Trying to download a iTunes movie on MacBook pro and it's stupid slow. I found a work through on the net before and it worked but can't find it now. Can someone help?
and now its down from 2 hours left to 46 min left, for some reason after 11pm the speeds change on itunes store and Apple tv for the past 3 days

Icloud cannot be used to increase internal memory of ipads, otherwise nobody would buy more expensive 32, 64, 128 gigabyte versions. Hype with "movies in the cloud" is more of itunes store, keeping movies available for you in order to download on any device. That does not go against your storage in the cloud, though.
So if you go to your computer and you purchased movie ( not rented ) you can download and watch.
There is something else to pay attention to, your ipad (if I am not mistaken) is not capable to run HD movies, make sure you do buy Standard Definition, and they will take less space on ipad. -

You need to contact Apple to get the questions reset, which can be done by clicking here and picking a method for your country, or if that's not an option, by filling out and submit this form.

I am trying to download a movie from itunes, but ithere's isn't enough room to download. I have a iphone4, have deleted every app possible. Slimmed down photos to hardly anything. I could never update to ios7 because of storage problems. Only 2.5 GB available out of 5GB after deleting everything. I'm also out of town and cannot connect to a computer. I have wifi access though. Help?

OK, Today I went ahead & booted & tried again & it worked this time.
Not sure why it didn't yesterday. Maybe the servers were just overloaded? Several others reported similar.
Also yesterday when I ran Speedtest it showd download at about 25 mbps, This morning just before I re-started the download it was showing just above 30 mbps. So maybe the internet was less busy? Or at least the parts between me & the test server.
& so far it is working ok. -

I have a iPad 1 (first one) I downloaded some movies from iTunes and with full volume I can barely hear them, but the apps I have downloaded are much louder. Any suggestions
She must have signed into her own Apple ID on your iPad in order to sync her content from iTunes so try this and see if it works.
Settings>Store>Apple ID. See if your ID is showing in there and if it isn't - tap on her ID, sign out and then sign in with yours.
You should not be syncing to to different iTunes libraries. The iPad can only sync with one iTunes library without erasing the the content on it if you decide to sync to another iTunes library. -

My volume is very low when I download a movie from itunes, and my sound is turn all the way up. The volume works fine on everything else. It's really hard to even watch the movie and enjoy it. Why is this happening?
Morning Al My issue has since been resolved after some advice from a friend. It was simple, push the optical cables in firmly until they click, however mine didnt click but there was definatley room for them to be pushed in further as if they are loose they "leak". in addition to this on the TV settings, make sure that the TV speakers are turned off

Looking for some assistance. I downloaded an audiobook from iTunes. It was 11 hours long. Originally it worked on my iPhone, but stopped working after 44 minutes into the book. I tried to re-load the book but it would only load a portion of it and would then would not play. I then was able to get the same half of the book loaded into my laptop, but then not onto my iPhone. Anysuggestions, other than re-purchasing the book?

I started a movie download go interrupted and now cannot resume. How do I restart a paid for movie.
Launch iTunes Store app.
Tap on "Purchases" tab. (This assumes you've already logged in to your iTunes account.)
Tap on "Movies" tab at the top, center of the screen.
Optionally tap on "Not on This iPad" tab.
Tap the "Download from iCloud" icon (downward-pointing arrow coming out of cloud icon). -
I am trying to download and album off ITUNES but when I get to the billing site and attempt to purchase it, it gives me a message saying "Your Session has timed out." It gives me no other option that to try again and I just keep getting the same results. Anyone have any ideas on what I can do?

There are a couple things that I would recommend trying. Try closing all open applications and power cycle the device. Next, go through the section labeled Troubleshoot issues on an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch in the second article below. If the issue persists, try completely signing out of the iTunes Store on the iOS device and sign back in. Be sure to test downloading an application after each step.
