I want to get rid of tabs-I turned them off in options but they are still there. How can I get rid of them?
I don't want tabs. I turned them off in the options menu but they just open anyway. What is the option for ,and why does Firefox insist I have tabs? I hate them! They suck!
Sorry, there is no setting or preference in Firefox to turn off tabs completely.

You can usually switch to such hidden windows via Alt+Tab. -

You should be able to delete them from the bookshelf in the iBooks app via the Edit button at the top right of the bookshelf. If they show on the bookshelf with a cloud symbol on them then try turning Settings > iBooks > Show All Purchases 'off'. Is that what is happening ?

Re-downloading of movies has been licensed by the movie studios only in the US as of right now. I'm guessing, since you refer to "films", that your're not in the US and if so will not be able to download your movies again without paying. You'll need to restore from your backups.

25 apps on my wife's phone need updating and now it "Cannot connect to iTunes Store" only when i try to update them for her. I can access the iTunes store for all other options but not to update. How can I get her updated?
Try quitting the App Store:
Tap the home button to get to the home screen. Then double tap the home button, and hold your finger over the App Store icon. Tap the red when it appears. Tap the home button again to return to the home screen.
Try resetting:
Hold the home and power buttons at the same time until the Apple boot logo appears. No data will be lost. -

so I went on to my ipad today to check one of the notes I had stored on it, but they have disappeared, ALL OF MY NOTES HAVE DISAPPEARED!!! settings icloud turn these items back on they shoudl come right over to the ios device

When the emails have downloaded and I "Get Account Info" in Messages on server it shows all the messages I have just downloaded if I switch to That have been downloaded to my Mac the display it is blank. Also if I delete the downloaded messages and then get new info. All the messages are downloaded again and the count of new messages increases (this increases every time I Get New Messaages) .See:

I cannot get the genius mixes on my laptop to match those on my ipod touch no matter how many time I sync.
I'd love to be able to update the genius mixes on my ipod as they are quite old now.

That should work.
You'd just have to forward the messages manually, one by one, as far as I know (there may be a way to script it but I'm not too keen on AppleScript).

Are the photos you want to send back to your mac on your iPad, iPod, iPhone saved to the camera roll? If you have photos in other albums (not camera roll) share them to the camera roll.
Then connect your device via USB and lauch iPhoto. You will see your device as a camera in iPhoto. Import those photos like you would import from a camera. -
I had got a replacement Iphone5 and updated the new ios update. In Itunes i had saved my pictures. Now I cannot get them back. Is there a way to retrieve my pictures and place them back in my new iphone 5?

You can open that smart keyword website via the location bar and click the star to edit that bookmark. That will also give you the folder location of that bookmark. If you add the keyword to the name (keyw) then you can find it more easily.

According to your descriptioin, I don't think this is system problem, it should be Intel driver problem. It would be contact Intel to confirm this issue whether this is their driver problem.
