In entourage I'd like to view all emails

I am running Entourage 2004 & have set up my work account. It is properly finding the server & getting the right number of emails, however it does not display them. It only displays a few by no logical method. I believe I have all filters off (ie view only flagged or unread) Not sure how to display. I have an email in my inbox that is new (unread) and I can't even get it to populate on my inbox to see it. Please let me know if I can provide any additional info & thanks for the help

Since Entourage is not an Apple product, you should really consider posting issues with Office on Microsoft's own forums for their Mac products as they would be focused more toward the issue than an Apple forum and there are Microsoft appointed MVPs there to assist.

Can I view all email at once like on Mail?

I have about 4 different email accounts (gmail, .mac, etc)
I am wondering if it is possible to view all of the mail within one large folder, like I do on my MacBook using Mail and just selecting 'Inbox', which then shows me email coming in to any of my accounts.
Right now I have to drill down into each account, read the mail, then move back up the hierarchy to go select another account, etc.
Maybe I'm missing something simple...

This is not available with the iPhone's email client.

How can I view all emails (regardless of account)

On my Mac, I can easily view all of my inboxes at once for the 3 separate mail accounts I have (work, home and one other).
On the iPhone, it seems that I have to keep going back up to the top of the Mail UI and back down into each mail account in order to view new mails... or have I missed some setting/feature that allows me to view all of my incoming mails in one combined inbox (as I can in OS X)?
+(As a side note, the Calendar on the iPhone does allow me to view all of my separate calendars comnbined).+

Hello, unfortunately the iPhone doesn't have a combined inbox - As far as I'm aware this isn;t possible at this time (You're not missing a setting either - I've checked extensively). It's a shame and I certainly look forward to when this is implemented (if it ever is).

Cant view all emails on setting up TB

I have just set up TB for by BT & 3 other accounts. The 3 other accounts all seem fine. BT messages are all now showing in TB apart from 1 subfolder of my inbox. The folder is showing but it is empty. Have checked where my profile is stored & the messages are not there.
All my messages have disappeared from my BT mailbox. Help please!!

Can anybody help me with this please?

Somehow I ended up with two email accts and would like to get all emails in one place

Somehow I ended up with two email accts and was able to get messages all in one place until today. Now they are fragmented and I have to go into xfinity to get Comcast mail and gmail is not transferring messages.

Try deleting one of the accounts.

Not viewing all email

Just bought a Mac Pro and all folders were showing in Outlook Express when I picked it up at the Apple store. I'm home and only Inbox and Sent appear. Where are the others?

I used to have pop, my messages didn't remain on the web and now they do so I assumed I now have IMAP. Does this make since? But in the Accounts in has pop.mindspring.com as my incoming mail server.
They did the data transfer and I bought Applecare but since Applecare is closed today I may have go to the store. I called the store and someone said they transferred Outlook Express and 4,000 emails. Didn't think I had that many but with folders I created guess I did. Anyway, I can't find them or Outlook Express.
I don't think I was clear in my earlier message. I had Outlook Express and when I picked up my Mac she showed my email and it was on Outlook Express. But now there's just Mac Mail without any messages or folders from the PC.

Before I saw this response I was poking around the TB Help area, saw something about switching from POP to IMAP. Did that but then switched back, BIG MISTAKE! Every email i've received since around 2008 reloaded onto my computer- all to my desktop, some to my new laptop. Had to figure out how to delete 10's of thousands of emails. I am getting to where I really hate technology.

This is my first go at this so be kind,
My question concerns launchpad. Coming from Snow Leopard I had been using spaces. I like to keep certain bundles of programs on separate desktops, for example all word processing related tasks in one place. I have set up the equivalent on Yosemite.
My problem is concerns the loss of exposé. Now I know when you swipe into launch pad you get a very similar effect but the issue I am having concerns the "zoom out" effect when you swipe into launchpad. With exposé all open apps/pages etc would be fully exposed - in my case several (sometimes as many as 9 word documents). What I am running into is when I do this in / into launch pad the "pile" of docs is exposed but they are still overlapping so I can't get a good look at which is which and visually identify where I want to navigate to.
My question is this; Is there a way to adjust the settings on launchpad so that when I swipe into it all the open apps/pages are fully separated (like in exposé) so that I can fully view all of them simultaneously? If so, instructions on how to do so would be greatly appreciated. Any alternative suggestions to doing this outside of launchpad are also welcome. If there is an exposé app for example, I would be quite willing to go that route.
My main concern is being able to quickly (ie a touchpad gesture) expand all the open pages so I can bounce between them.

Thanks for taking the time. Unfortunately no that does not solve it. Same as swipe it will get me there and it will show separate programs spaced out. The issue I am having is that all my open word files are bunched up in a pile on top of each other. I can see the edges of each one but I want them to be separated from each other enough that I can visually identify what file is what.

iPhoto is not a Photo Viewer. It's a Photo Manager and designed for looking after the files while you organise the Photos. It really works much better if you let it manage those files. If you use iPhoto you never go near those files because iPhoto is your start point for anything you want to do with your Photos - the point of the pplication.
You can run iPhoto in Referenced mode, where it does not copy the files to the Library, but I caution you that you are making life a lot more difficult for yourself by doing that.

How can I view what apps were down loaded to iTunes and be able to add or delete them since your company updated your system it is impossible to view them or adjust them I would also like to know is there any way to change it back to the old system It was alot easier to deal with

Um, you're not writing Apple. We're all users.
1. You can not downgrade iOS. It's not supported nor has it ever been supported
2. To view all the apps you have ever downloaded, open the App Store and tap on the Purchased Tab. They'll all be listed.

No, you'll have to use Mission control for that. It's either located on the dock, the F3 key on recent laptops on a swipe on the trackpad.

