ITS Flow Logic : Example of passing a Fields/tables from Function Module?

Hi all,
does someone know, what needs to be done (including settings) to being able to call a FM with various outputs(fileds and tables) from a flow file !?
I am a little bit confused...a full example would be greatly appreciated !!

How to pass BI Query parameters from Function Module

Hi,
We are executing the BI queries using the Function Module "RS_VC_GET_QUERY_VIEW_DATA_FLAT" by passing the query name and the provider information.
Is there a way, to pass the filter parameter values also to the query by using this function module? I am not sure how the VC tool is using this Function Module to call the BI queries and passing the filter values.

Are you trying to execute a query in batch?. If you want to execute try to look at WRITEQUERY - which is a standard SAP program. You can execute this program directly or you can customize it completely and produce the output in .CSV file.

How do I confirm ITS flow logic exists?

Hi Guys,
We are upgrading from R/3 4.6C to ECC6.0. The old ITS 2 applications one on ITS 6.2 and another ITS 2.0.
We are having difficulty in finding out/confirming if there is a ITS flow logic involved in the stand alone ITS. This will tell us what kind of effort is needed. I have gone thru forums where they have very good info on how to migrate and what needs to be done if one has flow logic.
My question I do not know if there is ITS flow logic OR how do I confirm if ITS flow logic was involved in the development. What do I need to look at? I looked at <flow> kind of searches in HTML pages...not found...I looked at the ".flow" files...not found.
Since I do not have this background, would appreciate if anyone can point me in the rigth direction...maybe I missed some good documents on SDN?
Any inputs appreciated.

I did look at the .srvc file and one of them has sapxginet against the line for ~xgateway, along with other params.
This is one step closer. Thanks for this info.
Is there any other place like a HTML side or otherwise where the ITS flow logic will also be evident. My next step is to see to what degree it has been used.

Fields inclusion for Function Module Extractor

Hi Gurus,
I am planning to design a Function Module based extractor. This Function modules is supposed to extract data from approx 10 different tables. Most of the tables have 5 or more fields of it to be pulled in.
However, there are also few tables, which have got just a single field or just 2 fields.
As a design, is it a good idea to include the logic of extracting these fields in the Function module? or
Is it recommended to have these fields included via a user exit, once the datasource is developed?

Accessing all the fields of a function module in EWM

I have a requirement to prepare a report that pulls some fields of the Function module /SCWM/STOCK_INC_OUT_MON.
This Fuction module is in EWM.
I need result rows for multiple values(user inputs) of warehouse.
Cant we access individual fields from this FM without using the structure?
i need to pull the fields MATNR, NLPA PROC and GRDATE
for all the user entries in Wahrehouse code

Hi,
You can use the work area to capture the output of the function module and then use the data (fields) which ever you require.
The structure of the Work area (Data Types of the field) should be same as data types of output parameters of that Function Module.

I am Passing Two Internal Tables from Driver Program to Smartform it is going to dump and message is showing like this " one of the parameters eded according to the interface description was not specified ".
When i am passing one Internal Table Output is coming Perfectly. Is there any restriction for passing of internal tables.

Check the names specified in the smartfrom and FM whcih you are calling in the driver program. Both might be different....

In OO ABAP u avoid creating table with header line
Best way to call method is to use PATTERN Button
1) Click Pattern Button
2) Select Abap Object Pattern
3) Enter
4) Select Call Method
5) Enter instance name ( i. e used for create object ) ( No need for static method like gui_download )
6) Enter Class / Interface name
7) Enter Method Name

passing value to method is similar to FM.
Creating internal table for Method
any TYPE ........SAY TY_Intern
Then Syntax Should Be
DATA : OO_INTERNAL_TABLe type table of TY_Intern.
pass this to the Method.

when you add the receiver entry in the receivers table, just make the parameter copy as 'X'. This will put the receiver in CC.
And if you want to put it in BCC use the parameter Blind copy.

can any body let me how to pass an internal table to the smartform, i have processed the data in the print program then i want to pass the final internal table from the print program to smartform and with that data in the internal table i have to process it in the smartform (i want to get some more data based on the internal table data from the print program) and then i will display finally.
for example: i have it_qals which contains all the lot numbers which is processed in teh printprogram, now i want to pass all these (it_qals) lotnumbers to smartform , and in the smartform i will use the lotnumbers in the it_qals table and will process other data accordingly

as the table parameter in function module is obsolete, please advise an example on how to pass in an internal table
and return back the result in an internal table as well.
for example, i have itab1 and itab2. By using table parameters i got the following code. Please advise alternative way by using import and export.

create table type zitab1 & 2 for both.
please do the following:
