  • Table and Filed for 'Credit Exposure' and 'Credit Value'

    Hi,
Anybody pls let me know the following...
    1. What is the source of 'Credit Exposure' in FD33 transaction (Table-Field) ?
    2. What is the source of  'Credit Value' in VKM1 transaction (table-Field) ?
    I know that.....
Source of "Credit Exposure" in FD33 = RF02L-OBLIG
Source of "Credit Value" in VKM1 = VBKRED-KWKKB
But all the values specified are derived figures and it may not be possible to directly extract these from any standard table..
So pls help me how to extract these fields values in a Z report?
    Thanks & Regards,

    Hi Lakshmipati,
Not at all the cases two fields total (SKFOR+SSOBL) is equal to 'Credit Exposure value' in FD33.
    Hi Shivaram,
Pls let me know the fields in tables S066 and S067 and also is these tables are used to get value of 'Credit Exposure value' of FD33 or 'Credit Value' of VKM1 ?
Or someone tell me the answer for original question in this post?

  • Key Figure Reference table and fields

I am getting the following error:
/BIC/CSSMMIMI1-/BIC/KFMI_LCHF (specify reference table AND reference field)
I am aware that it is asking me to put a reference table and field for the field in the structure.
However, what I am not sure about is should I do this action from SE11 or is there a program or other method which would be more suitable (this is not business content)?
    Thanks

    Hi Edwin,
Thanks for that, the currency type and quantity type are hard coded in the key figure for most of the key figures apart from one, i.e for the quanity I hard code PCS
From RSD2 I just check the repair option is that correct

  • Reference table and field

    Hi Experts,
When I am adding a new field NETWR in the structure to enhance the datasource and checking it, I am getting the following error:
SPECIFY REFERENCE TABLE AND REFERENCE FIELD.
How to over come this error?
    Kindly help me,
    Thanks in advance,
    Kannan

    Kannan,
there will be reference fields specified in the table for this field - specifically currency / unit fields - you need to have these in your view to be able to activate the datasource.
search the forums on the same also....
Within the view - check the currency / units tab available in SE11.

  • How to ADD reference table and make a field as currency field in dictionary

pls render some info on how to add refernce table and ref field if i want to make an added field as a currency or quantity field...

    Hi Kiran,
It sounds like you are creating a "Z" table or structure and have defined a quantity (eg MENGE). But when you run the syntax check, the system is saying you need to define a reference table / field.
Well when you are in SE11, click on the "Currency / Quantity Fields" tab. You will see 2 columns called "Reference Table" and "Reference Field". These 2 columns define the unit of measure for the currency / qty.
If you have defined in your table MENGE and MEINS and the MEINS field is the unit of measure for the MENGE field you should define your fields as such (inthe Currency/Quantity Fields" tab:
    Table - ZVBAP
    MENGE MENGE_D QUAN ZVBAP MEINS
    MEINS MEINS   UNIT
    Hope this makes sense.
    Cheers,
    Pat.

    Hi,
dates will be stores in the table 'SCAPPTSEG'.
I double checked it. This table stores all the date types of one order transactions...
    The relationship is as follows..
    CRMD_ORDERADM_H- guid = crmd_link-guid_hi
    crmd_link-guid_set = SCAPPTSEG-APPL_GUID.
    Thanks and regards,

        Hi,
you should try with FM: CRM_DATES_READ_SINGLE_OB or CRM_DATES_READ_DB.
There is something in table SCAPPT and SCGENAPPT.

        Hi,
I can tell you where the pricing records are saved, replicated from ECC.
The data from ECC table Axxx (e.g. A304) is replicated to CRM table
    CNCCRMPRSAPxxx (e.g. CNCCRMPRSAP304).
Here you can find fields TIMESTAMP_TO and TIMESTAMP_FROM.
About the dates: what Sreekantha Gorla stated, about table 'SCAPPTSEG' is correct.
What might help is to execute program "CRM_ORDER_READ". Here you can find
    the relevant entries also.
    regards,
    Wim

  • Proper use of a Lookup table and adaptations for NET

    Hello,
I need to create a few lookup tables and I often see the following:
    create table Languages
Id int identity not null primary key (Id),
    Code nvarchar (4) not null,
    Description nvarchar (120) not null,
    create table Posts
Id int identity not null primary key (Id),
    LanguageId int not null,
    Title nvarchar (400) not null,
insert into Languages (Id, Code, Description)
    values (1, "en", "English");
This way I am localizing Posts with language id ...
IMHO, this is not the best scheme for Languages table because in a Lookup table the PK should be meaningful, right?
So instead I would use the following:
    create table Languages
Code nvarchar (4) not null primary key (Code),
    Description nvarchar (120) not null,
    create table Posts
Id int identity not null primary key (Id),
    LanguageCode nvarchar (4) not null,
    Title nvarchar (400) not null,
    insert into Languages (Code, Description)
    values ("en", "English");
The NET applications usually use language code so this way I can get a Post in English without using a Join.
And with this approach I am also maintaining the database data integrity ...
This could be applied to Genders table with codes "M", "F", countries table, transaction types table (should I?), ...
However I think it is common to use int as PK in lookup tables because it is easier to map to ENUMS.
And know it is even possible to map to Flag Enums so have a Many to Many relationship in an ENUM.
That helps in NET code but in fact has limitations. A Languages table could never be mapped to a FLags Enum ...
... An flags enum can't have more than 64 items (Int64) because the keys must be a power of two.
    A SOLUTION
I decided to find an approach that enforces database data integrity and still makes possible to use enums so I tried:
    create table Languages
Code nvarchar (4) not null primary key (Code),
    Key int not null,
    Description nvarchar (120) not null,
    create table Posts
Id int identity not null primary key (Id),
    LanguageCode nvarchar (4) not null,
    Title nvarchar (400) not null,
insert into Languages (Code, Key, Description)
    values ("en", 1, "English");
With this approach I have a meaningfully Language code, I avoid joins and I can create an enum by parsing the Key:
    public enum LanguageEnum {
    [Code("en")
    English = 1
I can even preserve the code in an attribute. Or I can switch the code and description ...
What about Flag enums? Well, I will have not Flag enums but I can have List<LanguageEnum> ...
And when using List<LanguageEnum> I do not have the limitation of 64 items ...
To me all this makes sense but would I apply it to a Roles table, or a ProductsCategory table?
In my opinion I would apply only to tables that will rarely change over time ... So:
Languages, Countries, Genders, ... Any other example?
About the following I am not sure (They are intrinsic to the application):
       PaymentsTypes, UserRoles
And to these I wouldn't apply (They can be managed by a CMS):
       ProductsCategories, ProductsColors
What do you think about my approach for Lookup tables?
    Thank You,
    Miguel

