If you have an Iphone, you should have intunes. When you get itunes you could sync things onto your device. When you are done syncing, go to photos in order to veiw it, and go to Ipod to see your videos.

Back up your iPhoto library, Depress the option (alt) and command keys and launch iPhoto - rebuild your iPhoto library starting with the first option and trying others until you are succesful

Have you failed to use the device as designed?
If using the iPhone as designed, contacts are synced with a supported application on the computer or a cloud service. Pictures taken with the device would be copied off to the computer on a regular basis.
If you have been using the device as designed, simply sync the content back.
If you have not been using the device as designed, you can try restoring from the most recent backup. However, if that does not restore them, they are gone. -

Print it out and keep it in your wallet? Seriously, I would not depend on any electronic device for such vital information. I keep a hard copy in my wallet with my license and other ID.
Or, make your own custom lock screen wallpaper with an emergency contact information - that way they can see it without knowing the lockcode. -

You are going to need to change the email address you use with your old ID. Once you have got access to your old account you will then log into both accounts at the same time on your Mac and transfer your data to a single account. We can do this later, but need you to get access to your old account first.

After installing iOs5 onto my iPhone, all my photos and videos were deleted? How do I get them back?
I got the iOs5 update for my iPhone and I just checked my videos and photos in the camera roll and there is none there. It's all gone. Why? iTunes didn't ask me if I wanted to save my photos or what not, it just asked me if it wanted to back up my apps and stuff, which I said yes. Some conspiracy is going on . I upgraded my iphone and before upgrade, obviously iTunes backed up my iphone. After upgrade, lost all my contacts and I feel the icloud *****. Trying to contact apple asks me to pay for support. Isn't this annoying, on one side they keep reminding you to upgrade to new ios and then when you upgrade, you loose everything. Not happy right now

I completed the migration of my music an dphotos files from a PC to my new imac. Both transferred initally and I even synced my ipad with the imac thereby transferring most of the music to my ipad. However now itunes says the music isn't available because it can't find the original music files. How can i find the original files? I am getting the same error on my pc too.
They aren't in your user Music folder? Have You tried Spotlight?

I can't get audio recordings from my phone.
Why are Apples software developers such idiots? Can their software ever come up to par with their design and marketing??? This is McDonalds all over again- no the best hamburgers don't sell the best and neither do the best phones, at least not in America.
Someone prove my wrong by showing me how to get these extremely important audio recordings off of my iPhone and onto a usable format. The recordings are up to an hour long and I've already tried reinstalling my iTunes software, they aren't even visible in Windows Explorer, or iPhone Explorer software... but when I turn on my stupid phone they are there - I have restored my phone from backup and reset my phone and this just astoundes me yet another feature that a 7 year old could require in a software design eludes inclusion- "If people may spend hours and hours recording meetings and important conversations should we make it simple to move audio files recorded with the audio recording app included with every phone to computers so that they can save them to computers, CDs and share and send them others?" ...."YES!!!" . Why is Apple so against open source control of these phones and especially an audio download platform? Money- so they can profit off of every song played on these stupid phones. Great job Steve! Way to force users of your products to become leemings in your plot to control the online music community profits. Way to put your greed before your customers. This too will fail. Consumers always get what they want in the end- enjoy the profits off of online music purchases while they last... in the meantime at least consider puttings some money into hiring some programmers from Nokia to fix your stupid syncing code and terrible iPhone interface.instead of writing such an essay, you could have explained better what you tried to do to get them.

I did a restore from backup this morning. After it completed the restore I lost all of my pics and videos from Saturday. Can anyone assist in retrieving my files from iCloud? Thank you.
Have you not backed up or transferred your movies to your computer at any point before you dropped your old iPad?
If the only copy of these movies was on the old iPad, and that iPad is now gone, then so are the movies that were on it. -
IPhone taking blurry pictures and videos
A week ago my iphone 5 started to take blurry fotos. It looks likes auto focusing but fails. Close range pictures have no problem. Example I take a picture of my hand and it comes out clear. I take a picture of a room or outside it comes out blurry. Same with video.
Yes my camera lens is clean
Yes all my filters are off. Same problem with other camera apps.
Yes i have Restored it twice
I looked into the problem and it appears to be an auto focus problem with the hardware.
My facetime camera works perfectly.
What is causing this issue? any tips or ideas on how to fix this annying problem.The solution to your blurry iPhone 5 6 is recalibration.
Step #1 click on the camera
Step #2 while in camera click on the bottom right on the (3) circles
Step #3 you are now looking at (9) different options for photo (Mono, Tonal, Noir, Fade, None, Chrome, Process, Transfer, Instant) lets assume your phone was set for "none" so lets choose chrome
Step #4 Take a few photos.... Now go back to the (3) circles and put it back on "None"
Step #5 Take photos and verify
This process may help your camera on your iPhone recalibrate. If it does NOT work then you need to go into a Apple Store and request the camera be replaced instore repair and is covered by your 1 year warranty.
