iTunes Connection Problem mit Windows XP.
Ich erhalte immer folgende Meldung:
iTunes konnte keine Verbindung zu iTunes Store herstellen. Ein unbekannter Fehler ist aufgetreten. 0x800903018
Internetverbindung funktioniert einwandfrei.
Was kann das Problem sein????

vielen Dank. Ich hatte heute mit dem Support von Apple telefoniert.
Es wurde ein neues Update von ITunes angeboten, welches ich installiert habe. (Muss heute Nacht eigestellt worden sein)
Der Fehler war noch damit noch nicht behoben. Das Festplattendiensteprogramm könnte das Problem eventuell auch lösen. (Tip vom Support) Das habe ich dann grade gemacht und der Fehler ist jetzt behoben.
Wie ich grade festgestellt habe hat "leonieDF" diese Lösung auch vorgeschagen.

Diesen Fehler erhalte ich jetzt schon eine ganze Weile.
Neuste Version von iTunes wurde soeben installiert (10.6.1), aber der Fehler bleibt.
Ich habe schon das Schüsselbund zurückgesetzt, habe keine Firewalls aktiviert und meine Netzwerkverbindung funktioniert auch einwandfrei.
Hat jemand den gleichen Fehler oder eine Lösung?

my new ipad give the mesaeg: can't reach the server ... (WLAN is up and running, same router used for other Mac devices, every other device is up and running). The sync wtih Mac osx Itunes (both the newest release, actual updates includet), give the message "can't connet with Iphone , or in German: Itunes konnte keine Verbindung mit diesem Iphone herstellen.

Some things to try first:
1. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
2. Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.
3. Change the channel on your wireless router (Auto or Channel 6 is best). Instructions at http://macintoshhowto.com/advanced/how-to-get-a-good-range-on-your-wireless-netw ork.html
4. Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.
5. Renew IP Address: (especially if you are drooping internet connection)
    •    Launch Settings app

    •    In the window that opens, tap on the Renew Lease button

Seit einigen Tagen meldet mein iTunes unter Windows 7 bei jedem Start:
Ein unbekannter Fehler ist aufgetreten (-42110).
Ansonsten scheint aber alles normal zu funktionieren.
Die iTunes Version ist 11.0.2.26.
Wie kann ich diese lästige Meldung abstellen?

I have an Apple TV, 2nd or 3rd generation (how to find out?).
It is still on 5.0 as I cannot upgrade it.
Whatever I do I get the error message that the upgrade did not work.
What I tried:
1. standard upgrade
2. complete restore
3. restore via iTunes, Apple TV connected via Micro-USB cable.
In all 3 cases the upgrade looks good initially, the software is downloaded, the upgrade starts. After some time I get the error message "An error occured".
On the iTunes restore the German error message was "Apple TV konnte nicht wiederhergestellt werden. Ein unbekannter Fehler ist aufgetreten (14)".
My translation of the error message "Apple TV could not be restored. An unknown error occured (14)".
I should mention that the Apple TV works but only with 5.0 functionality.
Any idea?

This error code is rare, and typically misunderstood.
I can't disclose details of one way in which error -22 is reproducible with the HFS Plus file system, but your observation – that the problem persists after use of fsck_hfs (with Disk Utility) – is consistent with my assessment that fsck_hfs simply can not detect file system inconsistencies of this type.
Please note that error code -22 may occur with perfectly good hardware, so anyone in this situation should not rush to assume drive failure.
You should assume that there has been dataloss from the affected file; that it will be irreparable. If you can, restore from a backup of a point in time before the dataloss.

Soeben habe ich versucht per iTunes auf mein iPhone 4 das neue OS 5.0 zu installieren.
Nach Download und Backup bricht die Installation gleich ziemlich zu Begin mit folgender Meldung ab:
"Das iPhone "Name" konnte nicht wiederhergestellt werden. Ein unbekannter Fehler ist aufgetreten (3173)."
Kennt vielleicht jemand den Grund bzw. kann helfen?

Ich habe es gestern Abend auch cirka 7 Mal probiert, mit dem iPhone 3GS und iPad 2. Aber schon Mal gut zu hören, dass ich nicht der Einzige bin der das Problem hat. Ich hatte immer den selben Fehler wenn das iOS Update hätte geladen werden sollen:

Hi ihr,
habt ihr auch das Problem daß am Mac bei der Anmeldung die Fehlermeldung "Ein unbekannter Fehler ist aufgetreten" bekommt wenn ihr z.B. ein Update installieren wollt oder ein neues App laden wollt?
Die ID ist definitiv richtig eingegeben, da sie auch am Phone und am Pad funktioniert. Nur im App-Store hab ich die Probleme.
Vielleicht habt ihr ne Lösung für das Problem?

Ich sitze hinter einer Firewall von Fortinet 60, ich habe schon alle Ports rein und raus aufgemacht und kann immer noch keine Verbindung herstellen. Mit der UMTS Karte von T-Mobile geht das super gut, nur da sind die Kosten einfach zu hoch.

Es handelt sich dabei übrigens keineswegs um ein iPhone, sondern um ein iPad 2 (64 GB) mit iOS 6.0.1
Das Gerät wird in iTunes 10.7.0.21 gar nicht angezeigt.
Für Hinweise wäre ich sehr dankbar.

Möchte die 5GB Speicher in der iCloud kostenpflichtig um 10GB erweitern. Habe keine Kreditkarte. Habe aber ein Guthaben (per Aufladekarte gekauft) Wenn ich das Upgrade auf 10GB wähle, kommt die Fehlermeldung "Ein unbekannter Fehler ist aufgetreten".
