Large buzzing on my DV tape-how can I remove it?

Unfortunately we had a problem when filming, and a quite large buzzing noise is heard in the background, and the voices (an interview is going on) are quiet. Are there ANY applications, or otherwise options in FCP or similar applications to reduce or get rid of this noise?

you can do this relatively easily using a noise reduction/ removal tool, in an audio application, e.g. http://www.bias-inc.com/products/soundsoap/
All my audio editing stuff is done on pc (boo hiss), so I'm more familiar with Sonic foundry's noise reduction, but the concept is the same. the app "learns" which parts of the sound are noise, and then filters it out, using a variety of methods.
the best results will be obtained if you have some audio that contains only the noise you want to remove. Point the tool at that section first, it learns which parts are noise. then apply that setting to the entire audio file...
if you can't get this app, and are really desparate, and the audio isn't too long (e.g. a matter of minutes, not hours) then I could even have a look for you....

You don't need iTunes for that. Simply connect the iPhone to the PC where it will be recognized as a camera. You can then select the photos you wish to transfer, transfer them, and delete them.

Very simple. Turn off Find my iDevice, then Tap Settings, General, Erase, Erase all content and settings.

Same as title: how can I remove something from my download list FOREVA! Why would I want to do this? Because it's a piece of poo free sampler from Best Buy that is effing huge, and terrible and I don't want it, ever (it's been stuck to my list since 08, and it must die). Once an item enters the download queue, the user cannot remove it. Either let it complete the download (easiest) or contact the iTunes Store customer support department through the Contact page and ask them if they'll remove the item(s) from your queue for you.

There is no way to do it. Others have asked for the very same thing that you are asking for, but currently it just cannot be done. You can't remover purchases from your Purchase History - you can hide them - but you can't delete them from the history.
You can delete the Apps from the iPad and you can delete them from iTunes on the computer. Delete them from iPad, delete them fromiTunes so that when you sync there is no chance that they will come back. Then hide the purchases. That's the best that you can do.
On the iPad, tap and hold down on the app icons until the X pops up. Tap the X to delete the apps.
In iTunes, clcik on Apps under the Library heading on the left. Right click on the apps that you want to delete and follow the prompts.

It works just the same as an iPhone. A long hold on an icon will cause them all to start wobbling, drag to move around or tap the X to remove.You can't remove any of the built-in apps so these won't get an X to tap.

I am having a problem with my card and i want to remove it off my itunes account so i can use my free apps on my phone before i put my card on it. It is causing a problem and making it very hard to keep my phone updated. So how can I remove the card completely without having to put a new card on there?

Using these steps, you should be able to select "None" as your payment method to remove your card from your Apple ID:
Changing your payment information using an iOS device
Tap Settings on the Home screen.
Tap iTunes & App Stores.
Tap your Apple ID. (If you aren't signed in, enter your Apple ID and password and tap Sign In.)
Tap View Apple ID.
Enter your Apple ID password.
In the Edit section, tap Payment Information.
Update the information that you want to change.
Note: You can find the payment methods that the iTunes Store accepts in the Payment Type section. If you don't want a payment method on your account, select None in the Payment Type section.
