I'm using Tiger 10.4.11 and had to wipe my drive and reload my system from the install discs yesterday,
Now I'm running Itunes version 4! It won't let me access the store, I've tried everything on the help pages,
EVERYTHING, I need a older version of Itunes, but not as old as version 4, which, no, it will not upgrade
automatically for me, it says no upgrade available. Why does Mac not support older versions of
its operating systems, why do they make it so hard to find help for those system users other than
the money of course, but have you seen the stock lately? They got enough money.
Yup, your question and Diane's answer helped me also. Tho' I had had problems before getting into the iTunes store I always managed to find a way. Today they had me blocked cold with the "Update to 10" advert no matter what I did. Other questioners are being told, incorrectly as it turns out, that they have to update their OS to accomodate iTunes 10 and upgrade to iTunes 10. I did the download which did not take up much more room on my crowded old hard drive and now I'm back in business.

I'm sure leonieDF is giving a proper way to jam along on a keyboard with an iTune. He blows my mind all the time with what he knows. Nuff respects to him !
What I do is make a GB project I call "Jam With". I'll make several new tracks that are blank. Just has a few instruments named in the blank tracks. You can change those per song ...
Because I'm not concerned about changing the pitch / key.... of the iTune or the tempo ... I can simply play along with it.

There is a hardware problem. Whether it's worth it to you to have no working phone for 2 months until you can update vs paying for replacement/repair now is a question only you can answer.

Dear Sirs,when i use the computer updating my iphone to ios 7.1,suddenly black out.The computer has no power and my iphone does not work and keep display the screen saying the iphone need to connect to itunes. Reset, hold both Home and Power buttons until the iPhone begins to restart. Usually takes about 10 seconds time. If still problem. Open iTunes on computer. Connect iPhone to computer with USB Cable. Hold both Home and Power buttons until iTunes recognizes iPhone in Recovery Mode. Usually takes about 20 seconds of holding both buttons. Restore the Firmware.
