Launching contributor, where is login page config defined?

I have an upgraded 11g UCM instance for both contributor and consumption. The URL is <domain>/ecm for the web front end of the system. I have a site defined that has a site address defined to a domain name. When I am on any page, and press CTRL-SHFT-F5, instead of going to domain/ecm/login/login.htm to authenticate, I am going to domain/cs/login/login.htm and get an error message. Where is "cs" defined so I can go change it?
Thanks, Ken

Changing com.sun.identity.agents.config.filter.mode to URL_POLICY seemed to help. I am now seeing /myapp/login.jsp as the login page for my app. The logins themselves are failing, however. I am confused as to how to set up the jsp to work with the agent to log in.

  • J2EE Policy agent - login page config questions

    Hi,
    I'm trying to configure a customized login page for an application that is protected by a AM Policy Agent 2.2-01 on SJSAS 8.2.
    I am aware of this link:
    http://docs.sun.com/app/docs/doc/820-2539/gatai?l=en&a=view .
    This describes configuring the custom login for an app. Based on the doc, I have configured the following:
    1. I have the agent and my app on one instance on myhost.mydomain.com
    2. A url policy is protecting my app, configured in Access Manager 7.1. The url is http://myhost.mydomain.com:38080/myapp/*
    3. In my app's web.xml I have the following:
      <login-config>
            <auth-method>FORM</auth-method>
            <form-login-config>
                <form-login-page>/login.jsp</form-login-page>
                <form-error-page>/loginerror.jsp</form-error-page>
            </form-login-config> 4. In AMAgent.properties:
    com.sun.identity.agents.config.login.form[0] = /myapp/login.jsp
    com.sun.identity.agents.config.login.error.uri[0] = /myapp/loginerror.jsp
    com.sun.identity.agents.config.login.use.internal = false
    com.sun.identity.agents.config.login.content.file = FormLoginContent.txtThere doesnt seem to be any change in login page when I go to my app. It just redirects to the Access Manager login page, and when I login it redirects back to the app. The security behavior is correct but I would like the login page to be unique for the app.
    So my questions are:
    1. Am I using com.sun.identity.agents.config.login.use.internal correctly? I dont want it to use internal login, but my login file, right?
    2. My login page is protected by my url policy. Is that a problem? Should I be using com.sun.identity.agents.config.notenforced.uri[0] on the login page?
    3. Can anyone clarify to me exactly how and where the contents of FormLoginContent.txt is used?
    I'm kind of new to AM and Policy Agents, so i apologize if my questions seem very newb. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

  • How and where to add code to login page

    I have a login page which uses the Dreamweaver Login Behavior.  I want to add code to:
         Check the status of the person loging in (status is the last field in the mySQL authentication table).
              a.     If the person is already logged in, display an error message, and reject the attempt.
              b.     If the person is NOT currently logged in, set his status accordingly, and log him in.
    Since the behavior is generated code, and well above my head, I don't know what code to enter, and where to enter it.  Here's the code for the form:
    <?php require_once('Connections/login.php'); ?>
    <?php
    if (!function_exists("GetSQLValueString")) {

    $login = mysql_pconnect($hostname_login, $username_login, $password_login) or trigger_error(mysql_error(),E_USER_ERROR);
    ?>
    Could someone help me with this?  I'd very much appreciate any assistance.

    I should have warned you ealier that I don't know PHP very well, but if I can help nail down the process then hopefully one of the PHP experts can jump in.
    I'm still a little fuzzy on what is going on.  If Susie and Rodunda both have their own UserIDs and Passwords, then they can both be logged in at the same time, insert records til their hearts content and there will be abolutely no confict at all. The only issue here that may present a problem is if one of them attameps to update a record while the other one is looking at it, or getting ready to make their own modifications.
    Also, if Susie and Rodunda have their own user accounts with their own credentials, how is it that one would try to log in using the others' credentials?
    At any rate, and hopefully to get closer to a solutions for you, When a user is successfully authenticated, the session variable MM_Username is created.  So, simpy by checking for the existence of this session variable can tell you if that use is logged in or not.  This check can be placed before any of the login script so that it doesn't interfere with the behavior generated code. And you can choose what to do depending on the condition that exists - such as redirecting immediately to another page, or displaying or hiding a certain region on the page.
    Keep in mind that when the page first loads, thel login code is placed in an IF statement that checks the form action, so at first it's ignored and loads the form.  When the form is submitted, the IF conditino is met and the code executes.  To update the database with a "Logged in or out" value, you first have to place a recordset just after the IF statement that checks the form action, wirte another IF statement to check the value of the field, and then redirect to a logout page or continue with the login.
    If you continue with the login, you'll need an Update statement to change the field in the database just before the successful redirect.  If you've redirected to a log out page, you'll also need s similar update statement there.
    To write the recordset code, you can use DW's wizard and just move the code to where it needs to go. But the DW's update code depend on predeifned recordsets and form actions, so you'll need to find a script or hand code it, I wouldn't recommend trying to use DW's code and then modify it.
    So, what do you think, are we getting closer?

