Let me try again! Foreign Language HELP!!
I have my game app (suitable for all foreign languages) on iTune Store and wanted to test the keyword "knife" in the search textfield and my app showed up and I changed the language in Japanese, tested "ナイフ" (knife in Japanese) and my app didnt showed up and also noticed the screenshots and the descriptions arent in Japanese, but in English? I wondered if that applies to all of the foreign languages as well???
What do you think that cause the problem? Should I worry about it?

We're other users here....but my best guess is you should see what happens after changing over to the Japanese iTunes store. The USA store is all English.

Your specs say OS X 10.6.8 which would be iChat 5.x.x in Snow Leopard.
This version by default tries to login in to the AIM server called login.oscar.aol.com on port 5190 using the TCP protocol.
An internet connection is made up of 65535 of these so called ports (more like TV stations)
Most routers have ports up to port 1024 which means some of the iChat Login Ports are above this.
Two ways to Solve this.
1) Change the Login port iChat uses
2) Change the way the router opens ports.
For 1) go to iChat Menu > Preferences > Accounts
Highlight/select the AIM account.
In the Info Tab deselect the "Enable this Account" to make sure you are Logged out.
In the Server Settings change the Port to 443
You can decide not to use SSL as well if you wish (the server name automatically loses the leading "s")
For 2) log in to the routers set up pages and make sure it is doing UPnP
This allows the computers to tell the router which ports to open. It also allows multiple devices to use the same ports.
For iChat this allows it to Screen Share as this happens on an unlisted random port.
Opps forgot a couple of things.
If you are using an APple ID registed at Apple ending in @mac.com @me.com or @iCloud.com then the passowrd at Apple has to be 16 characters or less to work with the AIM servers.
Additionally the iCloud issued @me.com and @iCloud.com one require you to use iChat 6 in Lion or Messages in Mountian Lion due to changes Apple made to the security of letting AIM "read" the passwords.

Click Security
Show Cookies
Type "apple.com" in to top search field
Select All
Click Remove
Click Done
Repeat the above to confirm they are gone (mine took two attempts)
Choose Update Genius again in iTunes.

What version of Reader are you using, and are you on Mac OS or Windows? Do you get the same error when you try to print other PDF files, or is the problem specific to one PDF?
For starters, please try the solutions listed in this thread: Re: There is a problem with Adobe Acrobat /Reader. If it is running ,please exit and try again.(0:104)

My previous posting "How to load member for "sales same date last year"?" wasn't clear enough in stating my objective so I'll try again.My outline contains a dimension with each day of the month for this year and prior years. (It isn't and can't be tagged as a 'Time' dimension.)The 'Measures' dimension contains a 'Sales' member. The 'Scenario' dimension contains the members 'Actual', 'Budget' and 'Variance'.Using the Excel add-in, I can easily retrieve 'Sales' for 4/1/2002 in row 2 and 'Sales' for 4/1/2001 in row 3. The add-in does not allow retrieval of these values on the same row. To compare sales for this year to sales last year requires too much manipulation with multiple spreadsheets. And, Analyzer can't do it either.I want to create a new member under 'Measures' titled 'PriorYearSales'. A calc script, if possible, would load this member for 4/1/2002 with the 'Sales' amount for 4/1/2001. Thus the Excel add-in would simply reference 4/1/2002 for 'Sales' and 'PriorYearSales' on the same row. I could even create another new member to calculate the variance between 'Sales' and PriorYearSales'.I'm open to any suggestions.Thanks.Phil
A couple of things:1 - I once had the year, month and date in the dame dimension. In one of my cubes, when I separated the year from the month and date, it reduced the calc time from 3 hours to 20 minutes. It also significantly reduced the space the application needed. I strongly suggest this. 2 - You ought to be able to tag the time dimension with time even though your dates really are not dates. I have ACCTGBBADJ and ACCTEBADJ as dates even though they are not dates. Essbase does not care that a date really is not a date because in my experience the YTD calcs is calcing between a range of members based on the selection.3 If you separated the year and time you could split off the last four digits into the year category and easily solve your issue with only one load.Throwing all of this away and trying to solve your issues as specified, I would do this:1 - Load your data twice. The first load would be your 2002 data loaded under current year results.2 - The 2nd load would be the 2001 data load under the PriorYearSales.This can be completed in a couple ways depending on how your rule file is set up. Likewise, in the column with the date, select the properties from the field menu and replace 2002 with 2001 for all occurrences.You can try to set up calc scripts but this is complicated and I would not be the person to help. I hope this helps, it is a pretty easy solution to implement.

