List of irrecoverable client errors

Hey all,
I'm looking for a list of errors that, when they occur, the client should disconnect and attempt to reconnect to the database. Or, errors that mean the client is disconnected. So far I have the following:
ORA-00028: session killed
ORA-00041: time limit exceeded - session killed
ORA-01092: ORACLE instance terminated
ORA-03113: end-of-file on comm. channel
I am sure there are tons of others that I'm missing. I also recall that there is an error that occurs when a client attempts to call PL/SQL code that has been invalidated which is supposed to be able to clear itself and usually doesn't unless the client reconnects...anyone know that one?
If anyone can add to this list I'd be appreciative...just errors you've seen that have required you to reconnect in order to continue doing anything.

Yes, I want the errors to write exception handling. I am writing an API for our Pro*C code to handle multi-threaded connections to the database and I want to be able to handle disconnects with a monitor thread whose soul purpose would be to reconnect any disconnected threads. However, I need to know when a thread has been disconnected, and to do that I need to inspect the errors thrown by Oracle.
I also want to handle any fatal errors that would require the client to disconnect and reconnect. I have seen some errors (like the package state discarded error that I mentioned before) that won't go away unless the client disconnects and reconnects. I want to handle those as well.
