Iframe disappears on mouse over menu item

ok, I have this page

that if you click on "Consumer Guides for Getting & Keeping
Health Insurance" pulls up an iframe...but when you mouse over
other items on the page, the iframe disappears. ( in IE and FF)

just wondering about this still, is it a z-index thing, do I
need to give the iframe a higher z-index?
I have tried several solutions, but it still disappears on
mouse movement over the menu items...not the initial mouse over,
but any change after that...to menu subitem or another main menu
item
The wierd thing is I have other iframes and they don't
disappear, only this one....

Mouse-over menu problem in iWeb, 2nd try

This is a 2nd attempt to ask for help: I want post one more time 'cause I realized – due to the useful feedback of one member of this forum (Cyclosaurus) - I can now explain my mouse-over problem a lot better:
I’ve got mouse-over menus that mess up in this weird way - but only when the browser is refreshed. And then they work fine again when browser is refreshed yet again. (?!) And it only happens in iWeb.
I worked with a programmer who wrote html code for me, creating a mouse-over menu system for my (iweb-generated) site: www.petersolon.com As a stand-alone thing (as stand-alone code) the menu system works great-there's nothing wrong with it-as you can see:

But when the code is introduced into iWeb and uploaded, this weird refresh problem occurs. (I didn't do a very good job of describing the problem in my recent post: “MOUSE-OVER MENUS….etc”)
Anyway, the mouse-over system starts out working fine but then, after refreshing the page (the problem occurs more freq. on some pages vs others), the string of menus jump to a spot they shouldn’t move to. They do this:

And it only happens in iWeb.
The whole navigation system then gets totally messed up. I can’t tell you how many hours we spent fiddling with the code, trying to pinpoint the problem.
What I know for sure is, the problem is related to:
1. browser refresh
2. iWeb generated code (mixing with "outside code")
3. position of my primary navigation menus vis-a-vis a graphic they sit on top of.

Problem solved...using a very short time-out value in a event structure and a bug solved in my main program.

No FF button, no taskbar, must mouse over menu bar to see, Blekko search bar missing.

Firefox button suddenly missing. Taskbar missing, reappears when Windows button on keyboard pushed, then disappears after performing desired task (like adjusting computer volume). Menu bar missing, reappears when moused over, but no Firefox button or Blekko searchbar, just address bar, reload button, home, favorites, add to favorites button.

Firefox might be stuck in Full Screen mode. Use the F11 key to switch between full screen and normal modes.

Odd cursor over menu items

This is a really weird problem, but for some reason when I mouse over a menu item for this website, the cursor is either stays as an arrow or a text select, instead of a little pointing hand. I've never seen this on any of my other BC sites. Can anyone help me understand why that's happening? The URL is http://kaoud.businesscatalyst.com.

your "links" are technically no links. You have no a-tag defined. It works as a link because you have inline javascript in there:

Heavy slowdowns when hovering over menu items (v12.1)

I experience heavy slowdowns and increased CPU usage of mutliple background processes (Chrome, Task Manager, Explorer, DWM and Photoshop for example) when clicking on a menu item which opens the drop-down list. The more images I have open the worse it gets.
This is on a laptop with a i7-2640M CPU, 8GB memory, SSD and NVidia GT520M videocard.
Running on Win7 Home Premium.
Any ideas what could be the cause of this?

Might start with the video card. How does your card compare with the tested list below? Does the GT and M mean something special?
Do you have anything like Crossfire with it? PS does not support that.

Certain add ons/plug ins not loading. For example, in eBay, mouse over certain items and only blank dialog box pops up, no text within box. What could be causing this?

Appears to be flash or Acrobat issue???

Probably caused by the Google Toolbar extension. Disable it to verify it as the cause.

Repainting problems of the Menu items in Oracle Help Navigator

All,
I am facing a strange problem when using Oracle Help for my application which is developed in Java,Swings.
Whenever, I open Help for any component through my application, the menu items in the Help screen are not visible. They are not getting repainted. Only when user drags the mouse over the items, they are getting repainted and visible to the user. This has been raised as a bug by our testing people. I couldn't get any help in aspects of any errors/exceptions being logged when the action takes place.
Where can I have the log files for Help window?
Can anyone help me and guide me to the right solution in this regards.
My environ is like this:
Windows NT, JRE1.4, Oracle Help - ohj-jewt-4_1_16.jar,

iweb2 navbar is rendered by javascript widget, therefore you can change navbar font style with javascript; this is an efficient way to change navbar font style.
Copy and paste the following into your pages using HTML Snippet:

Mouse over pop up - not sticky note-can it be done?

I am curious if there is a feature in Acrobat where by mousing over an area you can get a pop-up that provides information about the area you have moused over - much as you get when you hold the mouse over an item in the toolbar. I have looked and tried but, other than sticky notes-which are not really what I want - I have found nothing.
Is that possible in Acrobat?
Would appreciate any info or ideas.

You can use the button tool to create a button and in the properties add a tooltip. That will show on mouseover.
Be sure and set the properties with no fill or border so it won't be visible.

Thanks for the response. My main goal here is to get the drop
down menu word "Overview" to remain red once it reaches the frame
"WhoWeAre" or "OurMission" on the main timeline. If I turn the
button inside the movie clip into an MC to do this, the drop down
menu no longer works. Any thoughts on how to get this drop down

Im using Windows 7, and i could always
go down to my TaskBar and Right Click
Icons, and active icons, which would bring up
the standard Right Click Menu list.
PROBLEM
As soon as i moved my Mouse away from
the bottom Window 7 Task Bar to go a couple
of millimeters above to left click an option on
the Context Menu i opened with my right click,
The whole Menu disappears, and this happens in
Firefox version 29.01, other programs in Firefox,
and other such as Skype.
When i was running Firefox 28
i didn't have this problem, can you help me out.

Spry Menu bar mouse-over?

Hi there,
I have created a spry menu bar and it's almost finished but I am having trouble with these 2 things:
1. Only the buttons that have submenus change when the mouse pointer moves over it. This happened when I applied a background image to the buttons.
2. I don't want the background image to be applied to the submenu items. I want those to have just 1 color and another color when the mouse pointer moves over it. (If this last part isn't possible, I would just like the first part to happen: I want it to have a color and not the background image that I applied)
Could you please have a look at my CSS and tell me what I did wrong? Or what I should add?

Click on the Menu bar and go to View . Or, hover over where the Menu bar shiuld be and click on it when it appears. Try quitting and relaunching Finder.

My mouse disappears when moved over any text box?

After downloading Mozilla Firefox, my mouse no longer appears when moved over text boxes, such as the box I am typing in now. Any ideas? Thanks.

when your moving your arrow cursor over textbox its changes to Text cursor
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).