Help>About Firefox> says I am using Firefox/3.6.10./GTB7.1 I get a note from Mozilla that there is an update. I download it after granting permission to change my machine. I say OK. A green bar slides across the monitor announcing that the update is being downloaded. When I then assume it is being installed I get the following error: The update could not be installed. Please make sure there are no other copies of Firefox running on your computer, and then restart Firefox to try again. There are no other copies running. The machine is not on a network. Thanks for the info about Trojan. It may be the problem. Meanwhile I went to Admin/Owner side and did some cleaning -- including trying to reload my Favorite/Bookmarks that have always carried forth from previous levels of Windows XP and earlier.
The new computer here did not grab the Bookmarks from the previous, and yesterday I thought I had them loaded, and today went to Worker-Bee side and they are not showing.
About those add-ons... I have no idea, but think I got everything up to date yesterday. I will look at your earlier reply tomorrow or this weekend when I have more time at home to learn from it.

I Have just replaced my Hard Drive & DVD Super Drive. I started with a fresh install of OSX Tiger from the install DVD. I then did the software updates until there were no more. I then started to download Drivers for my printers & scanners. I also downloaded Windows media player & the flip for mac download. The flip for mac download installs via the OSX installer. it goes through its paces for a second Then comes back with a Error unable to install try again later... Then I got out my I life 08 Disc & tried to do an install with that. Same Error!! I have read in these posts about bad ram and firmware... any one know whats going on?? I did click on the windows tab & had a look at the Installers logs & this is what it says.
Sep 9 00:20:58 Macintosh : Install failed: Can't create temporary working directory /xrivate/tmp/Flip4Mac WMV.mpkg.203RrYshr.
What should I do?? I might reinstall the OS but what else should I try??
P.S I know Imovie 08 will only work on a G5. I am doing a custom install of I photo. & as I said nothing will install with the OS installer. Allways the same error.
I have Used the instalation cd & run disk utilities to repair permissions & am still getting the same errors!!

Cannot sign into iTunes, please try again later! HELP!
I can't sign in to my iTunes account on my MacBookPro despite being able to on my iphone 5 and other mac devices. The same pop up keeps appearing: Cannot connect to the iTunes store, try again later. I've updated the itunes software, restarted the computer, shut it down, turned it back on...and still the same pop up! I've gone back on my phone to try and download a song on itunes and it works perfectly. No issues. Has anyone encountered this before? I shall be gratefull for any advice.

Assuming this is not the first time you have used your Apple TV
You might try restarting the Apple TV by removing ALL the cables for 30 seconds.
Also try restarting the router.
If the problem persists, try a restore, you may want to try the previous procedures several times before doing this.
If restoring from the Apple TV doesn't help, try restoring from iTunes using a USB cable.
If this is a new Apple TV, in addition to trying the above, it may also be that your network router is not allowing access to the timeserver, check that your router allows access over port 123. -

Or, if you have essentially done that already without success, install 7-Zip (free), or a free trial of WinRAR, and use one of them to extract the contents of the iTunesSetup.exe or iTunesSetup64.exe installer file, then try installing AppleApplicationSupport.msi as a standalone component. Even if it won't install you may get a more useful error message as to why not.