  • Where do I apply this CSS file in the login page to get the required output

    Hi,
    I am an apex beginner. I got this html text from a 'Google Blank Search' for beautifying the login page. I have no idea where to copy and paste this CSS file in the 'login' edit page. If I open 'Edit Page template option, I can see page 'Definition' , 'Header' and 'Footer' and so many codes. In which part of these areas I Should copy this script to get the output.
    Thanks in advance...

    Edit the page and add the styles into the HTML Header setting. Also ensure that the styles are enclosed within STYLE tags:
    &lt;style type="text/css"&gt;
    html, body {

  • Problem creating login page in portal webapplication

    Hi all,
    I have been working with ADF for quite some years. Now, I have found webcenter portal on my path.
    I'm telling you this is square one all over again.......trying to figure out why the most simple things do not work like they should. like this one
    I'm on a project that has to build a new portal application. when you start it, you should be taken to a page where you have to log in.
    This is the only public page in the portal app. after logging in, you will see the start page of the portal app. From here you can go to other pages through a menu tree on the left side of the page (=within the page template).
    Anyway, I seem to no even get this to work........
    I have made two pages. a loginPage and a landingPage. I know you get a login.jspx and a home.jspx for free, but I want to make my own since I had problems attaching my custom pagetemplate. Some other thing that doesn't work........
    Anyway, I have made these two pages within the faces-config.xml I have tied the login_success action to my landingPage and the logout_success to the loginPage. I have also altered the login.html to redirect to my loginPage.jspx instead of the login.jspx On the loginPage Ideally, I would like to drag a login taskflow with a page-fragment where I have two inputfields and a button, which are connected to the o_w_s_l_LoginBackingBean. But that is for later, since it doesn't even work when I have put those two inputfields and button directly on my loginPage.jspx
    I have tried several different configurations using both the pages.xml file and the jazn-data.xml, but to no avail.
    What am I doing wrong? in the pages.xml, what should be the one with home as it's id? should both the loginPage and the landingPage be in there?
    Even when I manage to get the loginPage first at startup, the button (who's action is pointing to the doLogin of the o_w_s_l_LoginBackingBean) does nothing. Also nothing in the logs.
    Can anyone please tell me how I can get this to work?
    thanks a lot in advance.....

    Hi fisherman,
    custom login page can be created and it can be used in your custom template by simply creating your own login class :o_w_s_l_LoginBackingBean instead of using the default one.
    otherwise the second type of solution is :
    create a subform and write the following type of code in your jspx/jsff page.
    <af:subform id="sub_id">
    <af:panelFormLayout id="pt_pfl1" >
    <af:panelGroupLayout id="pgl1" layout="vertical" >
    <table>
    <tr>
    <td width="50%">
    <af:activeOutputText value="username"
    id="aot199"/>
    </td>
    </tr>
    <tr>
    <td width="50%">
    <af:inputText id="pt_it1" simple="true"
    value="#{o_w_s_l_LoginBackingBean.userName}"
    />
    </td>
    </tr><tr>
    <td width="50%">
    <af:activeOutputText value="password"
    id="aot198"/>
    </td>
    </tr>
    <tr>
    <td width="50%">
    <af:inputText id="pt_it2" simple="true"
    value="#{o_w_s_l_LoginBackingBean.password}"
    columns="30" secret="true"
    />
    </td>
    </tr>
    </table>
    </af:panelGroupLayout>
    </af:panelFormLayout>
    <af:spacer width="3" height="3" id="pt_s2"/>
    <af:panelGroupLayout id="pt_pgl14" layout="horizontal" halign="end" >
    <af:commandButton id="pt_logincb"
    action="#{o_w_s_l_LoginBackingBean.doLogin}"
    >
    </af:commandButton>
    this is a sample code,may be some errors are present.but it should work definity if you mention the login success page in faces-config.xml.
    Hope ,it will help you.
    Regards,
    Hoque

  • SSO Login Page Error

    Can anyone solve this issue??
    We are developing ASP.Net application with oracle 10g Application server for single sign-on.
    we need to map the IIS URL(eg /private/*), redirecting to Oracle Application server,authenticate it and get the result back
    to IIS.
    As of Oracle Document we installed and configured proxy plugin and SSO plugin in IIS,and registered a partner application
    using ossoreg.jar command and it was successfully redirecting to the Single Sign-on login page
    but the problem is, after I click Login button it gives "page not found" error
    and the URL read as "http://<host.domain>:<port>//sso/auth"
    A normal login through SSO doesnt give any error...
    Do we need to change some config in policy.properties configuration file??
    Please reply, if anyone identified the problem.
    Regards
    Guhan

    Hi,
    I have triued the same thing here ... linking to a protected url on an IIS server. Initially I had similar problems. Check your plugin.conf file and make sure your login server file is defined correctly ... no " and use the Windows path conventions.
    Also, I thought I had directed the config file (osso.conf) to be in the directory i had created but it showed up in oracle_home/apache/apache/conf/osso. You may need to move it.

