как побороть "plug in blocked" после обновления Adobe Flash?

"blocked plugin" means you are running an old Flash Player version.  Update to the latest.

I am running on a MAC OS X 10.6.8 . After downloading successfully an adobe flash player 11.6.602.180 update for my MAC ( Safari). I now get an error message of Blocked plugin when watching   MOST youtube videos. It will play some youtube videos occasionally. My system was working perfectly before this update and I am not able to trouble shoot this on my own.
Also I can use fire fox on my Mac and it  plays everything perfect. The problem is with my safari browser. Please advise on this.
    Thank you

  • BT Net Plus blocking download of Adobe Flash Playe...

I am trying to download Adobe Flash Player but BT Net Plus is blocking it. I have found out what the IP address is and the port. How do I change the Firewall settings to accept this site please? There does not seem to be an easy way to search for help with BT Net Plus, especially for new Infinity customers. It does not appear to be very user friendly.

    This may help.

  • Adobe flash player 10.3 is installed but doesn't appear in plug-ins:what else do I need to do to play videos?

Until a few months ago I was able to play videos in e-mails on my desktop computer, running on windows XP, through Verizon FIOS. Then I kept getting the message that I needed Adobe Flash Player 9.0. I have downloaded the latest version, Adobe Flash Player 10.3.183.1, several times, getting the message from Adobe that I am now running that program. However, when I try to play a video, I still get the message that the the plug-in isn't installed, and the table of plug-ins doesn't include Adobe Flash Player. Is there something else that must be done to make the (presumably) installed program active? If so, what is it?

Sorry, Firefox 4 is not compatible with Flash for Android.
We're starting work to possibly support Flash for Android in a future version of Firefox. For details, see: https://wiki.mozilla.org/Fennec/Features/Plugins

Adobe Flash Player 9.x (General Plug-in)
This installation of Adobe Flash Player  9.x (General Plug-in) is insecure and potentially exposes  your system to security threats!
Secunia strongly recommends that you  update this program by installing the update that is provided by the vendor of  this program.

    c:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Extension Manager CS4\NPSWF32.dll
    c:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Device Central  CS4\Required\Opera\program\plugins\NPSWF32.dll
I have got Photoshop CS4 and Acrobat 9 Pro
Could you tell me how can i solve this problem? I have installed the newest flash player form your adobe website and but everything is still same
    Best Regards,
    Martin

Since you have the new version installed you don't have anything to worry about. By default, programs will use the files located in the system32-folder first and only resort to using the files in their plug-in folders if the file in question is not in the windows system32-folder. So if the files in the system32 folder are the most recent then you're ok.

I have a mac book pro and have already downloaded adobe flash player. However when i go to watch a video it says "Blocked Plug In". But my adobe is already up to date. Can someone help me to fix this so i can watch videos?

If you're sure you've installed the latest version of Flash, take each of the following steps that you haven't already tried. After each step, relaunch Safari and test. For a "missing plug-in" error, start with Step 7. Back up all data before making any changes.
    Step 1
You might have to log out or reboot before a Flash update takes effect.
    Step 2
In the Safari preference window, select
Privacy ▹ Remove All Website Data
    Close the window. Then select
     ▹ System Preferences… ▹ Flash Player ▹ Advanced
and click Delete All. Close the preference pane.
    Step 3
If you're only having trouble with YouTube videos, log in to YouTube and load this page. You may see a link with the text "Leave the HTML5 Trial." If so, click that link.
    Step 4
If you get a warning of a "blocked" or "outdated" plug-in, then from the menu bar select
     ▹ System Preferences… ▹ Flash Player ▹ Advanced
and click Check Now. Quit and relaunch the browser.
If the warning persists, triple-click anywhere in the line below on this page to select it:
    /System/Library/CoreServices/CoreTypes.bundle/Contents/Resources
Right-click or control-click the highlighted text and select
    Services ▹ Open
from the contextual menu.* A folder should open. Inside it, there should be a file named "XProtect.meta.plist". If that file is missing and you know why it's missing, restore it from a backup or copy it from another Mac running the same version of OS X. Otherwise, reinstall OS X.
*If you don't see the contextual menu item, copy the selected text to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C. In the Finder, select
    Go ▹ Go to Folder...
from the menu bar, paste into the box that opens (command-V). You won't see what you pasted because a line break is included. Press return.
    Step 5
Open this folder as in Step 4:
    /Library/Internet Plug-Ins
Delete the following item, or anything with a similar name, if present:
    Flash Player (failing).plugin
You may be prompted for your login password.
    Step 6
Re-download and reinstall Flash. Download it from the domain "get.adobe.com". Don't click a link from any other website, including this one, because you can't trust links. They may be an attempt to trick you into installing malware masquerading as Flash. Type the address into the browser window. Never download a Flash update from anywhere else.
    Step 7
If you get a "missing plug-in" error, select
    Safari ▹ Preferences... ▹ Security
from the Safari menu bar and check the box marked
    Allow (or Enable) plug-ins
    Then click the button marked
    Manage Website Settings...
if present and make sure that the website is not blocked for Flash.
    Step 8
    Select
    Safari ▹ Preferences... ▹ Extensions
from the Safari menu bar. If any extensions are installed, disable them.

  • In recent weeks many websites show "blocked plug-in". Clicking onto it reveals a notice that my Adobe Flash Player needs updating but I'm not able to do it because Step 3  of the update has "blocked plug-in" in it.

In recent weeks many websites on my OS X (10.6.8) have been showing a white patch with "blocked plug-in" on it preventing access to all of the site. When I
click onto it a message appears stating that my Adobe Flash Player needs updating and when I have downloaded the upgrade & moved  to Step 3 I get
a "blocked plug in" on it as well. How do I resolve this issue?
    Archeee

When you have installed the latest version of Flash, relaunch Safari and test.
If you're getting a "blocked plug-in" error, then in System Preferences… ▹ Flash Player ▹ Advanced
click Check Now. Quit and relaunch your browser.
You can also try these illustrated instructions from C F McBlob to perform a full "clean install", which will resolve the "Blocked Plug-in" message when trying to update via the GUI updater from Adobe.
Use the FULL installer for 12.0.0.44:  Flash Player 12 (Mac OS X)
