Is there a LogMiner Viewer integrated in the EM console?
Is there a GUI-based interface for a LogMiner Viewer integrated in the EM console?
I am using 10g R2 EM console, and I can't find a LogMiner Viewer, or any tool that digs in the redo and archive logs in order to provide DML statements to be used for a potential roll back. An alternative to flashback technology that digs in the undo.
If you have any clue please let me know how to get it. Thanks,

I had this problem myself yesterday. The solution is ... you have to install the standalone java based console, which is part of the administration client, and then start Logminer Viewer using oemapp lmviewer. This is for a windows client.

Thanks for taking the time. Unfortunately no that does not solve it. Same as swipe it will get me there and it will show separate programs spaced out. The issue I am having is that all my open word files are bunched up in a pile on top of each other. I can see the edges of each one but I want them to be separated from each other enough that I can visually identify what file is what.

Why is there no project management integrated into the ical?
Im looking for a project manager that integrates a calendar. I would think with all the working parents that they would need a calendar where you could see both home life AND work projects. I have searched everywhere. Anyone have ideas???
There is a star like button next to the search bar on the Navigation Toolbar to bookmark the current web page and a "Show your bookmarks" button next to it to open the Bookmarks in a drop down menu.
You can find "Show All Bookmarks" to open the Bookmarks Manager (Library) at near the top of the drop-down list.
If you are on a tab that is bookmarked then "Bookmark This Page" in the Bookmarks menu as well as the tooltip of the highlighted star changes to "Edit This Bookmark". -

ThanksThere is a 10g style. It comes with the client software. It is very much a stripped down version. I downloaded it and installed it. I could not find Logminer viewer in it. I did find some documentation. Here is what it says.
Launching LogMiner Viewer
To launch LogMiner Viewer, take the following steps:
Invoke LogMiner Viewer: On UNIX platforms, enter:oemapp lmviewer
The command string is case-sensitive and must be entered with lowercase characters.
On Windows NT, from the Programs menu,
choose Oracle_home > Database Administration > LogMiner Viewer.
After you invoke LogMiner Viewer,the Login dialog box is displayed.
Select Launch standalone.
Now, you can connect to a standalone Oracle Enterprise Manager repository.
If you do not have a standalone repository or if LogMiner Viewer is not aware
of an existing standalone repository, you cannot save queries.
When you attempt to expand a database or save a query, LogMiner Viewer displays
an informational message and leads you through a dialog to connect to or to create
a repository. See Connecting to or Creating a Standalone Repository for more information.

Executing a .exe file brings up the DOS console

My Java app calls a native program to run. I made an executable JAR file so users can just double-click on it to start the app. It all looks very nice except that, when my app calls the
native program, a DOS console pops up on the screen. It closes itself when the process is
finished but I'm wondering if there's a way to suppress the DOS console from popping up so
that DOS consoles won't keep flashing on the screen while the app is running.
The code I use to call the native program is as follows:
Runtime rt = Runtime.getRuntime();
Process child = rt.exec("someProg.exe");

Sounds like it windows/PC. I have ran across that for the CDs that veterinarians provide for digital x-rays.

Currently the FAGLB03 does not display the vendor related information for transactions coming through as a goods receipts (transactions processed by receiving dept) and/or related to purchase orders. Is there anyway to view the purchase order information for each transaction? For example, we cannot see vendor code/name, po #, etc.HEllo,
FAGLL03 displays information from the line items of the accounting documents. If the information you want to display exists in tables you can display. But if the information you want comes from other tables you cannot display.
As a workaround you can check the SAP note 1034354 which tells you how to add the offsetting accounting information and then you cna display some of the information you want. To do so you can create your own coding into a BADI implementation.

If not is there a way I can link the folders to itunes (without downloading files to computer) that will make them view-able for the apple TV?
If none of that works is there a way to get it working alternativly?

Everything is linked via ethernet cable.

But I'm not the one to tell you how to do it; someone like "Illaass" (Illaass seems to know how to correct / fix almost anything!) will know how if you don't. Just look for the "cat" icon.