  • Session Timeout directly taking to login page

    Hi,
    In our application when session time out happens, it is directly taking to login page, instead of showing the time out error message . We have a CustomExceptionHandler defined in our application. When I debugged, I identified that the following error message

    hi
    this can be done using a simple "Servlet Filters" which will check whether the user session is valid or not. so for every connect to the server the filter runs and redirects to the login page if the session has expired. here you can configure your filter to be activated for every URL or a patterns of urls.
    u need servlet2.3 supported server for this.
    hope this helps

    I have an business j2ee application run on oc4j. When the session timeout declared on the web.xml expire, i want to redirect automaticaly the user to my login.jsp to force him to reconnect. I try j_security_chek, but i want to restart the business application at the top and not to the page which are request. Somebody know who i can do this mechanism. I try too special tag in jsp, this run very good but i have to repeate this call on every page. I look for an other simply mechanism to that
    Thanks

  • 10g904 - custom login pages & development method of applics for SSO

    i am getting baffled with these custom login pages and their connection with the SSO.
    I have now read extensive documentation from the following:
    Oracle® AS SSO Admin Guide for release 10g (9.0.4) (B10378-01)
    Oracle® AS SSO App Developers Guide for release 10g (9.0.4) (B10852-01)
    Oracle® AS SSO Admin Guide 10g (9.0.4) (B13791-01)
    Oracle® AS App Developers Guide for release 10g (9.0.4) (B10378-01)
    Oracle® SSO Developers Guide for version 306
    what baffles me is how custom login pages are to be defined for the 10g versions of AS.
    in 10g (904) version, applications for SSO can be protected using mod_osso, and may be developed using mod_osso or using SSO-SDK which is deprecated from this version.
    1. this means that if we do not have to use SSO-SDK (which is deprecated in 904 version) and where we need to protect applications using the mod_osso, then why do we need to use the custom pages.
    2. how do the custom-defined deployment specific login pages or change-password pages work?
    3. what is the role of SSO for partner applications if we do not configure it specifically.
    any helpful hints or links would be highly appreciated.
    thanks

  • How to change the behaviour of the Cancel-Button of SSO-Login-Page (Forms)?

    Hi Folks,
    we use SSO-Login to authenticate users using Forms. How do I change the URL which is opened when a user clicks on the cancel button on the SSO Login page?
    In the formsweg.cfg file there is a parameter named ssoCancelUrl, but if I define it, it doesn't work anyway. Seems like it has something to do with ssoDynamicResourceCreate, but I don't exactly understand what.
    Can't I simply change the URL which is opened (globally), when a user hits the cancel button on any SSO-Loginpage.
    Thanks in advance.
    Regards.

    Exactly this does not work! Please watch my settings:
    Global Setting in formsweb.cfg
    # Single Sign-On OID configuration parameter: indicates whether we allow
    # dynamic resource creation if the resource is not yet created in the OID.
    ssoDynamicResourceCreate=false
    # Single Sign-On parameter: URL to redirect to if ssoDynamicResourceCreate=false
    ssoErrorUrl=
    # Single Sign-On parameter: Cancel URL for the dynamic resource creation DAS page.
    ssoCancelUrl=
    # Single Sign-On parameter: indicates whether the url is protected in which
    # case mod_osso will be given control for authentication or continue in
    # the FormsServlet if not. It is false by default. Set it to true in an
    # application-specific section to enable Single Sign-On for that application.
    ssoMode=false
    App-Specific settings in formsweb.cfg
    [proz]
    envFile=proz.env
    form=proz.fmx
    title=proz
    separateFrame=true
    width=1280
    height=960
    ssoMode=true
    ssoDynamicResourceCreate=false
    ssoCancelURL=http://machinename:port/zugangsportal/
    otherparams=useSDI=yes P_SERVER_URL=machinename:port P_REP_SERVERNAME=machinename_proz ZP_TARGET_ID=%ZP_TARGET_ID%
    When I now access http://machinename:port/forms/frmservlet?config=proz I got redirected to the SSO-Login-Page but the Cancel-Button still links to Middletier Home. Why?
    Regards.

