In CRM Date stored in std table is in YYYYMMDDhhmmss format.

Hello,
Can any one guide me on how to convert this YYYYMMDDhhmmss date format to normal system date format sy-datum. All orders in CRM are storing order changed date & created date in this format. Same field type cannot be used in any selection screen. kindly suggest how to define these dates in selection screen of any report.

Devika.S

When you define a table with DATE as the datatype, Oracle always stores time with it.
During data entry, if you do not enter time, then the time defaults to 00:00:00.
It is upto you to strip the time off when selecting the data from the column.
If you absolutely have to store only the date portion, you can define a varchar2 field and store the date portion. However, I do not recommend this.
Hope this answers your question

  • How to get all the data stored on a table?

    Hi.
I'm tryng to get all the data stored on a database table but I'm losing in trouble. I've looked for a soloution to my problem in the forums but each post I follow related to this issue gives me a different way to solve the problem and no one works :(
I suppose I have to call the getAllRowsInRange() method from my ViewObject class. But how can I get an instance of my ApplicationModule in order to get the corresponding ViewObject?
I think I messed my head a lot.
    Could someone help me please?
    Thanks in advance.

    Thanks for your answer.
However, there are some things that I don't understand. I will look the book but why is necessary to create another ApplicationModule? The fact is that my application just have one ApplicationModule.
Apart from that, I have tried your suggestion and I've obtained the quite little friendly response that follows:

At that point, I think a better explanation of my purpose could be helpful. What I'm trying to do is just create a simple page with a command button, and in its action method get all the data stored in the rows of the table. I've seen a possible solution that I understand:
    DCIteratorBinding iter = getIterator("DatosViewObj1Iterator");
    System.out.println("Iterator Binding: "+iter);
    int startRange = iter.getRangeSize();
    iter.setRangeSize(-1);
    Row[] rows = iter.getAllRowsInRange();
    iter.setRangeSize(startRange);
but the problem is that I don't know what is the class the method getIterator belongs to.
Could you help me with this last piece of code? If not, I accept, of course, any suggestion. I am absolutely stuck.
    Thanks and regards.

  • How to access the data stored in Java tables in E-Commerce 7.0

For the CRM E-Commerce 7.0 Web shop all the data related order templates, Shop Id and catalog variants are not getting stored in CRM tables. Can anyone please let us know where all the details are getting stored.
By searching here, in SDN Forum we found that these details are getting stored in some java tables. If this is true  kindly let us know the following points.
1). How can we access these tables.
2).Where these java tables are stored .
3).Do we have authorizations to check and modify these tables.
4).If we donu2019t have authorizations to check and modify these tables, how can we get the access to them.
4).How can we write Database Queries to retrieve the data from these tables.

I am afraid, all these three entities are in CRM tables.
Web Shops - Function module CRM_ISA_SHOP_GETLIST, Table crmm_isa_shop_h
Catalog Variants - Function module - COM_PRDCAT_GET_VARIANTS (they are also stored in CRM tables) for a given catalog.
Now for the Order Templates - They are technically order objects with system status set to "Order Template" I1034. You should be able to see them in CRM tables alongwith other orders... crmd_orderadm_h and etc...

Please post a concise and complete example. Include table DDL and sample data INSERT statements.
Cause the solution depends on your actual structure. Otherwise take a look at the
    nodes() method.
    E.g.
    DECLARE @Sample TABLE
    ID INT IDENTITY ,
    Data XML
    INSERT INTO @Sample
    ( Data )
    VALUES ( '<RiskEndorsement><ExistingExposureSplitLimitsChange><NewRiskLimitSeq>536504</NewRiskLimitSeq><EffDate>11/1/2011</EffDate></ExistingExposureSplitLimitsChange></RiskEndorsement> ' ),

  • Problem to reproject data stored in Oracle through GeoServer

    Good morning
I am currently trying to reproject some GIS data into the Antarctic Polar Stereographic projection. (see http://nsidc.org/data/atlas/epsg_3031.html)
This GIS data to be reprojected has been stored into Oracle (Oracle locator) through mapBuilder or Spatial Console with no specified SRS.
By default, in my GeoServer, the data is marked as having the SRS:4326 in order to calculate the geographical extension.
When sending a request to my Geographical server (Geoserver 1.6.3) in order to reproject the data into the Antarctic projection (SRS:3031), i got a white page which means that the projection has not been done correctly.
My URL to generate this map is: ..?service=WMS&version=1.1.1&request=GetMap&srs=EPSG:3031&format=image/gif&width=1000&height=1000&bbox=-12400000,-12400000,12400000,12400000&layers=fifao:fa_areas
I know this URL is corrrect because it works perfectly when the data is stored in a shapefile format or in a table in PostGIS but not when it points to a table in Oracle.
So i would tend to think that the problem is at Oracle level.
Moreover, i tried to specify some SRS when loading a shapefile in Oracle through MapBuilder or Spatial Console and the result is the same or even worst.
In fact the GIS data stored in a table generated by MapBuilder with a 4326 SRS, can only be seen partially.
If anyone could help me understanding why data stored in Oracle can not be reprojected while it works for other GeoDatabase or formats, i would be very grateful?
Could it be related to the media i used to load shapefile? The fact that i have only a locator license?
Many thanks in advance for your help and i hope it is clear enough.

