Is it possible to set a global EQ on the Shuffle (4th Gen)?

My sport headphones are a little bass heavy, so I'd like to use the "Bass Reducer" EQ on my shuffle for all music (for use in the gym). Is this possible on the 4th gen Shuffle? I couldn't see the option to do this anywhere, but I'm hoping I've missed something.
I don't want to change the EQ on each track individually, as I don't want an EQ to apply on my other devices (iMac, iPhone etc). Basically, I need to be able to set a global EQ, or a playlist specific EQ for use only with the Shuffle.

I've spent a few hours now trying to figure this out and nothing is working.
One of the things I tried was adding a component listener to the component returned by getTableCellRendererComponent. My hope was that component must be sized before it is painted into the header. If I was able to capture the size of the component, I could store the coordinates of the individual components...However, I wasn't able to capture any of these events.
Also, I tried to override the paint method in the UI class and retrieve the coordinates of the sub components as they are painted into the header. This resulted in some odd painting behavior.
As I started thinking more and more about it, I was wondering if it is possible to rework the header so that it does not employ renderers and headers. I understand that the components are "painted" into the header instead of added to the header, because performance would suffer otherwise. However, this is just a header.
It would be so much better if I could stick some components in each column header and interact with these components in the normal manner. I looked at the JHeaderTable code and the associated UI class and don't know where to start.
Again, is it possible to subclass JTableHeader and make it so that I can add components to each component header so that I can interact with it, instead of having this non-interactive picture of a component at the top of the header?

I have a problem on my TestStand 4.2 platform, with test step result, formed and received from called external sequences results. In my Main sequence, in Post-Expression I defined condition, according to which the "Step.Result.Status" is passed or failed, and it works. But the problem is that in Status Expression field there is following statement: "(Step.Result.Status == "Done" && (Step.TS.SData.ThreadOpt == 0 || Step.TS.SData.ThreadOpt == 3)) ? "Passed" : Step.Result.Status". After deep search in the user manual, I found that (Note from "Expression Tab - Step Properties Dialog Box"): "Certain types of steps, such as Numeric Limit Tests, Multiple Numeric Limit Tests, String Value Tests, Pass/Fail Tests, and Statement steps, reserve one or more of these expressions to perform operations specific to the type of step or a substep performs the operation. In these cases, you cannot use the expressions the step type reserves, which appear dimmed on the tab."
Now, my problem is that at this specific step I call to an external sequence, which returns results and it is correct, but if these results, compared to expected are not the same, my step in the main sequence fails. Which is OK. But when the final report is generated I see there "Number of Tests Failed: 0", which is not OK. Since I can't change the "Step.Result.Status == Done", which comes from the external sequence, I thought that may be there is a place to change the "Step.TS.SData.ThreadOpt" and this way to cause to main sequence to correctly report "Failed Tests <> 0"???
Does anyone has an idea whether it is possible to set this the ThreadOpt value and what is the accepted range?

Maybe I misunderstood. When you said "My normal process is to set it to 1, but based on this info, it needs to be either set to None or Use Remote Computer if you want anything other than "Done" to be returned." I thought you meant that you were setting the property directly rather than setting your sequence call steps to "New Thread" with the combobox.

I am working in a webpage form that reloads back to the top every time I save a change, is it possible to set its position, eg at the middle to avoid scrolling?

I have to scroll down every time the webpage reloads and it is a waste of time. Is there any add-on to solve this? I tried Screen Surfer but it sets the size of the whole window and I need to fix the position (the section of the webpage) where it appears after reloading due to a change. Thanks

I was setting up the ipod 4th gen that I got my daughter for Christmas, and set the itunes store to restricted, and now I can't get on to add anything. How do i fix this?

Also, do the 4th gens have cameras? I see it in the manual, but there's no app or whatever to access it, and I accidentally 'synched' photos from my computer, and can't get them off! Help!

instead of the wiki?
for example, when a user types "wiki.company.com/groups/wikigroup" it takes you directly to the wiki page. at the top right corner, you see 2 links: 1 for wiki and 1 for blog.
is it possible to set this up where if the user types in the URL above, it takes them straight to the blog section?

Can you set a global EntityResolver (via system property, or static method)

I'm trying to set a customized EntityResolver (telling the xml parser where to look for XML schema files).
Usually, you'd use the standard syntax - somehting like:
SaxParser parser=new SaxParser();
parser.parser.setEntityResolver(myResolver);
However, I was wondering whether you can set a "global" EntityResolver, to be used as default for all parsers ?
Maybe this can be done through some system property, or a static method somewhere in the parsing XML ?
(BTW, I need it because I'm using some third-party API, that encapsulates a SaxParser, but won't let me access it, so I can't configure it directly).

What is possible is to set content on the folder resource itself; that would be returned instead of the page you mentioned.

You can set any currency till the time there is no transactions in the database.
Please do remember that the on selection of the Localization UK, the legal aspects and the tax law pertaining to the UK will be applicable and also you have to check for the exchange rate calculation based on settings (direct/indirect).
Also, taking INR as LC will lead to INR being the main currency and hence the reports generation and reconciliation of all the Multi-Currency will be performed in the Lead Currency.

Possible to set Preview Checkbox 'On' as Default?

Hi there again Illustratophiles!
I spent this morning setting up my function keys to Illy menu commands (check out Microsoft's Wireless Keyboard 1000; it works on Mac and Win and has 20+ extra configurable keys in addition to the function keys -- I'm on the Mac and use it for application launching, expose, find file, and setting function keys in multiple applications). Still can't map any tools to function keys (grumble grumble) but that is another post entirely.
I also spent some time configuring one of my New Document Profiles, and am curious if it is possible to set all the Preview checkboxes to On as the default setting. For instance, if I am editing an existing global color swatch and want to see the results before comitting I have to click the Preview checkbox in the dialog box. Or, if I am in the Move dialog box. Or if I am using one of the Effects. It would save me some time if this is possible.

Open the New Document Profile you want and uncheck the Hyphenate box in the Paragraph panel. Then save the file, overwriting the original. As for the first part, most of what you are describing are handled by .aip or plugins and are essentially a compiled software that could only be changed by the originators. Not to say it wouldn't make a good feature request.

Absolutely possible, you could either create a field called global.category in your activeSync form or the way I'd do it which is to set the .identity field. In your activeSync form when you assign the LDAP resource to the user view you can a have a field called 'accounts[LDAP].identity' and then use an expansion event within this field to build your DN of the user account on LDAP.

Um, there is no such thing as NAS4.1.
I'm assuming that you mean NAS4.0 (maybe NAS4.0sp1?). If so, then the session timeouts are specified in the session section of the NTV configuration files.
AFAIK, you can specify session timeouts on a per user basis.

If you do it with a single user account, you will receive update notifications for purchase made on both IDs regardless of which one you're using at the time. That's slightly frustrating as you get the notification BUT you can't actually update! In any event, separate user accounts on the computer is the cleaner way to go.

No it is not possible. Content purchased from the iTunes Store is permanently tied to the account from which it was originally purchased, and Apple does not provide a way to change it.

If u have a common Error JSP named as ErrorPage.jsp
You need to have the following piece of code in the JSP as :
<%@ page isErrorPage ="true"%>
This makes it as the Common Error Page for the Application. Now all you need to do is from other JSP's throw the Exception to teh container. The container will redirect to this Page and process accordingly.
