IPCC Report formula for assess Agents performance

Hello everyone!
I need some kind of formula to assess the operation of our Agents in the Call Centre. The result of this formula (a number) will be used to pay bonuses to the agents.
Dont know exactly which data from the Historical Reports to use, but I quess Handle Ratio and Average Talk time could be the ones I need
First, I thought to multiply Handle Ratio to Average Talk, but it will not be fair. Example
Handle Ratio = 79%
Average Talk time = 77 sec
0,79 x 77 = 60.83
But if Handle Ratio is 100%, but the average talk time is 50 sec, then 1x50=50 which is less than 60.83 and it is not fair since 100% Handle Ratio is obviously better than 79%
If we just use the Handle Ratio, then the Agents may try to get rid of the customers as fast as possible to get more calls presented. This can affect the quality of the service
I got stuck here and I hope someone in this forum has ever dealt with something like this
Thank you!

The problem here is that agents sometimes ignore the calls and we try to motivate them to answer all the calls they receive. I could use the  Handle Ratio for this, but there a thought that one agent may receive 100 calls and answer 100% of them, another may receive 200 and answer 80% which makes 160 calls. As a result first agent answer 100% calls (100 calls) the other one answer 80% calls but overall it makes 160, so she answered more calls than the first one. It means she did more work, but the first agent receives the bonus for 100% handle ratio. It may not be fair.
So I am trying to use all these showings in one formula, so we can use handle ratio and calls received and talk time all together

             Order Quantity:1000
          =================================================================
          Detail Area invoice group

           i need formula for balance quantity . the balance quantity subtract from order quantity and plus with credit note quantity.

    Try this:
    1) Modify the code above to:
    Whileprintingrecords;
    Numbervar x := x +1;
    If x = 1 then
    Numbervar t := ({Order qty} - Invqty) + {Credit};
    Else
    t := ({Order qty} - t) + {credit}
    2) Create a reset formula and place this on the group header 1:
    Whileprintingrecords;
    Numbervar x := 0;

  • Report running for long time & performance tuning

    Hi All,
    (1). WebI report is running for long time.so what are the steps i need to check for it ?
    (2). Can you tell me about performance tuning in BO ?
    please help me.....
    Thanks
    Kumar

    (1). WebI report is running for long time.so what are the steps i need to check for it ?
    The first step is to see if the problem lies in the query on the data source or in webi itself. Depending on the data source there are different ways to extract the query and try to run it against the database. Which source does your report uses?
    (2). Can you tell me about performance tuning in BO ?
    I would recommend to start by reading the administrator's guide. There is a section about how to improve performance.

  • Crystal Report Formula for traversing the Hierarchy

    Hi Friends,
    I have a Hierarchy Node Variable in Query Designer and I use the same in my Crystal Report.
    I need to create a formula, which will traverse and find all of the child nodes of the selected Hierarchy Node (through the variable). Could you please let me know if this is possible and send me the code.
    Thanks in Advance!
    Regards,
    Vinaya Paulraj.

    Hi Vinaya
    In Crystal, under the 'Report' menu, there is an item called ''Hierarchical Grouping Options'. This item allows you to sort information based on the relationship between two fields.
    For example:
    The following example is based on using the sample database called Xtreme that ships with Crystal Reports and Xtreme's Employee table.
    There is an {Employee ID} field and {Reports to} field in the Employee table. These fields both contain an Employee ID number. There can be employees with employees that report to them. In other words, there can be employees that report to a higher level of management. You want to see the overall hierarchy of the employees. To do so, you would use the 'Hierarchical Grouping Option' in Crystal Reports.
    To view the employee hierarchy from the Employee table, complete the following:
    1. Create a group and group on {Employee ID}. You want to group on {Employee ID} because you want to see the overall hierarchy of employees.
    · From the 'Insert' menu, select 'Group'.
    · From the 'Insert Group' dialog box, select {Employee.Employee ID} in the first drop-down list.
    · Click 'OK'.
    2. Create a hierarchical group.
    · From the 'Report' menu, select 'Hierarchical Grouping Options'.
    · Select 'Sort Data Hierarchically'.
    · Select {Reports to} from the drop-down list for 'Parent ID'. In this example, the {Reports to} field is the parent field; therefore, we must select it in the 'Parent ID' field.
    3. Indenting the hierarchical group, you must enter a value between 0 and 4 inches.
    The 'Group Indent' setting only affects the display of the report. If you enter a value other than zero (0) the various levels of hierarchy will appear indented when the report is previewed. Thus making it easier to see the various groups of employees, managers, etc.
    For more information, search the online help for 'Grouping data hierarchically'.

  • Any WebI reports / graphs for job chain performance over time?

    I am trying to get reports over time that contain job and job chain information such as job chain, job description, elapsed time, job status, etc to allow for trend reporting against the job schedules.  Thanks for any help.  I would have thought that there was some basic reporting that could execute and be saved for reporting and reference.

