IReceivables 'Self-Register link' - How to Create?

Hi,
I'm implementing iReceivables R12 and having an issue with generating a link for users to self-register. I've done all required setups as per the implementation guide, but only able to register users via the iReceivables Registration responsibility, and this requires a username/password to even access. A self-register link should bypass any Oracle login and redirect to the Account Creation/Validation/Setup pages.
Any insight on how to generate this link to the direct Register iReceivables Account pages?

Hi,
You need to put your java file inside src-->your package. As you said it is already there, then try to reload and rebuild your project. It must show in the java native types when you browse.
Even check the package statement of your java file.

Change self-register request template

Hi there!
Is it possible to change the request template for self-register to a newly created?
If it so, how can i archive that?
I did some searching, but i couldn't find anything on the web.

You want initiate approval through Self Registration itself but when you are doing Self Registration then User is still not created in OIM so how OIM can raise request for that user.
You can do one more thing, Create a group & attach an Access Policy with Approval with that group. As user comes into OIM, approval process will get initiated.
Q: How you will identitfy that which user has come into OIM through Self Registration.
A: Add one UDF in Self Registration and give some constant value through Self Registration and add Membership rule for group based on value of this UDF.

I have video file in my computer SSD drive and i want it to play as background on my web page (page that i am creating).I did try to follow this video:

Steps i do in Adobe Edge Animate CC
1.) Create New
2.) i click + sign under section Library >> Scripts >> Add JS File from URL...
URL that i am adding is: http://www.edgehero.com/edgehero.js/1.2/edgehero_1.2_min.js (URL is taken from site: Edgehero.js )
I add this link: http://www.edgehero.com/edgehero.js/1.2/edgehero_1.2_min.js to box that occures after i click on Add JS File from URL
3.) I go to Edgehero.js and from there i scrol down to section named as Media - Html5 video / Html5 audio
and i select from there this:
there is a code:

4.) I go to Adobe Edge Animate CC 2014 and right click on project and select Open Actions for "Stage"
and then i click on + sign and select creationComplete
This will open Stage window
there i will copy this code:

5.) Then i click on ++ sign under library >> Video
and i add video from my computer SSD drive.
Video is named as video3.mp4
Now i eddit the code in Stage window (See above)

Then i change under left side px to %
6.) Then i copy backgroundvideo_1 from Stage Code:
Then i select Rectangle Tool and mark the area (white box) and i click on small C icon
And the box that occures i type there backgroundvideo_1_mp4 autoplay
now when i use ctrl and enter i only get gray box that does not play video.
What am i doing wrong?

How to create scheduled GANTT with subresources?

Hi,
Jdev 11.1.1.2.0
I want to create a scheduled GANTT where the first column contains a group name and the second column the name of the resource.
I could found examples for project GANTT where the first column is a group which can be collapsed.
But not for scheduled GANTT.
I tried with subResources too but it seems I can only a display attributes from resource view in the list on the left side of the scheduled gantt chart.
Any ideas?

I think There is no need to create Custom Page for the labels.
To create labels in SAPSCRIPT, you will have to define multiple MAIN WINDOWS in the Page Window.. try the following steps..
Main windows in page windows allow you to format text in multiple columns. Define an area in the page window, in which to position the main windows.
1. Create a page window and assign it to a page.
2. Choose Edit --> Main windows.
A dialog box appears.
3. Enter values in the fields Area width and Area height in accordance with the input guidelines for main windows.
4. Enter values in the fields Spacing and Number in the Horizontal group if you want to use multiple columns. You can ignore the fields in the Vertical group.
5. Determine how many columns and line areas are required for label printing. Then enter the corresponding values in the fields in the Horizontal and Vertical groups.

How to create scheduled task to delete failure/open tasks

hi.
I have a question that I hope someone can give me some input to.
we have an OIM 9.1.0.1 installation and have a situation where we have around 14 500 open tasks. we read somewhere that this might cause performance issues. we have also found a HOWTO on Oracle Metalink that explains how to delete these tasks. i states that one should:
- Create a scheduled task which uses the API:
Thor.API.Operations.tcProvisioningOperationsIntf.setTasksCompletedManually
...and that's it. it doesn say anything else. doing this by creating a scheduled task in OIM Admin Console will not work since we don't have this Java class. is there anyone who has sort a similar problem? any help/tips/guidelines are appreciated.

I had some problem and I need your help.
I created one jar file with some of my class files. i want to do my jar file as self executable. How to create a manifest file to a jar file so that it can invoke the main class to start.

use the following command:
jar cvfm archive.jar manifest.mf *.*
(*.* for the class-files)
the file "manifest.mf" should look like this:
Manifest-Version: 1.0
Main-Class: package.MainClass
where package is your package and MainClass the Classname of your class to start.

How to register the recipient when create job by function

I am now use JOB_OPEN , JOB_SUBMIT and JOB_CLOSE to create a job in the program. And need to post the result of the report to the person by email.
Can you tell me how to register the recipient when create the job.

How to create a dropdown menu with sub buttons that link back to the labels on click.

im trying to create a dropdown menu buttons that when you rollover to the top central button the button it opens up like a drop down menu would containg two other subsectional buttons. This makes the sub sectional buttons seperate from the main stage making it difficult to simply give them a on click, sym.play("label") function.
the buttons work like this in symbols or sections stage/panel/homebutton inside home button is group dev containg another group dev containg the button which I need to link back to a "label" in the /panel/ symbol or section. Thank you very much.