  • Arranging the data in the internal table

    Hi all,
I have data in my internal table in the fol format:
PO number     Vendor Invoice no      Header total
    1000                122                            400
    1000                123                            500
    1001                125                            100
    1001                125                             100
    2001                126                             101
    2001                128                             102
Now i need to arrange the data in the foll format and recalculate the total for every same  PO based on the different vendor invoice no as follows:
PO number     Vendor Invoice no      Header total
    1000                122                            900
    1000                123                            900
    1001                125                             100
    2001                126                             203
    2001                128                             203
As can be seen in the above table, the totals needs to be added for each PO with different vendor invoice no.
Can someone explain me with sample code how to achieve the above?
    Thanks.

  • Where the BP internet role's SU01 data stored in CRM

    Hi Guys,
We are creating BUSINESS PARTNERS using a abap upload program . We are using CRM 4.0 620 release.
I have created roles for all the Business partners(All the roles are stored in but100).. one of the assigned roles is <b>INTERNET USER ROLES</b>.
<b>When i select this role for a Business partner in using BP transaction i could see the SU01 roles assigned to the particular business partner under internet user tab screen of the BP transaction.</b>
can some one tell me when i select the <b>INTERNET USER ROLES</b> for a BP <b>where the related SU01 data is picked from and  which is the CRM table storing this data</b> .
    Will appreaciate an early reply..
    Regards,
    Sundar<b></b>

    Hi Sundar,
This is the integration between the BP and SU01.
The SU01 data is not stored in any BP related tables. Only the role is stored in the table BUT000. Entire data is picked from the user tables.
The module 'SUSR_USER_READ' is used to read the user information from the user tables. Details about this can be found in the central person module BUCP_BUPA_EVENT_ISDAT. Hope this helps.

  • Writing a stored procedure to import SQL Server table data into a Oracle table

    Hello,
As a new DBA I have been tasked with writing a stored procedure to import SQL Server table data into an Oracle table. I have been given many suggestions on how to do it from SQL Server but I I just need to write a stored procedure to run it from the Oracle side. Suggestions/guidance on where to start would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
I started to write it based on what I have but I know this is not correct :/
    # Here is the select statement for the data source in SQL Server...
    SELECT COMPANY
    ,CUSTOMER
    ,TRANS_TYPE
    ,INVOICE
    ,TRANS_DATE
    ,STATUS
    ,TRAN_AMT
    ,CREDIT_AMT
    ,APPLD_AMT
    ,ADJ_AMT
    ,TRANS_USER1
    ,PROCESS_LEVEL
    ,DESCRIPTION
    ,DUE_DATE
    ,OUR_DATE
    ,OUR_TIME
    ,PROCESS_FLAG
    ,ERROR_DESCRIPTION
      FROM data_source_table_name
#It loads data into the table in Oracle....
    Insert into oracle_destination_table_name (
    COMPANY,
    CUSTOMER,
    TRANS_TYPE,
    INVOICE,
    TRANS_DATE,
    STATUS,
    TRANS_AMT,
    CREDIT_AMT,
    APPLD_AMT,
    ADJ_AMT,
    TRANS_USER1,
    PROCESS_LEVEL,
    DESCRIPTION,
    DUE_DATE,
    OUR_DATE,
    OUR_TIME,
    PROCESS_FLAG,
    ERROR_DESCRIPTION)
    END;

CREATE TABLE statements would have been better as MS-SQL and Oracle don't have the same data types.
OUR_DATE, OUR_TIME will (most likely) be ONE column in Oracle.
    DATABASE LINK
Personally, I'd just load the data over a database link:
    insert into oracle_destination_table_name ( <column list> )
    select ... <transform data here>
    from data_source_table@mssql_db_link
As far as creating the database link from Oracle to MS-SQL ... that is for somebody else to answer.
(most likely you'll need to use an ODBC driver)
    EXTERNAL TABLE
If the data from MS-SQL is in a CSV file, just use and external table.
    same concept:
    insert into oracle_destination_table_name ( <column list> )
    select ... <transform data here>
    from data_source_external_table
    MK

  • In which tables are CIC0 billing data stored?

    Dear Gurus,
Quick question.. may I know in which tables are the billing transaction data stored?
    Thanks in advanced.
    BR,
    Jayne.

    hi
CRMD_BILLING is the table for you
else if you wanna see through header data go to table
    CRMD_ORDERADM_H
and there you give the object id and you can paste the GUID produced there in side the table CRMD_ORDER_INDEX
    to see the billing data
    best regards

  • Maximun no of data stored in a internal table

    Hello experts,
    I need two things,
Maximum no of data can be stored to an internal table, as per my knowledge it probably max 2 GB, and the number of records
depends on the table line type also.
Can anyone give any tentaive maximum no ?
again i need to store them in application server, what is the maximum no of records which can be downloaded to application server.
I guess in both cases  (max data append to internal table and stored in application server) 50 lakhs 5 million should work.
Actually we will have to run the job anf it will contain huge data, so we can noy just check by changing no of limit.
It will be helpful for us if it can be exceeded more than 50 lakhs 5 million also.
If anyone can give some idea, it will really help us a lot.

You can get a good overview over the available memory in transaction RZ10, choose your instance profile, then "basic maintenance" and "memory management". Read the F1 help of the various parameters and consult your system administrator, as already suggested, also regarding available disk space on the application server, which should be much more, on average.
If you deal with large volumes of data, use block processing for filling your internal tables and writing to the app server, clear all tables before processing the next block, then you should stay well below your memory limits.

You may also use transaction SD11 to browse the CRM data model in the CRM Server. There you can select application and look for different tables.
