KKS2 can't calculate the variance in the production order

We have some simi-finished product orders. All these simi-finished products were produced in previous period and got receipted into the warehouse. However, for some reason we don't know, there are still some cost balance remain in the orders themselves, although they had been settled in previous period.
So far I only found these simi-finished products were not maintained with Variance Keys.
So I maintained the variance keys for the orders. however, it doesn't work, when I run KKS2 to calculate the variance in the order, the order's Target Costs, Actual Cost and Allocated Actl Costs are all zero. So the variance are zero. In fact, that order's variance are -123.8, for example. Since the variance calculated by KKS2 is zero, there is no reference for KO88 to settle this order. The variance -123.8 will always remain in the order.
I can't close these orders for the cost balances are not zero.
Anyone could give me some suggestions to settle the variance?

Because the var keys were not existing on the order, it did not calculate the variance... However, once you maintain them in the order, KKS2 should prove successful... Did you calculate the variance in the correct period after maintaining the variance keys?
How many such orders are there and whats the balance on these orders?
Note that, to settle variance to FI, it is not necessary to calculate variance in KKS1/2... KKS1/2 only helps you to settle variance to COPA.... Your FI will still be updated with variance, even if you do not caluclate KKS1/2
So, if the no of cases and the amount involved is not much, you can think of executing KO88 for them and then manually update values in COPA for these orders for record type C... However, keep this as a last option.... Ideally, once you maintain variance keys, variance should get calculated

You can use the time period between creating and releasing a production order, for example, to carry out company checks and preparations. If you do not require this time period, you can automatically release the production order when it is created (see Automatic Release).
A newly created production order initially receives the status CRTD (created). The following restrictions apply to a production order that has been created:
Confirmations for the order cannot yet be executed.
Shop floor papers cannot be printed.
Goods movements for the order cannot yet be executed.
Releasing the order lifts these restrictions.
Features
Order release can be executed at the following levels:
With Release at Order Header Level all operations are released. The order and the operations receive the status REL (released).
With Release of an Operation the operation receives the status REL and the order receives the status PREL (partially released). If all operations in an order have been released, the order has the status REL.

I'm currently using pages to write my personal statement up on, although i need to keep my characters including spaces under 4000 characters and also have no more than 47 lines. I've found how to do a word count and find how many charcaters I've used, but i can't see anywhere the information that I actually need to find! Someone please help, thankyou

How can you calculate the number of lines if you don't know how many characters there are to a line?
This is 2013. We are using word processors with real fonts, not terminals or teletypers or typewriters.
If you must have 47 lines then shrink the point size of the font until it fits.

You might want to try the Integral x(t) VI. The documentation for this VI notes:
Performs the discrete integration of the sampled signal X. Integral x(t) calculates a definite integral. The value of the output array at any value x is the area under the curve of the input array between 0 and x.
You would pass the samples of the waveform that fall between your particular window, then pass 1/number of samples for the d(t) parameter.

For example I have start time:

And I have finish time:

So, after manually calculating, I get total time: "18:10:15"
How can I calculate the total time in java? (Using formatter1 and formatter2 I suppose)

What can be a problem?Because, like I said, a Date measure an instant in time, not a duration. So when you have 5000 ms, and you turn that into a Date, that means 5 sec. after the epoch, which works out to 1/1/1970 00:00:05.000 GMT.
As I mentioned, if you're not currently in GMT, then you have to set the TZ of the DateFormat to GMT. Right now, it's showing you the time in your TZ. If you included the date in your SimpleDateFormat, you'd see either 1/1/1970 or 12/31/1969, depending on which TZ you're in.
Bottom line: You're trying to use these classes in a way they're not meant for, and while you can get the results you want for a limited set of inputs if you understand what these classes do and how to work with that, it's a brittle approach and comes with all kinds of caveats.

It would be interesting if you could describe the purpose of your "length", but I don't have an answer anyway. Would the bounding box be sufficient?
Considering that TOP may be combined with arbitrary spline paths, this could become an exercise in higher math. I haven't yet encountered a function that returns the mathematical length of such a spline.
Otherwise it could be solved if you iterate and sum up the relevant points of the bounding box (ascender, descender, baseline?) of individual glyphs.
Be warned that the whole TOP looks alien, as if it were a transplant from a different program. Experience also shows that documented and actually used interfaces / commands are completely different animals ...

Through Standard SAP .. the same it not possible . Standard SAP will post the differences to one GL account ..The variance amount is not segregated..
The way out is to use report KKO0 .( Product Costing Drill Down Reports ) in CO . There are many reports available .. and you can compute the difference in CO Reports and manually make an entry in FI by manually reversing the original variance account and posting it to cost component wise variance accounts ..
To use the KKO0 report.. please perform the following tasks :-
1. Assign cost component structure in transaction OKN0 ( Date Extraction/Product Drill Down) tab.
2. Product Group Type = Material group..
3. Run KKRV after period end every month to collect the data for drill down reporting..

     1. The dies can be used for the production of Pressing, Casting and Forging etc. These dies will be managed in the stores. The stores representatives will issue the die to the shop floor for an operation of a production order.They will return back the die once the production is completed at that operation using the die. How to map this process in the SAP.
        Typically, these dies can be treated as PRT materials in the SAP system.
     2. OPJK configuration is not sufficient. The same PRT will be assigned to the many production orders during the same time.The system won't block with only this setting. There are some other steps involved to complete the process.
                 I would like to know the complete procedure with all the steps to block the PRT once it was assigned to the production order operation. The same PRT is to be available for other production orders automatically once the operation is confirmed after production.

Are you trying to reprocess a BDOC for debugging purpose?
If the BDOC is not with a final status, you will be able to reprocess it using the reprocess button in the smw01 search result list.
And you may put /h on the popup when you click on the 'reprocess' button.
If it is allowed to make some changes in the CRM ORDER for testin purpose, it would be easier to perform debugging.
A more 'careless' way is to deactivate the outbound or inbound queue in transaction smqs or smqr, then in smq1 or smq2 to locate the interested queue, and click on button 'debug LUW'.
