Images in emails not viewable by my email recepients, why?

I get emails with images in them that show up very clearly. I've been forwarding them on, but people getting my emails can't see the images, so they send the emails back, and I see the images in their reply. This seems to happen when the images are in the body of the email itself as opposed to something you click on to open or download. What can I do when sending out emails with images to make these images viewable to my email recipients?

Your document is reader-enabled.  The current version of the Mobile Reader
does not permit you to flatten reader-enabled documents because the
flattening operation invalidates the reader-enablement.  We are
considering a capability where the Mobile Reader permits you to flatten
reader-enabled documents by removing the reader-enablement prior to
flattening.
Also note that when you send an unflattened form, you are not actually
sending a blank form.  You are sending a form with your form data intact,
however, many PDF viewers, such as Apple's built in PDF viewer (the one
that the Mail app uses), do not show interactive form field content.  For
example, if you emailed your unflattened form to your PC and opened the
form with Adobe Reader, you would see your form data.  I opened your form
and as an example, I can see your input "Annie hasting" beside the
"NAME" label.

    Apple mail out of office rule is sending auto replies to all emails not just newly received emails--HELP!  I set up the rule according to another apple support thread and instead of only sending the reply to new mail received, it was sent to all messages I believe that were in my INBOX, thankfully I only had a few but several people that hadn't sent me emails since I set up the rule, received the OUT OF OFFICE reply.  Please help.  Here is the procedure I followed for the out of office rule-

    You can set it easily...
    To access this feature in Apple's Mail app, right click on any sub-folder (like your exchange inbox on the left) and choose "Get Account Info." A window will pop up that looks like the one below. Make sure to select your Exchange account from the Account dropdown. Then click on the Out Of Office tab. If you have ever put in an Out of Office message in the past it will be displayed here. You can adjust and set your Out of Office from Apple Mail from within this tab.

  • Pushing the previous email, not the "just received" email

    I just installed a new email account on my Blackberry.  But when I tried to test it by sending an email to that account, the first email that was pushed to my Blackberry wasn't the one I sent, but one that had been received long ago.  Now, every time I send and email to that account, the email that is pushed to the Blackberry is the email that was received JUST PRIOR to that email.  So the Blackberry is always one email behind the current.  If I send an email to the account, and email is always pushed immediately to the Blackberry, it just isn't the current email.  Has anyone seen this and how can I get my Blackberry on track?

    The first thing we want to check is that your account is syncing properly. To do so, go to settings > accounts & sync > select the e-mail account to make sure the sync is on. Next, is everything else working properly on your phone? Please ensure mobile data is enabled by going to settings > more settings > and making sure mobile data has the green light. Finally, as a last ditch effort, you may wish to remove and then re-add the account altogether. Here's how to remove http://vz.to/RcSUUu .   • Mail 6.2 Can I make emails NOT group same senders emails together? Keeping read

    Mail 6.2 major issues for business users. Can we make emails NOT group previous emails from the same sender together? (you know it lists all the previous under it).  I have a number of customers who send us multiple emails per day. Because of the grouping, there are many times I cant tell what was read or not read. For instance, if I mark an email "Unread" to work on it later, that action just made everyemail in that group "Unread". Now I have the task of going through the last 20 emails and seeing what I printed/read already from that sender. Its contantly double work and confusion. In my office we have 4 of us with imacs all having the exact same issue in mail 6.2.  So what gives? There must be a way to stop previous emails from grouping into the most current email from sender. I am grateful for any assistance as google and bing are not giving me anything useful.

    SOLVED from another wonderful post! I am just sick how easy it was. In the "View" there is a tab called "Organize by Conversation"  Simply uncheck this box and BAM its perfect just how we need our email set up as individual emails. Wonderful. 

  • Email not syncing my iCloud email

    Hello,
    I am getting this error message from my Mac email app.
    "There may be a problem with the mail server or network. Verify the settings for account “iCloud” or try again.
    The server returned the error: Connections to the server “p08-imap.mail.me.com” on the default ports timed out."
    The emails are not getting into my inbox and I am not able to send any email.
    I have tried to fix this by login out and logging in back  (iCloud account) however the issues persists.
    Just as a matter of fact this problem is also presents on my iPhone 5 (iOS 8).
    I am using a MBA running OS X Yosemite 10.10.1
    What Can I do.

