I have since discovered that if I don't use Chrome, then I don't get the crashes, so I just use Firefox now.
Having said that, I still use Chrome sometimes when I need 2 browsers for testing, and I think what I did was uninstall or take out some of the extensions. I can't remember exactly what it was, but I have not had 1 crash since doing this.
I hope this helps some people, I was going mad with frustration.

While playing any song on your iPod, tap the artwork to bring up the scrubber bar and additional controls. On the left hand side is a option for repeat. You want to make sure this icon is white (meaning it is set to Off). If it isn't tap it either one or two times to change its current setting.

My iTunes was working fine, all my CDs would import fully and quickly. Now they are importing slowly and when the CDs get to the last track they don't import and the CD drive just keeps spinning without doing anything! How can I fix this?

Likely that CD then. Check visually for damage, blemishes, etc., not that there's anything you can really do about those other than return the CD.
The drive sits there and spins because it is trying to re-read the CD. iTunes has error correction which is contributing to all this re-reading, I believe, and you may be able to disable that in preferences if you aren't picky about the result.
You can also try other rippers such as Max or XLD. I know those have configurable error correction. I like XLD but it is slightly tricky to use until you find that for some reason the author has put all settings under preferences, not just the set once and forget ones.

I wish the issue was going to be as easy to identify as a system rollout! I know you must be extremely worried about having a brand new phone acting this way. Do you get this error message every time you're on a phone call? What kinds of actions prompt the error to pop up and how often is it happening? Share details so we can help find a fix!
Also, Verizon Wireless does have a 14 day worry free guarantee time frame I want to make you aware of. You would be able to exchange your current Note 4 for another of the same make/model at no charge within that time frame. When a tool misbehaves, go over to the far upper right corner of the tool options area and click the four-lined square. Choose Reset Tool from the popout menu.

Put in a request for another verification e-mail to be sent to you.
Start here, change your country if necessary and go to manage your account.
Also check your Mail rules and filtering, the verification mail may be going to a junk folder or even being deleted altogether. You may also wish to contact your mail provider to see if their spam filters are removing the email before it gets to you.

After I update my apps, I keep getting kicked out of them, how do I fix this?

Adobe Flash Player crashes very frequently and generates an error to the effect that the plug-in is not working.

Which Firefox has this problem: Android or Windows?
For Android, Adobe's really not supporting Flash any more, so it is what it is.
For Windows, there are many possible reasons for the problem. This is some standard guidance that addresses the most common issues with the Flash Player plugin. I'm sure you've seen some of it before, but just in case:
(1) If you have any recorders/downloaders that interact with Flash media make sure they are as up-to-date as possible, or disable them temporarily.
(2) Disable hardware acceleration in Firefox and in Flash
(A) In Firefox, un-check the box here:
"3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Options > Advanced > General > "Use hardware acceleration when available"
That takes effect the next time you exit and start Firefox up again.
(B) In Flash, right-click the media and choose Settings, then the first mini-tab and uncheck the box to use hardware acceleration. More information in this support article from Adobe: http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/video-playback-issues.html#main_Solve_video_playback_issues
(3) Disable protected mode (Windows Vista and higher)

Most of the websites I browse come up in German language format. The title may be in English but the rest of the description is in German. My wife visits German websites to read German newspapers but I do not want everything else to be in German. What is causing this and how do I correct it?

Clear the cache and cookies only from websites that cause problems.
