Is the Lightroom section of the website currently down? I'm trying to buy Lightroom and every time I try to it loads the page for a split second then dissappears.

Launch iPhoto with the Option held down and create a new library. Import several photos, create a book and try to make a preview PDF of it. If you can then the problem lies with your current library. Since you didn't say what version of iPhoto you're using the following is for iPhoto 11:
Make a temporary, duplicate copy of the library and try the three fixes below in order as needed:
Fix #1
delete the iPhoto preference file, com.apple.iPhoto.plist, that resides in your Home/Library/Preferences folder.
delete iPhoto's cache files that are located in your Home/Library/Caches/com.apple.iPhoto folder.
reboot, launch iPhoto and try again.
NOTE: If you're moved your library from its default location in your Home/Pictures folder you will have to point iPhoto to its new location when you next open iPhoto by holding the the Option key. You'll also have to reset the iPhoto's various preferences.
Fix #2
Launch iPhoto with the Command+Option keys depressed and follow the instructions to rebuild the library.
Select options #1, #2 and #6.
Fix #3
Rebuild the library using iPhoto Library Manager as follows:

Download iPhoto Library Manager and launch.
Click on the Add Library button, navigate to your Home/Pictures folder and select your iPhoto Library folder.
Now that the library is listed in the left hand pane of iPLM, click on your library and go to the File ➙ Rebuild Library menu option
In the next window name the new library and select the location you want it to be placed.
Click on the Create button.
Note: This creates a new library based on the LIbraryData.xml file in the library and will recover Events, Albums, keywords, titles and comments but not books, calendars or slideshows. The original library will be left untouched for further attempts at fixing the problem or in case the rebuilt library is not satisfactory.

I know AT&T, Verizon, and Sprint will give you the steps to unlock it as long as the original contract it was bought under has been completed. eBay/Craigslist is really not the best place to try to get "unlocked phones" from, if it turns out the phone isn't unlocked then I'm really sorry you got stuck with that one and as stevejobsfan said above I would report them immediately and see if you can recover your money. The hard drive on my MacBook died and I had it replaced. Now I can't locate my website files and every time I try to open my finder/idisk it looks for a name and password (even reset my apple id as prompted) I keep being told that it's the wrong name or password? Any suggestions out there

I have been trying to save a document in illustrator and every time I try to, a dialog box pops up and says the following- Can't save the illustration. You do not have enough access privileges. id: -5000....This has been happening ever since I switched to CC and whenever I try to save something in indesign, I get a dialog box that says that my file is corrupt. How do I fix this? I cannot get any work done !!!

My icloud and Apple ID aren't the same email address. My phone wont let me change my icloud email. I don't know the password to my icloud account, and every time I try to email myself the password, it doesn't go through.

Your Apple ID and iCloud email address don't need to be the same, you can't change an iCloud email address.
Also check your Mail rules and filtering, the verification mail may be going to a junk folder or even being deleted altogether. You may also wish to contact your mail provider to see if their spam filters are removing the email before it gets to you. -
When i type in my correct password on the login screen and press enter it just goes to a blue screen for a few seconds then goes back to the same login screen again, please i need help?

but I suspect your going to first have to create a data recovery drive
Create a data recovery, undelete boot drive
to get your data off the machine,
then do a #20 to eliminate the bad sectors as that's why your getting the "pinwheel" it's getting a delay reading from the drive, right when your trying to log in too, what a bad spot for it to happen.

my macbook is loaded with microsoft word for macs and every time I try and open the program I get an error reading and it will not open. This is what it says:

Maybe the preferences file is corrupted. You should be able to find the Word preferences file in the folder:
your user name/Library/Preferences
Its name is com.microsoft.Word.plist
I suggest you drag this another folder and try Word again.
If that doesn't work then you might find clearing the cache files will fix the problem. You can do this manually but I never bother. Instead I use a program like Snow Leopard Cache Cleaner (shareware) or Onyx (free). These programs do lots of other maintenance jobs so it's worth having at least one of them.

I sent an email from my iPhone 3GS (via iCloud account) with around 16GB of attachment. It slowed down the phone for a few seconds, then appeared to be sent. However, the message is now not in the sent box, and I can't see an outbox at all. Any ideas?
That changes things a little bit , login to icloud.com and see if you can find it in your sent folder.
If it is there you did send, just need to wait until you phone syncs "sent folder" perhaps on wifi.
If it is not, then I would say it is lost and you may have to send again. They have 20 megs limit, so make sure that message plus attachment is under that limit. -
Hello everyone, I am trying to restore my iPhone 4s and every time I try restoring it, it always goes to about 75% of the process then it says the iphone could not restore because of error 1. This is not error -1 it is error 1. I reserached this error and it said to make sure I have the latest version of iTunes, i do, To make sure i have a security software updated, i do, and ive done everything it tells me to do yet it wont let me restore my iphone. Before I tried restoring it, it was working perfectly fine besides the battery which i have just replaced yesterday. Ive tried restoring it in two different computers with two different cables but still no luck. I found this phone at a park and it was working perfectly fine until i tried restoring it. I have no idea what to do now. I appreciate your guyses help!
This error generally indicates a hardware failure. Bring the phone to Apple for evaluation.