    The server may have got a bit overwhelmed - it happens. Give it a bit and try again.

  • Email not sent to external email id

    Hi All,
    We have a particular user who is not receving the email notifications/ reminders to approve leaves on his lotus notes id.
    Its only this particular user who is having this problem.
    If i trace the workflow (leave sbmitted by his subordinates) the  sending notification task has completed status but in SOST there is no record of a mail sent.
    Have checked SU01 the user has an email address maintained both in ESS and R/3.
    As per config SO16 - home address is selected.
    In the profile his external email id is selected as home address.
    what should i check next to sort out the issue.

    Try to maintain an auto-forwarding email address for this user using transaction SO36 and check if that solves your problem.

    I have been experiencing the same issue ever since I update to ios 5 about a week ago, only I have been having issues on my phone and not my ipad2.
    I deleted the account and attempted to set it up different ways multiple time, only being successful once before it continued to say that my setting and or password was incorrect. It's been frustrating to say the least.
    I took my phone into the AT&T store and the gentleman there also could not figure it out. We then logged into my att.net email account from the store's computer and it had a challenge verification that I had never seen before. Once I did this and logged out, the email began working again on my phone. He said that sometimes when there are too many devices connected to the account it will go in safe mode and won't work until you can log into a computer to verify. HOWEVER, the issue with this is that because I have my own computer when I did log in prior to going to the AT&T store, I did not get this verification step becuase it recognized my IP address.
    However, two days later and I am once again having the same issue. I plan on returnin to the AT&T store but I do believe there is a bug in ios5 that is causing this. Wonder how long it will take Apple to figure it out.
    In the meantime, I suggest you try logging into your att.net email from a computer (other than the one you use if you can) and see if you get the verification step at log in. If you do, you will probably be able to set up your email on your ipad/iphone and get it working....just not sure how long it will continue working.
    I really hope this helps you as I am in the same boat and it is incredibly frustrating when you send and receive 50+ emails a day!

    If I open up an article in 'Reader' in safari, then go to 'Mail this page' it opens up in the OSX Mail program. I use 'Sparrow' and have set this up as the default email client (I know this as I can go to the file menu and 'Mail link to this page' and it will use 'Sparrow' client. Is this a bug in Safari?

    Open the Mac Mail app then from the menu bar click Mail / Preferences then select the General tab.
    Make sure: *Default email* reader is set to Sparrow
    Relaunch Safari.

  • Email not Sending from Nokia Email (E7) - anyone e...

    On precisely 1st April my Nokia e7 (on 3 (UK)) stopped sending email. I've tried configuration using both smtp2go.com (a general smtp commercial gateway with wide access) and with my ISP "traveller" SMTP configuration. None of it works.
    There isn't a connectivity problem with the ISP as the email is downloading fine - but it won't send.
    Is anbody else experiencing the same problem because I think it's an issue with Nokia's own servers rather than the mobile network I'm on?

    When you make certain updates to your Apple ID, we’ll send you an email to help you complete the update.     drag the image to the email. that's all. how it will show on the other end depends on the email client configuration of your email recipients, not on you.

  • Images and graphics are not showing in certain emails when using Firefox. They show in Google Chrome.

    Certain emails from f.chtah.com(image info) are not showing graphic or image content. This happens in both gmail and hotmail. If opened in Google Chrome, they show up.
    I had my computer wiped clean last week and everything was showing up ok again until this morning. The same emails are having the problem that was going on for the previous month.
    I make sure that all updates are installed.

    I figured it out. Clear your cookies. The company that hosts the images and the stylesheets updated their domain name- i figured this out in Chrome, it was showing a different URL for the css- http://ebm.cheetahmail.com
    After all the cookies (Privacy Tab in preferences) and reloading the pages the images and stylesheets started working again.
    I hope this helps other folks.