    Hi Robert,
    For WebI/Graph report, you need to create the Dashboard but it will not give details which you required. It will be created on basis over day, time and dialer. You can find the option there for Graph/Techno etc.
    If you want to create the report, please refer to below thread:

  • Document or report for assessment and reversed assessment?

    Hi guyz,
    Is there any document or report for assessment and reversed assessment?
    I need to find documentation as a proof for any execution and reversal of assessment, such as journal entry or report line items that is showing debit or credit for the expenses..
    Currently, I can only see actual cost document which shows execution of assessment and an assessment cost element debit and credit in the Cost Center Actual/Plan/Variance report.
    However, when I do reversal at KSU5, in the Cost Center A/P/V report is showing that assessment cost element is still exist (no more debit and credit showing as the result of the reversal), only that the value is now zero.
    Need your answer asap...Thanking you..

    Dear Meila,
    Use tcode KSB1 Cost Center Actual Line Itens, execute then report and change the Layout, insert the field Business Transaction in the report.

  • SMS_AD_SECURITY_GROUP_DISCOVERY_AGENT - Active Directory Security Group Discovery Agent reported warnings for 524 object(s). DDRs were generated for 0 object(s) that had warning(s) while reading non-critical properties.

    Hi, can anyone help me troubleshoot the following please:
    Active Directory Security Group Discovery Agent reported warnings for 524 object(s). DDRs were generated for 0 object(s) that had warning(s) while reading non-critical properties. DDRs were not generated for 524 object(s) that had warnings while reading
    critical properties.
    Possible cause: OU name or Security Group name may contain at least a Unicode character which has conversion problem between Unicode and your system ANSI locale(e.g. Korean characters in English System Locale). The site server might not have access to
    some properties of this object. The container specified might not have the properties available.
    Solution: Please verify the Active Directory schema for properties that are not replicated or locked. Refer to the discovery logs for more information.
    Does the error relate to 524 security groups? There are several invalid search paths listed in adsgdis.log, are these related?
    Thanks,
    Dale

    You'll have to examine the log to determine exactly which objects its referring to. Although this is in the context of group discovery, group discovery still creates DDRs for computer objects within those groups so it could be either groups or computers.
    This is not a search path issue though as it's clear that the discovery process found 524 different objects, but as stated, it could not properly read criticial properties of those objects and thus did not create DDRs for them.
    As mentioned, reading the log in detail will list the objects individually and the reason it could not create a DDR for it.

  • Report for Commission agent

    When a customer is sold through a commissioning agent , that commissioning agent has been created as a vendor and assigned to customer master  as a partner function (configured partner function), which can inturn be changed at the sales order level.
    In pricinf procedure , we have created a condition type for commission  and incorporated in pricing procedure.
    So, now is there any possibility to see the report commission agent wise sales order wise commission report.i.e., Commission agent report.
    We want to know what is the commission we have paid sales order wise, customer wise, and who's the commission agent.
    Please advise

    Dear DV
    All condition types are stored in table KONV.  So first go to SE16, input table KONV, and the condition type for commission and execute.  You will get a list of documents which were executed with the commission condition type.  In the screen, you can see a tab [Doc condition]  below which there will be some references.  Copy those references.
    Now again go to SE16, input table VBRK.  Below that there is also a field Doc.condition.  Paste the above references here and execute.
    You will now get list of billing documents that were generated with commission condition type.
    thanks

  • Constant Checking in Row Formula for Report Writer

    Dear All,
    Please advice what is the format to check a constant (string) in the row formula for Report Writer.
    Let's say if I want to check the cost center group -->
    If '&1KOSET' = 'ABC' then .... else......
    So, what is the format for ABC? Because if i put 'ABC' it will be treated as cell. But if i do not put the ' ', then i get system error.
    Thanks a million for your advice.
    Best Regards,
    CW

    Hi John Lee,
    The logic that you would want , can be implemented through a column set. That is, as per your logic written in the set, your column values differ.
    First in your set, keep your account number in the first set line. ie. 5000000.
    Then you enter the following formula in the second line of a set defined for a report column:
    IF u2018001u2019 > 5000000 THEN u2018001u2019 ELSE 0
    If the value in the first column (set line 001) is greater than 5000000, then this value displays in the second column; if the value in the first column is less than 1000, the value 0 displays in the second column.
    Revert if you need any additional help.

    Subin John

  • Incorrect Aging Formula for B1 Std Report - Customer Receivable Aging

    For some reason we have to recreate this report using Crystal, and we realize that aging formula for 90-120 & 120+ was difference from what std report shown. It was because of the aging formula in SAP not consistent with it's column header; for the 90-120 using (age >=90 and <120) and for the 120+ using (age >=120).
    Is it a correct behavior or just another inconsistency in B1 ? We use B1 2007A  PL45

    The formula is correct.  120+ could include 120.
    Otherwise, 120 will be out of the report scope.
    Thanks,

