In-app purchases no longer working

I have and iphone 4 running iOS5.1.  Since upgrade to 5.1, I can no longer make in-app purchases, receiving a "cannot connect to itunes store" error.  I can purchase apps directly, or purchase from itunes, but not in-app.  Worked fine before I upgraded

Supposedly, when you "re-purchase" them, the iTunes Store should recognize that they were previously purchased (assuming you are using the same iTunes Store account). That said however, I just sent off an email to the iTunes Store Support section because I WAS charged again for an in-app purchase.
I don't know if this was a fluke or a new policy by Apple to get their 30% of a $2.99 purchase since Apple is known to be: losing money, stock is tanking, no one is buying their products, etc.

    Ever since I did the most recent iOS Update for my iPod Touch 4G (purchased Dec 2010), the app store no longer works. I know for a fact it is NOT a billing problem with missmatched security code on my credit card. I had that before and resolved it.
    This time, it seems that when I download an update to an app or a new app, it starts to download and then says "Waiting..." but in eternity. The download doesn't commence. I already tried resetting the network, powering off and on, deleting the apps and readding them as new and using different WiFi networks (FOUR) to make sure that wasn't the issue. Nothing seems to fix this.
    Any suggestions?

    I have a working code for In-App purchase , its working fine in iOS6 but when I run in iOS7 I got "Failed to load list of products" in debug area and when I tap on restore button to get the already purchased product it says "Cannot connect to iTunes Store".
    I searched a lot regarding this but did not found any solution for this.

    I have a couple apps that have been in the marketplace for quite some time. Now with iOS 7 there have been some bugs reported. I am trying to rebuild them in XCode 5 with a iOS 6 target. However, I have some serious problems with the StoreKit. The first App always returns "Cannot connect to iTunes" when I try to test an In-App purchase on my iOS 7 iPad. With my second App, the In-App purchase seems to work, however I never get any responses using NSNotificationCenter. "productPurchased" and "productPurchaseFailed" never get hit. I created test users and I believe they are valid. I logged out of iTunes on the device. Does anyone know what might have caused this to stop working for me? I have made no other changes to my code. I am only trying to run it in XCode 5 on an iOS 7 device. Thanks for any help someone might be able to provide!

    Many of my previously working Palm Pre Apps are no longer working after the webOS 1.4 update.
    Here are the ones that just return a blank/white screen after launching so far:
    SplashID
    Daily Devo
    Daily Light (Love)
    Absolute Fitness (some options no longer work correctly & are returning a white screen and some options are working)
    These are just a few of the Apps that I am having problems with and there are probably many others.  I have also sent emails/posted to forums on the developer sites to advise. Hopefully I will hear something back soon.
    Anyone else experiencing this issue as well with any Apps?

    SplashID on my Sprint Pre is showing just a blank screen after starting it and entering my password.  I see no update for it in the App Catalog.
    EDIT: Never mind.  It appears that it only did that on the first launch.  I closed it and restarted it, and now the screen in SplashID is correct.

    You may have debris in your headphone jack blocking the sensor.  Try blowing hard on the jack, and inserting/removing your headphones quickly multiple times to clear it.

    Everything works great, exept one thing. My in app purchases don't work. I think i've done everything right.
    I followed exectly these steps:
    - Digital Publishing Suite Help | DPS publishing guide for Windows Store
    - In my Dev windows account I've made an in app purchase for each folio
    - I published my folio's wat the same product ID as V31 en set the status on public, retail.
    I have done all these steps, but my app is empty, I see no folio.
    I can only see the folio's when I publish them en set the status on public, free.
    Am I missing something?

    In-app purchases on Windows work differently than on iOS. You shouldn't be making in-app purchase entries for each folio in your Windows Store listing.
    See Digital Publishing Suite Help | DPS publishing guide for Windows Store for complete details on how in-app purchasing is different on Windows, and how to set it up correctly in the store. Once you have your consumable in-app purchase entry created for your store listing you'll need to request an updated custom viewer that incorporates that Windows Store product ID, then resubmit the app to Windows for approval.

    Do you know what you get from the Complete set of content? like by sounds does it mean more library effects. I've tried restore purchase.

    200 sounds means 200 software instrument (Midi) patches. If you create a software instrument track, you should see many more patches.

    I have never bought an app but on all other things Apple  somewhere has in tiny print the system requirements for running the software.  If you're going to live in the world of outdated technology the way I do, you will quickly learn to always read system requirements.

    Just upgraded to iOS 10.10.2 on my MacBook Pro (late 2011) and was informed my Kindle app was no longer compatible and would be removed somewhere.  When I tried to install a new Kindle app from the Apple App store it appeared to download, but when I tried to open it nothing happened and it does not appear anywhere in my App list.  I see there have been problems like this in the past but nobody has reported having a problem for several months.  Any cure for this?

    iOS is the operating system for iOS devices like the iPhone and iPad. Your Mac runs on OS X. You have installed OS X 10.10.2 Yosemite.
    I have the most recent version of the Kindle app for Mac from the Mac App Store (MAS) v. 1.10.6 and it works fine. Look again in the MAS for the Kindle app, does it say Get or Open on the button?
    Are you confusing Kindle for Mac with Kindle for iOS. The iOS version won't run on your Mac.

    I purchased a gift card in order to use it for in app purchasing. I didn't list any oth card in my account and now I can download the main application and buy songs from iTunes But the service simply told me that my email/apple ID can't be used with that store (the country's  I am) although I used it twice! So what is it?
    In order to use a gift card for in app purchasing you need to have a debit card or any other card listed? I bought a gift card because I don't have any eligible cards for that account.

    I never recieved any response from Lenovo Support on this, checked my messages & emails since and nothing.  I guess when they don't have an answer, tickets just fall threw the cracks mysteriously.
    Either way, I never had a chance to attempt the sequence method mentioned, granted Lenovo stated what order I needed to install their software (which I performed to their exact instructions)
    Since then, out of the 2 laptops, 1 still doesn't work and the other one works periodically.  Don't know why it works when it does but after a reboot, it fails again.
