"Initial column cannot be generated" error when creating a planning book

Hi,
I have an error when creating a planning book with the planning book wizard. In the tab "data view", I enter values for the "Visible" and "Input" fields and validate. The following error is generated: "Initial column cannot be generated" and then "Maintain the time for the 'column visible from' field". I tried with different dates, and get the same error.
I am running SCM 5.0.
Any help would be greatly apreciated.

Generally these error come when we manually enter the value in the Visible and Input column. Instead we should try select value from the Drill down options which gets generated based on the Time Bucket Profile you have selected as input for Planning Horizon.

It is not a error message It is a warning message for Use the Same MIC in Multiple time, No problem just you can save the Inspection plan, It will not reflect any problem any where.

Error When Creating Maintenance Plan

Hi, recently I upgraded to sql server 2008 R2 from sql 2008, everything went OK and my server is up and running since 10 days.
This evening I wanted to modify a maintenance plan that backs up all DBs which I run on command, I started to get "MSSQL server management Studion is unable to load this document: SSIS object name is invalid. More specific errors would have been raised explaining
the exact naming problem".
I tried creating a new one, directly and using the wizard, I get a dialogbox error :

in command line chnge directory to this path C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\100\DTS\Binn
run the following from the command line:
REGSVR32.EXE dts.dll

Error when generating program when creating CVC using infoprovider

We are receiving the message "Error when generating program" when
creating CVC using infoprovider.
This may have something to do with the fact that we added an attribute
to the infoObject 9ALOCNO. We are getting an information message if we
run a consistency check in the POS.
We had this same issue in our development system. Here, I deactivated
and then reactivated the CVCs and this resolved the problem. However,
this is not a good solution since this is also a problem in our
production system and we do not want to deactivate the POS.
is there another option to fix this problem?

i would try these:
1. Make sure the cube is active and every thing ok there
2. Run programs /SAPAPO/TS_PSTRU_CONS_CHECK on POS and /SAPAPO/TS_LCM_CONS_CHECK on planning area respectively.
3. Check the CVC creation log in transaction /n/sapapo/mc62 for more details.

Error when creating index with parallel option on very large table

I am getting a
"7:15:52 AM ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kxfqupp_bad_cvl], [7940], [6], [0], [], [], [], []"
error when creating an index with parallel option. Which is strange because this has not been a problem until now. We just hit 60 million rows in a 45 column table, and I wonder if we've hit a bug.
Version 10.2.0.4
O/S Linux
As a test I removed the parallel option and several of the indexes were created with no problem, but many still threw the same error... Strange. Do I need a patch update of some kind?

This is most certainly a bug.
From metalink it looks like bug 4695511 - fixed in 10.2.0.4.1

Sounds like the java version on your Linux machine is not working with the PostgreSQL JDBC driver.
Try updating your JVM on the Linux server.

Error in transporting ODS(Error when creating the export DataSource.......)

Hi All,
 When I try to transport ODS from dev to quality i m getting the following error.
DataSource 8XADDR1 does not exist in source system BQ1CLNT355 of version A
Error when creating the export DataSource and dependent Objects
Error when activating ODS Object XADDR1

 XADDR1 is my ODS. BQ1CLNT355 is myself source system. When i checked the connection in the source system tab in Quality,it is ok.
Please Suggest solution,if any body encountered same problem. It is very urgent for me.

Replicate your source system in qual and then try to transport the ODS and the datamart object 8ODS ....

The payslip is not getting generated in QA portal. I have checked everything, feature, report variant. The payslip is getting generated from the back end.
But I have not checked from PZ11_PDF, becz of authorisation issue.

Did you ever solve this issue? We are experiencing the same errors, but with ZCM 11. Server configurstion is Windows Server 2008R2, database is MS SQL 2005.
Every time we try to create or change a (Windows) bundle or policy there's an error message in ZCC. The error is:
com.novell.zenworks.datamodel.exceptions.InternalD ataModelException: com.novell.zenworks.datamodel.exceptions.InternalD ataModelException: org.hibernate.exception.ConstraintViolationExcepti on: could not insert collection: [com.novell.zenworks.datamodel.objects.assignableco ntent.AssignableContentObject.ContentServers
...followed by a different GUID(?) every time.
We've placed a SR but haven't had any suggestions from Novell yet - we're soon going from calm to panic as we are planning to move from test to production in two weeks...

Please check with your SAP Security Team if you have complete authorization/roles to generate proxies.

Error when creating VLO1N: u201Corder blocked for delivery as a result of credit checku201D.
Observations @ FD33:
Credit limit     :     3,50,000.00
Receivables     :     1,53,903.94
Credit exposure:     1,55,185.17
Current sales order value:
Net: 43127.74
Tax: 7331.72
Total sales order value : 50,459.46
Sales order created on : 18/8/09
Horizon                      : 2/9/09
Risk Category                : HRR (High Risk Re-check)

Need to know:
Tax amount is also included in the credit check?
Is the total sales order value: 50,459.46 is included in the Credit exposure value?
If it is not included then the total will go beyond the Credit limit value. Fine the block is ok.
If it is included in the Credit exposure, then the total amount will be 3,09,089.1. Which is less than 3,50,000. So credit check should not happen.
But it is blocked and the error is through as u201Corder blocked for delivery as a result of credit checku201D.
Please let me know the reason & what other checks I have to look on.

Hi,
Generally total value of the sales order is considered for the Credit management.
Now if you want tax should not be included for the credit management.
Then you have to make small changes in pricing procedure.
Go to V/08 and select your pricing procedure and go to control data.
Check out the setting where your grand total is happening.
In the subtotal column you will find out A has been put up.
This A trigger the credit exposure of the credit management.
So if you want that tax should not be included then, check out where your total net value has been calculated before tax.
Over there put the A in the sub total column and remove it from the previous setting.
Save this setting now check whether the credit is happening including the tax or not.