    CA Forum: WebIntelligence Reporting
    Needed to do the same thing, with lots of different date ranges - month to date, year to date, last month, last week, fiscal year, etc.  Came up with a solution that takes a bit to set-up but then is re-usable and flexible.  I'll do my best to try and explain. 1)  Within the universe, created a "CurrentDate" derived table that calculates various points in time (yesterday, first of the week, last of the week, first of last month, last of last month, etc.).  Because the product would not let me use an unlinked table in calculations, I used a common table as the "from" in the SQL and included a common identifier so I could link the derived table to an existing table in the universe - I selected a small one with only a few records.  Using Oracle here, not SQL, so you'd need to modify to use SQL date functions, and add/delete the calculations you need:select distinctcommonidentiferfield,trunc(sysdate) as CurrentDate,trunc(sysdate)-1 as Yesterday,trunc(sysdate)1 as Tomorrow,case  when to_char(sysdate,'D')=2 then trunc(sysdate)-3  when to_char(sysdate,'D')=1 then trunc(sysdate)-2  else trunc(sysdate)-1  end as PriorWorkDay,case  when to_char(sysdate,'D')=6 then trunc(sysdate)3  when to_char(sysdate,'D')=7 then trunc(sysdate)2  else trunc(sysdate)1  end as NextWorkDay,case  when to_char(sysdate,'D')=5 then trunc(sysdate)4  when to_char(sysdate,'D')=6 then trunc(sysdate)4  else trunc(sysdate)2  end as TwoWorkDaysFromToday,trunc(sysdate,'D') as StartThisWeek,trunc(sysdate,'D')6 as EndThisWeek,trunc(sysdate,'D')-7 as StartLastWeek,trunc(sysdate,'D')-1 as EndLastWeek,trunc(sysdate,'D')7 as StartNextWeek,trunc(sysdate,'D')13 as EndNextWeek,trunc(sysdate,'MM') as FirstOfThisMonth,trunc(last_day(sysdate)) as LastOfThisMonth,trunc(last_day(add_months(sysdate,-2))1) as FirstOfLastMonth,trunc(last_day(add_months(sysdate,-1))) as LastOfLastMonth,case  when extract(month from sysdate)>=07 then extract(year from sysdate)1  else extract(year from sysdate)  end as CurrentFiscalYear,to_date(concat('07/01/',case                          when extract(month from sysdate)>=07 then extract(year from sysdate)                          else extract(year from sysdate)-1                          end),'mm/dd/yyyy') as StartCurrentFiscalYear,to_date(concat('23:59:59 06/30/',case                                   when extract(month from sysdate)>=07 then extract(year from sysdate)+1                                   else extract(year from sysdate)                                   end), 'hh24:mi:ss mm/dd/yyyy') as EndCurrentFiscalYear,case  when extract(month from sysdate)>=07 then extract(year from sysdate)  else extract(year from sysdate)-1  end as LastFiscalYear,to_date(concat('07/01/',case                          when extract(month from sysdate)>=07 then extract(year from sysdate)-1                          else extract(year from sysdate)-2                          end),'mm/dd/yyyy') as StartLastFiscalYear,to_date(concat('23:59:59 06/30/',case                                   when extract(month from sysdate)>=07 then extract(year from sysdate)                                   else extract(year from sysdate)-1                                   end), 'hh24:mi:ss mm/dd/yyyy') as EndLastFiscalYearfromsmallexistingtable 1a)  Link the derived "CurrentDate" table to smallexistingtable using
    your commonidentiferfield (at least I had to do this, though everything
    parsed ok in designer, when used in a query unlinked, it screamed quite
    unhappily which is why I ended up basing the query on
    smallexistingtable and linking). 2)  Created a "Dates" class and objects for each date in the above table, ie. "Current Date", "Yesterday", "Tomorrow", "First of last month", "Last of last month"3)  Created an object called Prompt - Date Range - Start Date.  This prompts the user to select the date range type they want and also allows for "custom" date ranges for on-demand reports.  For scheduled reports, you just select your response as part of the scheduled instance.casewhen @Prompt('Select records for','A',{'Today','Yesterday','Tomorrow','Prior Work Day','Next Work Day','Today - Date Selection that is used to select the appropriate records based on your record date being within the date range selected:@Select(My Date Field) between @Select(Prompt Fields\Prompt - Date Range - Start Date) and @Select(Prompt Fields\Prompt - Date Range - End Date)6)  When you create your query, just use the filter created in step 5.  I also usually include the Prompt - Date Range - Start Date and Prompt - Date Range - End Date objects so that I can use them min(Prompt - Date Range - Start Date) and max(Prompt - Date Range - End Date) in the report header to display the actual date range selected (all the value in Prompt - Date Range - Start Date are exactly the same, I use the min to avoid multiple value errors - same for Prompt - Date Range - End Date, I use max just because logically my brain likes that better).  When you refresh the query, it will ask what date range type you want, a start date and end date - used for custom ranges - you can enter any date if not selecting a custom date as it is ignored. Hope that makes sense and is helpful.  It's worked really well for me.  I also have an even more complicated version (imagine that!) for situations where there may be multiple dates a user can choose from, ie a posting date vs the date of service.  It will ask the user which they want and in the Prompt - Date Range - Start Date, a case statement is added to handle the selection/use of different date fields.Deb
