Java code calculating digits of PI

Anyone have any links to code that does this quickly?
More specifically, I'm looking to calculate the hexadecimal digits quickly. So either do that or calculate base 10 and convert them fast.
[I don't need the Bailey-Borwein-Plouffe Algorithm as I don't want individual digits, I want the first 10,000]

You cannot use java directly inside forms. You can either create a java-bean to enhance the GUI (as you have some UI-components in your java-code, i guess this would be the direction) or use the java-importer and call server-side-java. Both require that you are running forms in a web-version and not as client-server.
What exactly is your requirement?

How can you access Oracle9i Reports (Rel 2) objects like Body, DataSource, Groups etc from Java Code?
What are the available APIs?
I went thru the APIs at http://otn.oracle.com/products/reports/htdocs/getstart/docs/Javadocs/oracle/reports/plugin/definition/package-summary.html
However various constructors stated in these APIs are using classes from "oracle.reports.definition" package which are difficult for me to locate.
For eg. Report constructor is using oracle.reports.definition.RWReport and there is no API documentation available for RWReport class.
Please suggest me the site for the above APIs or the method to get a reference to "Report" instance.

Thats exactly what I am trying to do. I want to develop a utility which can have a subset of Report Developer's functionality.
Currently using Reports Developer & Report Wizard, I can create a report by providing SQL statement and few parameters (like Report Style, Calculated Fields, Template file etc). I want to put all these parameters in a XML file and run my java utility (based on the APIs which I am looking for) which will use these XML parameter file and generate a '.rdf' file.
Also, could you please suggest me the site for oracle.reports.definition package API or the way to get a reference to oracle.reports.plugin.definition.Report instance.

Verifying signed Jar using Java code

I have been looking for a way to verify signed or unsigned jar from java code.
I have to use the jar name and from here, I have to verify the digital signature. For this goal I have found some Java classes which can be useful for me. These classes would be JarEntry class, from which I could get the certificates. Signature class, whose methods let me verify the digital signatures, and Certificate class. I also found a class called SignedObject from I could get the signature data which the method getSignature (), but the problem here it is that I need a private key in the SignedObject constructor, which is not possible since I want to verify a signed jar which I am not able to know the private key, just public key. So, could anybody tell me how I could solve this problem?

Java Double calculations produce greater error than C++?

I wrote PLU (A=PLU) decomposition program in Java to solve Ax=B. A, P,L and U are square arrays. x and B are vectors. The error was great for large matrices.My instructor suggested me to use C++. So, I wrote the same thing in C++. The error is much less now. The code is almost identical. I thought that both languages use the same IEEE standard.
Is it possible that java handles double calculations worse than C++ does?

How to pass the parameter values to the stored procedure from java code?

I have a stored procedure written in sqlplus as below:

That's a shame, because I was thinking about implementing a business search api for my real estate website that was created using business catalyst that allows the collection of all real estate agents in Australia by searching and collecting their information from the Yellow Pages and White Pages directories, and include these information in a database that allows users to search for the real estate agent they want and comment on that agent. This can only be done by integrating some PHP or JAVA code into my BC website.
So that means that the only way that I can do this is to create a web app that allows users to search for the real estate agent they want to see and comment on that agent, just by entering real estate agents' information into the web app's database and using various BC modules and plugins. Some java code returns a null resultset from 10.2.0.1 DB, but works w/ 9.2

I am a Java noob guys, but we have java code the calls an Oracle Function. This code is unchanged from what successfully runs against an Oracle 9.2 database returning, in this case, one row from the database. A ref cursor is used. When the same Java code calls the same ref cursor function from a 10.2.0.1 database, a null resultset occurs. The function correctly returns a single row when executed by the same database user via sql-plus. So it must be a java thing. Does the jdbc driver need to be upgraded to correctly run against a 10.2 database? And is this null resultset type of anomaly a potential result of having a wrong version of ojdbc14.jar? Nothing else has changed except pointing the code to the same package and tables in a 10.2 database.

How to provide value to a User Defined field thru java code

I am using OIM 11.1.1.5.
I have a user defined field called Unique-Customer-Number. This field need to be pre-populated during user creation (using OIM Web UI) and the value comes from a java code.
Can any of you tell me the high level steps to implement this.

How do I get the Parameters of a Stored Procedure from my Java Code?

I want to get the parameters in my Java code. How do I do this with Jdbc?
In ADO it was: myCmd.Parameters.Refresh();

no, what I want is to know what parameters are required by my stored proc. So basically I tell it, "My Stored Proc is name 'SomeName'. What are the parameters I need to fill for this proc?" Then it puts those in for me, and then I fill the values. That's what Cmd.Parameters.Refresh() does in VB/C++. So if I had a proc name "MyProc" with:
@Something int,
@Another varchar(25)
Then if I did cmd.StoredProc = "MyProc" (and told it where to find the DB), and then did cmd.Parameters.Refresh(), the cmd would then have those parameters with null values, so i could do:
cmd.Parameters(0) = 5
cmd.Parameters(1) = "hello"
Any idea how to do that in Java/Jdbc?

To retrieve a FilterContainer you will need to traverse the report structure:
ReportStructure boReportStructure = boDocumentInstance.getStructure();
ReportContainer boReportContainer = (ReportContainer) boReportStructure.getReportElement(0);
FilterContainer boFilterContainer = null;
if (boReportContainer.hasFilter()) {
boFilterContainer = boReportContainer.getFilter();
} else {
boFilterContainer = boReportContainer.createFilter(LogicalOperator.AND);
Calling boDocumentInstance.getStructure() will retrieve the entire structure for the document.
Calling boReportStructure.getReportElement(0) will retrieve the structure for the first report of the document.

Am sick of going back and forth with what has turned out to be worthless customer support. Have sent them so much info and pictures, no help. All they do is send me links for instructions on how to redeem the codes. I know how to redeem, I have redeemed at least 50 codes. To them I am obviously an idiot though. To me it seems to be a problem on their end, but can't get an answer from them on why it is telling me code redemption is unavailable. Please help! Anybody!

Confirming my suspicions with every passing hour. Support on this forum is non-existent like the support from Apple support. But, you got my money now... why would you care?