    >>IMHO, this is not the best scheme for Languages table because in a Lookup table the PK should be meaningful, right?<<
Not necessarily. The choice to use, or not to use, a surrogate key in a table is a preference, not a rule. There are pros and cons to either method, but I tend to agree with you. When the values are set as programming terms, I usually use a textual value
for the key. But this is nothing to get hung up over.
Bear in mind however, that this:
        create table Languages
          Id int identity not
    null primary key
    (Id),
          Code nvarchar (4)
    not null, Description nvarchar
    (120) not
    null,
    is not equivalent to
        create table Languages
          Code nvarchar (4)
    not null primary
    key (Code),
          Description nvarchar (120)
    not null,
The first table needs a UNIQUE constraint on Code to make these solutions semantically the same. The first table could have the value 'Klingon' in it 20 times while the second only once.
    >>However I think it is common to use int as PK in lookup tables because it is easier to map to ENUMS.<<
This was going to be my next point. For that case, I would only change the first table to not have an identity assigned key value, as it would be easier to manage at the same time and manner as the enum.
    >>. A Languages table could never be mapped to a FLags Enum ...<<
You could, but I would highly suggest to avoid any values encoded in a bitwise pattern in SQL as much as possible. Rule #1 (First Normal Form) is partially to have 1 value per column. It is how the optimizer thinks, and how it works best.
My rule of thumb for lookup (or I prefer the term  "domain" tables, as really all tables are there to look up values :)), is all data should be self explanatory in the database, through data if at all possible. So if you have a color column,
and it contains the color "Vermillion", and all you will ever need is the name, and you feel like it is good enough to manage in the UI, then great. But bear in mind, the beauty of a table that is there for domain purposes, is that you can then store
the R, G, and B attributes of the vermillion color (254, 73, 2 respectively, based on
http://www.colorcombos.com/colors/FE4902) and you can then use that in coding. Alternate names for the color could be introduce, etc. And if UserRoles are 1, 2, 3, and 42 (I have seen worse), then
definitely add columns. I think you are basically on the right track.
    Louis

  • Table and field for Department ID, Department ID desc, and DIV

    Hi,
We're planning to develop a "Z" report, by extending CJI3 transaction. I want to add the following fields to this new report. I just wanted to know from what tables these fields are coming from standard SAP (I believe these fields might be related to controlling, so I'm posting in this forum):
    1. Department ID
    2. Department ID Description
    3. Division (DIV)
    Aman

    Hi Asim ,
The currency in Material Master is updated from the Company Code.
At first system checks the company code for which the Plant is assigned and picks the currecy from the company code.
You can find the same in Table T001 ; Field - WAERS
What do u mean by Product ID ? Let me know where does it exist in Material Master.
If you know the view, press F1 and then Technical Inf to get the table and Field Name.

I have to create one Finance module Report in which i want to display net amount without tax for one single line item which is open item for incoming customer invoice, the accounting department need to know the net value (without tax) .
In tcode FB03 , if you see the document number then it will give all accounts(customer), posting key wise amount, but this amount is gross amount. in this amount tax amount is added as per tax code. (you can see by clicking tax details tab), and tax calculated is for whole ducoments number not for single line item.
i want net amount without adding tax amount for particular single line item. so please guide me table and fields from where and how i can calculate. in tax tab there is field base amount but its giving calculation against all total against document.
table i am using in my report is KNA1.KNKK, KNB1, BKPF. BSEG.
Give me some idea. how can i prepare report.
    Have a Nice Day,
    Regards,
    Sujeet

    Dear Dzed Maroz ,
    Thanks for your reply.
I have already checked these fields (HWSTE, FWSTE) in table BSET. this fields tax amount againt that Document Number. (which may contains more than one line items), but my requirement is to find the amount without tax for individual line item.
reason is , i want to display in my report only open items and it will be a line item, so i am displaying net amount as well base amount (without tax) for particular line items.
but tax details is calculated based on document number not against customer number.this is incoming invoice
,and in customization tax code is assigned, so its reflecting amount after including tax amount.
is there any way to find out solution? please give me some idea.
    regards,
    sujeet