  • Using SqlProvider and Weblogic authenticator in my own login page

    Hi All,
    I want to use SqlProvider of weblogic server for authentication of users. For the said purpose I have made necessary steps in weblogic server console. now i want to use it in my own login page and authenticate user based on sqlProvider and wls.
    Can u suggest me what to do? or where do I move next ?

    Add ADF Security to your application.
    - Add the groups (the ones in your WLS) to 'Enterprise roles' (use the same name).
    - Define your 'Application Roles' (the roles you want to use in your application) and add the corresponding Enterprise roles to it.
    - Set the resource grants
    That should be it.

  • APEX listener returns blank login page

    APEX 4.2.2
    APEX listener 2.0.2
    Glassfish 3.1.2.2
    Platform is 32bit Linux, Amazon EC2
    I am reasonably certain that I have deployed apex.war and i.war correctly to Glassfish, and defined a virtual path and a database connection correctly.
    When running Firefox on the EC2 machine, browsing to
    http://localhost:8080/apex/dad1/
    returns a login page no problem. But browsing to the external, publicly visible, address (I have to obscure the actual address, I'll use a.b.c.d) either from the hosting machine or across the net returns an empty page:
    http://a.b.c.d:8080/apex/dad1/
    This succeeds:
    http://a.b.c.d:8080
    I get the standard Glassfish page so I know Glassfish is listening on that address.
    I have also tried starting the listener standalone, and I get the same effect: it returns a login screen when browsing to the localhost, but going to the external address I get a blank page.
    The pages really are blank, nothing shows in the page source and this is all Firebug returns:
    <html>
    <head>
    <link title="Wrap Long Lines" href="resource://gre-resources/plaintext.css" type="text/css" rel="alternate stylesheet">
    </head>
    <body>
    <pre></pre>
    </body>
    </html>
    I have been trying to enable tracing of the request on the server side, but I haven't yet found a way to produce the equivalent of an access.log. Searching the forum did produce a couple of references to "routing rules" but I have been unable to find what and where these might be.
    As the listener works perfectly when going to localhost, I cannot believe that rthis is the common problem of not finding imges, or an issue with url mapping. But I am of course open to any suggestions!
    Any insight will be welcome.
    Thank you for your time.

    Fixed. Finally tracked it down, a redirection problem fixed with patch 16760897.
    Thank you to anyone who looked at this, sorry to have wasted your time, hope posting the solution will assist someone else.

  • How can I add a UserGroup input in an APEX Login Page

    Hi,
    I am willing to add a UserGroup input (dropdown) in APEX Login page, but I see the default Login page supports only two parameter, i.e. Username and PWD. I see the authentication function wwv_flow_custom_auth_std.login(
    P_UNAME => :P101_USERNAME,
    P_PASSWORD => :P101_PASSWORD,
    P_SESSION_ID => v('APP_SESSION'),
    P_FLOW_PAGE => :APP_ID||':1'
    takes only username and pwd. But I need to add one more field, how can I accomplish this ?

    Hi,
    I have similar structure of the accounting like you.
    I have table users, roles, ...
    Then i use script like this:
    select nvl(1, null)
    from APEX_USER u,
    APEX_USER_ROLE r
    where u.active = 'Y'
    and r.USER_ID = U.ID
    and u.user_name = v('APP_USER')
    and r.appl_id = v('APP_ID')
    and r.is_edit = 'Y'
    and ((instr(group_name, ',NB_EOS,') > 0 and :P2_STATUS not in ('2','0'))
    or instr(group_name, ',NB_ADV_NT_ADM,') > 0 and :P2_STATUS not in ('2','5', '0')
    or instr(group_name, ',NB_CALL_ADMIN,') > 0 and :P2_STATUS not in ('2','5', '0'))
    There i have set the row for each application and user with my defined roles.
    Regards
    J :D

  • Unable to change the default login page

    I would to change the default login page (to /content/ethz_ch/Login)
    I configured tha page by "Day CQ Login Selector Authentication Handler":
    In ./launchpad/config/com/day/cq/auth/impl/LoginSelectorHandler.config I see
    auth.loginselector.defaultloginpage="/content/ethz_ch/Login"
    as expected.
    I then configured a page (/content/ethz_ch/de/auth_test.html) with a closed user group and left the login page field blank.
    Instead on the newly defined login page I am redirected to
    https://..../system/sling/cqform/defaultlogin.html?resource=%2Fcontent%2Fethz_ch%2Fde%2Fauth_test.html&$$login$$=%24%24login%24%24
    Any idea on what I am doing wrong?

    Try 1 & 2 if does not work please file a daycare for further assistance.
    1.   In "Day CQ Login Selector Authentication Handler" for path info add an empty row then verify.
    2.   Delete the existing entry for "Day CQ Login Selector Authentication Handler" , Configure your custom at repository level & verify
