I updated my itunes but when i tried to sync my iphone 4 it tells me the apple mobile device service is not started. What have I done wrong?
my phone won't sync with my itunes. Itunes doesn't even recognize that my phone is connected

I think I remember hearing that if you quit iTunes with your device still connected, then open iTunes up again, it should work.