HD movies with iTunes extra won't play on Apple TV.Tried to repurchase and message states, "Already purchased, would you like to view now?" Submitted "YES" and am taken to movie's menu with iTunes extra with no tab for 'PLAY'. Menu won't work at all.

Several movies I purchased won't play on Apple TV. They don't show up on my Apple TV menu, and if I search for them, the "Purchase HD movie" tab shows up. When I try to re-purchase, states "Already Purchased- would you like to view now". I answer "YES" and I'm taken to a screen without a "Play" tab. Other tabs such as "Extras" are frozen and don't work. Unable to see the movie or any of the iTunes extras.

2 iphoto libraries? and viewing all thumbnails but can't view landscape

We have 2 users set up on the computer and I have recently noticed that the iphoto libraries in each of the users/pictures folder don't seem to be the same size. Are these truly 2 different libraries based on which account our photos were imported into?
AND, my recent imports into iPhoto seems to be behaving 'funny'. I can view all the thumbnails, but, when I try to open any landscape photos, the picture flashes, and then I only see a black screen. The portrait photos in the same event are viewing without issue? Any ideas?

iPhoto is based on a database. Once you import/copy the photos into the library you can add a photo to multiple items, i.e. albums, books, calendars, without having to duplicate the original image file. All management of the photo is done within iPhoto and it's database. All access to photos for use in or out of iPhoto is done from within iPhoto. There's no need to get into the library via the Finder.
The following is from one of Terence Devlin’s posts on file access for use outside of iPhoto. It’s the definitive treatise on the subject.
Since iPhoto 7 (iLife 08) the old iPhoto Library Folder is now a Package File. This is simply a folder that looks like a file in the Finder. The change was made to the format of the iPhoto library because many users were inadvertently corrupting their library by browsing through it with other software or making changes in it themselves.
Accessing the iPhoto Library Folder directly has never been supported in any version of iPhoto.
There are many, many ways to access your files in iPhoto:
For Users of 10.5 and later
You can use any Open / Attach / Browse dialogue. On the left there's a Media heading, your pics can be accessed there. Command-Click for selecting multiple pics.

Many internet sites such as Flickr and SmugMug have plug-ins for accessing the iPhoto Library. If the site you want to use doesn’t then some, one or any of these will also work:
To upload to a site that does not have an iPhoto Export Plug-in the recommended way is to Select the Pic in the iPhoto Window and go File -> Export and export the pic to the desktop, then upload from there. After the upload you can trash the pic on the desktop. It's only a copy and your original is safe in iPhoto.
This is also true for emailing with Web-based services. However, if you're using Gmail you can use iPhoto2GMail
If you use Apple's Mail, Entourage, AOL or Eudora you can email from within iPhoto.
If you use a Cocoa-based Browser such as Safari, you can drag the pics from the iPhoto Window to the Attach window in the browser.
If you want to access the files with iPhoto not running:
For users of 10.6 and later:
You can download a free Services component from MacOSXAutomation which will give you access to the iPhoto Library from your Services Menu. Using the Services Preference Pane you can even create a keyboard shortcut for it.
For Users of 10.4 and later:
Create a Media Browser using Automator (takes about 10 seconds) or use this free utility Karelia iMedia Browser
Other options include:
1. Drag and Drop: Drag a photo from the iPhoto Window to the desktop, there iPhoto will make a full-sized copy of the pic.
2. File -> Export: Select the files in the iPhoto Window and go File -> Export. The dialogue will give you various options, including altering the format, naming the files and changing the size. Again, producing a copy.
3. Show File: Right- (or Control-) Click on a pic and in the resulting dialogue choose 'Show File'. A Finder window will pop open with the file already selected.
You can set Photoshop (or any image editor) as an external editor in iPhoto. (Preferences -> General -> Edit Photo: Choose from the Drop Down Menu.) This way, when you double click a pic to edit in iPhoto it will open automatically in Photoshop or your Image Editor, and when you save it it's sent back to iPhoto automatically. This is the only way that edits made in another application will be displayed in iPhoto.
All of the above are a: faster and b: Safer than rooting around in the old Library Folder.

View all address book contacts?

I've used Outlook on my work PC for the last couple of years. One feature I like is the ability to view all contacts at once, in a grid view, when you click the Contacts button. Is there a Mac Mail plugin that would give me a similar view of my Address Book contacts? Thanks.

well you could print the address book to PDF. but that only give you a list in a grip. You wouldn't be able to edit the contacts. You could get entourage for the mac (Microsoft's version of outlook for the mac)

"View All RSS Articles" Sometimes Stops All Pages from Loading

I'd like some help with this:
Sometimes, when I view a whole lot of RSS articles in one tab, the content stops loading after one hundred or so articles have come in. After this, no pages will load -- not even a local html file in my home directory.
These message appears in the console:
2007-01-17 13:10:37.996 Safari[6634] * -[NSCFString stringByAppendingString:]: nil argument
(event handler):Null value
Memory and CPU don't seem unusually high. I can still close tabs, export bookmarks and do other things with the menus. I just can't load a new page.
Quitting and re-starting Safari is the only way I have found around this problem.

Wow... thanks for trying out those feeds that I suspected. It's a wierd problem, because it does not occur consistently.
I reproduced the error by viewing all RSS articles in my news feeds bookmarks folder, and I used "Start Profiling with Sample" on the Debug menu to create a .sample file, and I stopped profiling when the error recurred a few seconds later.
This produced a ten-thousand-line-long file that may contain useful information.
Here's the console log section:

You know, this would not bother me much at all if it weren't such a nice feature when it works. Most Apple things are like that for me: great when they work, and they usually work.
