Update on Icloud Drive
Page comes up with terms and conditions to agree or disagree- Ipad locked up -and cannot do anything on the Ipad.
Try a basic reset. Press and hold both the home and power buttons 10-15 seconds until the Apple logo appears. Release both buttons. Wait 15-20 seconds till your iPad starts on it's own.

I want to, but am unable to "accept" the icloud terms and conditions. The software lets me select "accept" once, then again I accept, but it keeps me in a loop and won't go to the next setup stage.
If you already synced with iCloud your data will still be in iCloud after you delete the account, and will sync back to your device when you sign back in. If you have photo stream photo older than 30 days, save these to your camera roll before deleting the account.

Will not move at all, have turned off and on again have left overnight, still stays on Terms and Conditions? What do I do next? Is there a restart button?My iPad and iPhone are doing the same thing. Must be the traffic.

After updating my iphone4 to iOS 7.0.4. I am having a problem with my iCloud. Message keeps coming up you must accept iCloud's terms and conditions. Options are not now or ok. Choose ok and message comes up unable to connect to server.. Does anybody no how to fix this problem???
Perform a Reset... Try again...
Reset ( No Data will be Lost )
Press and Hold the Sleep/Wake Button and the Home Button at the Same Time...
Wait for the Apple logo to Appear...
Usually takes about 15 - 20 Seconds... ( But can take Longer...)
Release the Buttons... -
I have installed the new io 7.0, and when it is on the way to configure all functions, after the ICloud, when terms and conditions confirmation apperas, it is stucked
Reset iPad and continue with update.

Cannot accept terms and conditions for iCloud
on IPhone in settings not able to accpt terms and conditions , says unable to connect to server
The annoying pop up "new iCloud terms and conditions" banner, which wouldn't allow me to view terms, was cleared by going to General, Mail, and then selecting my email account. Alas, the terms and conditions acceptance pop up allowed me to enter my iCloud password. Problem solved NOTE: this issue started after I updated to iOS 8.0.2 and turning on iCloud Drive.

'New Icloud Terms and Conditions' window pops up every time I try to check my email, or when I open setting. My email doesn't load because of this, so I haven't been able to check my email for months. When I click, 'view terms' it takes me to my Icloud section in settings, but the terms don't pop up. I plugged it into my iTunes to see if it would pop up, but that didn't work either. My phone is updated, and I'm pretty sure I already accepted the new terms and conditions on the last update a few months back.

If you are having issues with your iPhone continuing to ask you to accept terms and conditions, you may want to try some things to troubleshoot.
First, quit all running applications and test again -
Force an app to close in iOS
Next, I would try restarting and if needed resetting the iPhone -
Restart or reset your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If the issue is still present, you may want to restore the iPhone as a new device -
How to erase your iOS device and then set it up as a new device or restore it from backups

When I try to setup my new iPad air, I go through all the steps for the iCloud sign-in and choosing security questions and what not. But after I hit the agree to the terms and conditions... It says Apple ID could not be created because of a server error. Have no clue what to do... I've restarted the iPad and get the same message. But my internet works just fine.
1. Turn router off for 30 seconds and on again
2. Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings -
When trying to access photo stream on Apple TV, I am getting the error message terms and conditions have changed, but when I go into iCloud on my Mac the new terms and conditions are not appearing - How can I manually agree to them ?

I had contacted apple support before the Holiday and we had started the process of removing/replacing my husband as the primary on my ipad2. However, I keep getting messages now 'New iCloud Terms and Conditions' in a window that constantly pops up. When I go to settings to log into icloud, it is locked with a grey screen. What can I do? Also, I had gone throught he process of syncing all 3 of my devices Ipad2, mini and my iphone5 to have the same passwords, etc. for ease of use. Now that seems to be all wrong as well. HELP! I need these devices for my work and I'm short on time to go to the store, but will if I have to.

JulieIf the setting is greyed out perhaps you have restrictions enabled that would prevent someone from changing accounts. Settings>General>Restrictions>Allow Changes>Accounts.

i´ve just got the now ios version 7.0 installed and now
i can´t agree on the terms and conditions to access icloud on my iphone cus it keeps saying that i have no server (wich i have) now that i´ve ios 7.0.
What do i have to do?
The thing is that i´ve agreeded when i was first asked, and then i´ve asked to be emailed those terms and now i can´t accedd the Icloud.
The problem is that it has my previous callendars and photos and i need to get them back.

HT4528 getting popup need to review new terms and conditions for icloud on the iPhone 5s
Getting a pop up when Iphone is activated that there are new icloud terms and conditions usually happens back to back and if on for a few minutes it pops back up. Gives options to view terms or not now. IF view now is selected it takes me to icloud settings but no way to view terms. Need to figure out what is happening and how to clear from phone. I updated to iOS7 this afternoon, before doing so I backed everything up and cleared off a bunch of photo's so I had space. Everything had been working fine.
A few months ago I'd updated my apple ID to my new email address and it had worked fine. Now, my old email is my Apple ID and it won't let me rest it (my DOB is apparently wrong and there is no email address it's now connected to). My iTunes is connected to the correct account but the iCloud ID is still the wrong one.
I've tried the 'find my friends' app and it gave me new T&C's but still, the old apple ID
I've tried the restrictions, but that didn't work either
I can't restore the phone until 'find my iPhone' is off, but I can't log in to do that
IT'S LIKE A TERRIBLE CYCLE OF STUPIDNESS
Can anyone suggest anything before I thrrow this stupid phone at the wall?? -
In the icloud settings, I am told I need to accept the terms and conditions to use icloud. However, when I click on "Terms and conditions", I get a message "unable to connect to server". This has been happening for a week now since I upgraded to iOS 7.06. There is no problem with my wifi or cellular connectivity, all other applications work perfectly. P.S.I have never used icloud before, but wish to do so now. How do I overcome this problem?
Have you turned the iPad off then back on? That often helps with problems.

It is not properly connected to the network.
Make sure location is set correctly
DNS should be on auto (settings - general - network)
Try ethernet
Signal strength on device won't account for issues, you would need a network report from istumbler, netstumbler or similar. This will show accurate signal strength along with noise and nearby networks -

Try download the Find My Friends app and signing in to accept the terms and conditions there.
