Java security exception

Question

i am written frame which reads data from microphone transmit
but it is giving exeption
java.lang.RuntimeException: No permission to capture from applets
the code is

Processor mediaProcessor:this take the raw data stream and convert it into
requered format which is compatible to transmit(packet)
Meadialocator meadiLocator:this will store the adddress of the microphne
Meadialocator locator: this wil tore the address of the destination

getDevice(): this see for the capture device
setDataSource():set requered initial configaration
setMediaLocator():set the host address
