus that the computer came with was still in my all programmes list although i aren't using it. This morning i tried unistalling that (didn't think it would make any difference as the programme wasn't active) once uninstalled i pluged the ipod in and hey presto it is now recognised by itunes, THANK GOODNESS. So panick over for now, thank you very much.

As said in the question, my ipod touch will not connect to the newest version of itunes. When I plug it in, my compter recognizes that a device has been connected, yet it will not show up in itunes. I didn't have this problem until I just updated to the new itunes. Someone help please!

My images are changing once I import them into lightroom. Initially they look the same as BOC then it changes image by image as if it is adding a preset. I am not aware of any changes I have made to the program.

i bought an new ipad 3rd gen 16 gb wifi cellular in may 2012. I hv a unique problem wherein the screen of ipad is not as smooth as what is general experience. Its not buggy but lacks smoothness and finger doesnot glide as smoothly .Can anybody help.
Do you clean your iPad screen? Do not use standard window cleaners, with ammonia or alcohol, like Windex, but a damp towel, followed by a micro-fibre cloth is recommended. There are also cleaners you can buy which are specifically designed for iPad/iPhone devices, such as iClean from Monster.

Firefox hangs when i try to play flash videos from any site but when i run firefox as administrator it works fine. (but Google Chrome, Opera & I.E9 Plays videos without running as administrator.) I am using Windows 7 & Firefox 7.0.1. Please help.A possible cause is security software (firewall) that blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
Remove all rules for Firefox from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.

When I connect windows Phone (HT7 using Windows Phone 7.5 (tried 2 phones) usb wont recognise it. Charges but no usb connection. USB works with HDD, Flash, 3G modem, Iphone, just no the Win 7.5 phone. Using 27" IMac with Lion.
I am running VMWare fusion when I connect any USB device Lion prompts to connect Windows or MAC. Both work for many devices. When I plug in the phone Lion simply does not respond.
PeterAlso.... my phone works and can do everything fine when not plugged in.. I just can't get my computer or others to recognize the darn thing when plugged in!

Thanks!The problem is the encryption and how your notebook handles it rather than a Time Capsule problem. I had similar problems until I updated the WLAN drivers on my IBM T41.
The way I convinced myself it wasn't an Apple problem was to connect my IBM T41, via ethernet, to my AEBSn. I was able to connect to internet so I knew it was a conflict between my wireless card and the AEBSn.
I am now using the WPA2 encryption for the AEBS without issue and connecting many different types of hardware; three iPod Touches, two MSI Wind Netbooks (Win XP SP3), one IBM T41 (Win XP SP2) wirelessly and both my 20" iMac and Dell 8250 Win XP (SP2) by ethernet
The MSI Winds are brand new and they would connect to the AEBSn but couldn't get an IP address from the internet (Limited or No Connectivity error message). The AEBSn was using WEP encryption. After doing a little research I found that WEP was a very common cause of this error message so I switched the AEBSn to WPA2 and everything works fine now.
Don't assume that because you can't connect via OPEN it isn't a encryption issue because my Winds wouldn't connect that way either...it wasn't until I changed to the WPA2 Personal that they connected.
You may also need to change the program that handles the WLAN connection, sometimes Windows handles it better but for the newest addition to our household, the MSI Winds, I am using the Realtek utility that matches the WLAN card and everything is hunky dory...
Finally sometimes firewalls will prevent getting the IP address...doesn't happen often but it has happened to me so I would double-check that by turning off the Windows Firewall and just verify that it isn't the firewall (that's never been a problem with my Apple AEBSn but it was a problem with an older Dlink g model).
