My iPad Air (IOS 8.1) is currently linked to my personal Apple ID & iCloud drive, but I would like to use it with a different account.

I would like to change the apple ID associated with the icloud settings on an ipad. Running ios8 and when I go into settings the apple ID tied to iCloud isn't editable and won't let me delete it to set up a different one.

If you want to change the primary email address on your account then tap on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and select 'view apple id', and on your account's screen you should be able to edit your primary email address.
If you want to log out of the account then again tap on it in Settings > iTunes & App Store and one of the options on the popup should be 'sign out' - you can then sign in with a different account. Any apps (and other content) that you downloaded via the currently logged in account will remain tied to it, so only that account will be able to download updates to its apps. And if your use iTunes Match, automatic downloads or redownload an account's past purchases then you may tie your iPad to that account for 90 days : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4627

This is the answer that I had expected, so in this case you could only change your gmail.com address to another providers email addres e.g. outlook.com, yahoo.com, etc., but you won't be able to change the gmail.com address to a icloud.com email address. Apple just won't let you do that.
Your iCloud account with @icloud.com email address and you Apple ID with gmail.com address are already connected and as I said before, Apple just let you merge this two IDs together.

Sign out from Find My Phone in iCloud, and sign out from your Apple ID in Settings/iTunes & App Store
Then setup as a new phone with iTunes and when your Daughter sets it up for the first time she can add or set up her own Apple ID.

iCloud does not provide a service like Dropbox where you can save random files to it as a way of having external storage. As for the HD damage, don't you have a backup of the itunes library elsewhere? If so, copy it to the replacement hard drive, along with any other important files that were on the damaged HD.

Thanks Gary, but no, that does not work. First of all, I can't select each bar individually. When I click on one bar, all three bars are selected.
When I use "inspector > graphic" I have 5 fill options: none, color, gradient, image, tinted image. The default selection for the theme I'm using is image. What I would like to use for my charts is the same image that this theme uses for table headers. It has the same texture as the chart, but a different colour. Using anything but image or tinted image removes the texture from the fill.
I have found I can do one of two things. I can select tinted image from the fill selections in "inspector > graphic" or I can select 2D Image Fills from "inspector > chart > chart colors". The first choice does not allow me to match the table header colour because it only allows me to apply a tint to the existing colour and adjust its opacity. The existing colour has too much influence on the fill, so I can't find an RGB adjustment that will match the table header colour. The image selections from "inspector > chart > chart colors" do not quite match the colour or the texture. Again, I can try to tint the image, but I still can't get it to match and the texture is not the same anyway.
The image I want to use obviously exists in the software as it is an attribute of the theme, but for some reason is inaccessible. The other angle I have tried is to edit the theme, but I can't figure out how to do that either.

Nope. You can only have one credit card attached to an account at a time. Its not that big of a deal to use two accounts, users do this all the time. Create the second account(UK Account) in iTunes on your computer...sign out of your Italian account first. Then authorize your computer for this new account: Store>Authorize this computer. Then sync your phone. Now, to switch accounts on your phone: Settings>Store...tap the ID shown...sign out...then sign back in with the ID you want to use.

When I using Black Berry Bold 9900, I could change this setting by below way...
Options -> Typing and Language -> Language -> Global Name Display (Change to "Last,First")
But I can't find this option in my Black Berry Q10.

Thanks for your question on sorting contacts by name.
Launch Contacts and swipe down from the top of the Bezel and select Settings. In the tab Sort Contacts By tap on it and select Last Name.
This should now update your contact list to sort them by surname.