Is there a way to automatically open the Activity Viewer & make it float?
I just upgraded from Panther Mail, and I really miss knowing what was going on and having to constantly open the activity viewer and reordering the windows every time I do something. Is there a way to somehow make the activity viewer open with mail each time and keep it floating above the other windows (so I can have an indication of what's going on like in Panther Mail)?
I'm afraid I'm going to shut mail down in the middle of a crucial activity. No doubt that might well be behind all the problems that develop with it over time.
Thanks!I had two problems relating directly to the Tiger upgrade, one I solved with help here. That was importing saved mail that failed to be imported into one mailbox, the saved messages were showing up as IMAP messages ("haven't been downloaded from the server yet"). When both my accounts were POP, I never even had an IMAP account. I solved that and everything else with mail is fine now, except I want to see what's going on like I was able to in Panther. I especially miss not seeing outgoing mail sent progress, especially with long messages.
The other issue was font related, and I still cannot get Fontbook to save the fonts I have disabled, so I just removed the duplicates manually (leaving the ones in the system folder as the defaults). As long as I don't open fontbook again, and it doesn't automatically re-enable the fonts, my system is fine. I will leave it alone now for a couple of years like I was able to in Panther. I have over 3000 fonts installed and available at all times which I need for my print work.
Other than that and a 25 minute log-in time (as it reads the fonts; in Panther it was 7 minutes and I learned to live with that) everything is finally ok.
The long log-in might also be Spotless related; I don't know enough about it to figure it out; all I know is if it is, it is a small price to pay for the way the system flies not having to index all my loaded drives all the time, not to mention the wear and tear on my drives.
Tiger is so much faster than Panther (once I shut down Spotlight) it's like having a processor upgrade. Once you work out all the glitches, it's definitely worth the money and time put in. I was very careful with the install... counting backup time the usual precautions and updates to everything afterward (including third-party programs), it took over 30 hours.

Thank you for getting back to me. You are absolutely correct with your descrption. My terminology comes from being a long time Blackberry user where "agenda item" are your upcoming events and appointments. I find this view helpful when looking for specific items.
I am feeling there are so many things my new iPhone can do that I have yet to learn. There are so many settings available to me that it seems overwhelming. One issue that I seem to be having is with the battery draining. I wish there was a setting or button to press for energy saver mode. There are settings within each app to adjust the battery useage and within each category such as Notification Center, etc. I guess what I am trying to say is I wish the phone would learn from the apps I use everyday versus once in a while and adjust the battery useage accordingly. Being more intuitive comes to mind. Dare I say I want my iPhone to read my mind and know whatt I am trying to do. LOL -
I have tried to view videos created in premiere elements 10 and I get the following message: "this file type is not supported, or the required codec is not installed. When it opens there is a red screen in the monitor panel with Korean writing which also appears in the place of each clip in the video. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling premiere elements 10, but that did not have any effect on the video. Do you have any suggestions? I researched codec, but do not understand them at all.

Dear All HANA Studio Experts,
I'm using SAP HANA Studio Version: 1.0.68 in our current landscape and looking for a expert and intelligent solution for a problem that we have encountered recently.
We have created multiple AT views, AN views and created CA views on top of these AN views to cater different LOB related to our organization. We have also designed BO universe on top of the CA views from HANA and finally created webi reports out of these universes.
In a particular scenario, we have one AT view which is been used by 10 different AN views.
Now we had 3 Requirements like below:
1. To add a new field in this AT view,
2. To update an existing field in this AT view and
3. To remove a field from this AT view which is not required anymore.
Problems Encountered:
Req 1. When we added a new field (e.g. XX_ADD) in the AT view and activate it, its throwing warning that there are dependent objects on this AT view. However no error thrown and it leads to re-work to check if this new field is available in all those dependent views and re-deployed those all.
Question: How to ensure if this addition of object will not impact the rest of the dependent views?
Req 2. When we updated an existing field (e.g. XX_UPDATE_NEW) in the AT view and activate it, its throwing warning that there are dependent objects on this AT view. However the BO reports built on top of these different dependent AN views became inoperative.
Question: How to ensure if we need to update the name of an existing object it will not impact the rest of the dependent AN views?
Req 3. Finally we have removed one object from the existing fields as it is not required. Again we faced warnings that there are dependent AN views on this AT view.
Question: How to ensure if we need to delete an existing object, it will automatically reflect in all dependent AN views?
Please suggest, if it is a good practice to create separate AT,AN and CA views for each of the LOB's and avoiding any dependent views (hence gradually the total no. of logical objects will be increase) or to reuse the AT/AN views whenever possible and in case of any updation/deletion we need to do a huge rework to check and redeploy the dependent objects again and again?

1) Adding a new Field in the AT View and after activating the view. Then you have to Refresh/Check out the dependent views to see if it is reflecting.

After upgrading to ios6 my iphone will not open .xls files in emails with the default viewer. Is there a fix for this? The same emailed .xls files still open on my ipad using ios5 while viewing email like they did on my iphone prior to upgrading. I have no special software like numbers or anything else installed on either device. Just using the default viewer provided by apple for viewing email.
The attachment is an .xls excel 97-2003 spreadsheet. I viewed the file in the email and did not edit it with any software. I can forward the file to anyone that is may want to check it out to see if they can help me. I was wondering if there was some way of forcing another ios6 install on my phone and maybe that would solve it.
Is there anyone out there that is viewing .xls files in email using ios6 w/o any other software installed like numbers or any other add ons?
