Is it possible to call C++ code from a HTML5 panel?

I have thousands of lines of C++ code that I need to reuse inside my HTML5 panel for Illustrator. Is it possible to call my C++ functions from within my HTML5 panel? Some kind of wrapper maybe?

A possible solution is to dispatch CSXS events from your HTML panel, and listen to those events in your C++ code and then execute your C++ code.

I noticed that SG1DB instance was removed on both nodes but on Failover Cluster Manager -> Services and Applications the SQL server instance for SG1DB is still there. So I tried to delete it but got the error:
Failed to delete SQL Server SG1DB. An error was encountered while deleting the cluster service or
application SQL Server SG1DB. Could not move the resource to available storage. An error occured
while moving the resource BCK_SG1DB to the clustered service or application Available Storage
Any ideas why it failed or how could I delete the SQL server instance from Clauster?

Yes, SAPHTTPA (runs on application server) and/or SAPHTTP (runs on front-end pc), one of which, is required for HTTP communication. So far, nothing too elaborate as far as SOAP goes, but the logic is simplistic. Here's some sample code:

Possible to call a transaction from a planning book using a macro button?

Hi All,
Is it somehow possible to call a transaction using a macro button in the planning book? Also, the current selection should be passed as input parameters to the transaction.
In my example, I am trying to run the transaction /SAPAPO/MC90 - Release to Supply Network Planning from the Demand Planning Planning Book/Data View. This way if planners need to change forecasts mid month for specific selections, they can easily transfer to SNP without having to go out of interactive planning.

Hello Maria,
It's possible to call a transaction from a planning book using a macro button.
What you can do is ..... Create a function module and inside it use the command "Call Transaction Tcode" (ABAPer can do this) to call ur specific transaction. And this module can in turn be called from your macro. Please find the below link which explanis how to call a function module from a macro. Do let me know if you need more information on this.

It is not possible to directly call a web service from SAP 4.6c.
Indeed, web service enablement is available as from Web AS 6.20, thus as from SAP R/3 4.7
So as described above, the solution is indeed to make use of PI(XI) for this.

Calling native code from Flex

I was wondering, is there any way to call native code from Flex?
Currently, we're writing browser plugins in order to call native code from a Flex application. However, it would be nice to be able to call native code directly from Flex, so that we could write it only per-platform, as opposed to currently per-platform-per-browser.

In general, the sandbox does not allow you to access native code from Flex.
I believe you can use Merapi, but perhaps only for AIR:

Calling ABAP Code From BSP

I dont have much idea of BSP ans would like to have some inputs from you all.
I would like to know that can I call ABAP transaction from BSP page ?
I have got a set of column entries just as an ALV column on my BSP page and I would like to provide hotspot or double click functionality so that for each of the entries in the table , the BSP page navigates to ABAP tcode and back to BSP page.Is this functionality possible?

You can't call an R/3 transaction directly from BSP.
But you can achieve all the functionalities it does .
for ex ..if an r/3 transaction is a report , u hav to code in BSP editor .u can call function modules from BSP .
But one thing u hav to concern is ,,in BSP Apllication logic is seperatd from Business logic .
U hav to move all your results into an itab / params and display that inside HTML tables .

Scenario:
We know that when we created a Sales Order, when the user click on the "Book Order" button, the system starts up the Check Credit Process against the customer for whom the sales order is created.
At this moment, the system checks if the customer have any overexposure on its credit and if the Sales Order jumps over the limit, the system put a check credit hold over that Sales Order.
Due to Business procedures we need to:
See if the Credit Check Process could be called on the "Shipping Transactions" Form when the user "send" the sales order to Pick Release (when the user selects the "Go" button, and the Action Selected will be "Pick Release")
Which is the code called (function or procedure) on the button "Book Order", to see if it is transportable to the "Shipping Transactions" Form, in order to call the function from this Form.
Where can we locate that code?

Actually we have setting up the credit checking rule in the Ordering and Picking/Purchase Release fields on our Transactiion Types; so if we are not wrong, the system is checking the credit exposure when we book the Sales Order, and if the sales order overexceed the credit limit, therefore the sales order had a credit check hold. When the user tries to make the Pick Release, we believe that the system checks if the Sales order have a hold and then advise to the user to Release it; and not to check again which is the credit situation of the customer in that moment.
That is the reason why we are asking toe location of the code of Credit check feature.
