Is there any Event Listener to identify change in a local File

Hi All,
I 'm fetching data from a local XML file and showing it in flex. But the xml file will be modified randomly by another java program. The change in local xml file has to be reflected in swf(already loaded) , with out reloading the page.
Please let me know, if there is any way in which I can dynamically show the change in a source file on to the screen with out reloading the page.

I don't think there is an event in Flex as you generally do not have access to the local file system.

Hi all,
I am looking into an event listener which fires on changing the selection of layer. I found 'Select' event listener which fires on selecting the different object.
Actually the problem with Select event listener is that when we select an object and move it and deselect it by clicking on the document, event fires on the selection of that object. But if we again select the same object and move it, no event is fired at that time.
Is there any workaround of this? So that the event is fired every time when we select the same object.
Please help me on this..

Actually I want the same behaviour as in illustrator i.e
- Select a layer. (Notifier calls the listener)
- Move it.
- Click on the document.
- Again select the same layer. (Notifier calls the listener again)
- Move it.
But in photoshop,
- Select a layer. (Notifier calls the listener)
- Move it.
- Click on the document.
- Again select the same layer. (Notifier doesnot calls the listener again as the layer is already selected in panel as you explained.)
- Move it.

Depends on what you are trying to do,
you have mouseover and mouseout and mouseclick events which you can use on the component and write code to deal with what you want to happen when you change focus. You have keypress event which would allow you to monitor tabbing between components, remember that in most events the currentTarget and target values will give you the information you need to handle component interaction.

Are there any events associated with a Blocks Scrollbar?

I'm using a multirecord block and its associated scrollbar. When the records are scrolled using the scrollbar, record focus doesn't necessarily change but the position of the record within the block does.
Are there any events available to monitor the activity of the blocks own scrollbar?

You have to delete the iCloud account but you can keep all your data such as Contacts, Calendars etc. when you delete the account you will prompted to "Keep on my iPhone".
All your purchased content (like apps and music from iTunes Store) belongs to the original ID and you have to re-Purchase them under your Apple ID.
Photos in Camera Roll remains in Camera Roll.
Photos in photo stream that are not in Camera Roll must be saved in Camera Roll.
Photo that previously synced from iTunes remains in photo library until you synced with another iTunes library (another computer).
Also sign out from iMessages, FaceTime and Home sharing (Settings>Music)

If you are not using the material then you can go for Validation, under Operative Structure> Network> Validation.
Attach the validation with OPSA click on Automatic.
In the second scenario if you are using Material Component, as Mr.Muralidharan said OPSG there you can restrict the change by selecting Error Message.
1. Tcode OPSG in Setting see all the object are selected.
2. Click on Component tab under change in Purchase Order Exist tab select Error.

I have created an iBot to deliver the scorecard report to the team with type chosen as 'Attachment (HTML)' option. With this definition of iBot - notification being sent in MIME HTML (.mht) format. Due to some security settings at my email client - the attachement gets quratined because of .mht format. So, I am looking for an option to send the notification only in HTML (.htm) format with which I don't have any issues with my email client?

Regarding Note A and Note B... The Downsample dropdowns list three variations of Downsampling TO, each corresponding to a different downsampling method. When you select one of the Downsampling TO options, then the pixels per inch box allow you to specify the dpi of the downsampled image, the one after the downsampling.
When you select Off, which means do NOT downsample, then the pixels per inch box is meaningless. Maybe it would be a nice interface feature to disable it, but that is another issue. In any event, OFF ignores any value in pixels per inch.
Whenever you import an image into your publishing program (FrameMaker, InDesign, or whatever) and scale it, one can think of the scaled image as having a physical dpi, the number of pixels per physical inch on the "paper." When you specify downsampling in Distiller, the number you specify is most likely less than the physical dpi of the image in the document. It is probably meaningless to specify a number that is larger. I am guessing (and this is a guess) that Distiller does not UPsample images. I have never tested it.
I use 1200 for image recovery.
I assume you are talking about recoverying an image embedded in (copied into) the publishing document. I believe it is sufficient simply to turn downsampling off to create a PDF with the image at the resolution as embedded in the document.
No, one of the settings is to Determine Automatically, which uses the resolution of the image IN the PDF.

It is NOT in Distiller. It is in Acrobat Professional. (It may or may not be in Acrobat Standard or Acrobat Reader; I do not have them, so do not know.)
The original poster wanted to recover an image copied into a Frame document file. My method is to create a PDF using a Distiller joboption with ALL downsampling and ALL compression OFF. Presumably the image is put into the PDF with all the pixels it has in the Frame file.
THEN in Acrobat PROFESSIONAL, export the image with the setting Determine Automatically. I am presuming (never tested it) this exports ALL the pixels that the image has in the PDF file.

The initial view (IV) settings within a PDF file are static tags - they can't be made to dynamically-adapt based on the window dimensions,it's the renderer (Acrobat, Reader, or whatever else is opening the file) that decides if and how it will follow the IV requested by the file header.
It would be possible to use a Page Open action on the first page of the file, which does some nasty math with the various doc.*WindowRect objects to work out how much "wasted" space there is, and then set the doc.layout and doc.zoomType properties - but page actions are a different concept to IV as the zoom will reset itself every time that page is viewed. Users don't like their application apparently fiddling with the zoom level without being told to!
