Load datasources after PageLoad

Im doing a WebApp using DashCode 3.
It shows all Opentimes for restaurants based on different citys in Sweden using data from an XML- file and  i have connect the XML- File with datasources and bindings.
The problem is when I load the WebApp it takes to long time for it to execute (load). It takes about 1 minute.
So how can I load the data from the XML-File when you visiting each view. So when I start up the app it loads the first View (not the data from the XML-file) and when I come to a view that is attached with bindings from the datasource it loads the data XML-file at View time or on click Time
The xml-file Im using is very large so I divided it to 10 diffrent xml-files wich dosent seem to reduce the loading time, it wants to load everything on first load so to say.
I already tired to look everywhere, bought books "Dashcode for Dummies" payed for Online courses on the net, but cant find the answer anywhere. Is it just me...
This is what i done.
Starting a new project and choosed the costum template.
Using a Stacklayout with diffrent view.
My categories is for example "Göteborg" that is connected to a new view by the "On click Event"
var stackLayout = document.getElementById('stackLayout').object;
stackLayout.setCurrentView('GoteCatView', false, true);
On this view all names for the restaurants in Göteborg will come up on a "Rounded rectangel list"
From here I connect one of the datasources from one of the XML-Files using the title.
From this view you can go to the DetailedView to see the adress and the Opentime for the restaurant.
Everything works, but it takes to long time to load? There must be a way!
This is the URL to see the APP
http://www.raptisahlgren.se/APPS/Lumico

But i have different movie clip in every frames which need to
play the same sound file after the mc finish loading. I created all
the mc and simply pull them onto the stage from the library.

I have iphoto 9.2.1 and it will not load. After I click on the app it opens but the screen continousley tries to load. Please Help

    Option 1
Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Choose to Rebuild iPhoto Library Database from automatic backup.
    If that fails:
    Option 2
Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. This will create a new library based on data in the albumdata.xml file. Not everything will be brought over - no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your albums and keywords back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one. .

  • Using spry:state="loading" only after a certain interval

    Hi everyone ,
I need a feature for spry regions. I want my loading spry state to show only loading of data takes 0.5 seconds and more.
Is it possible with this version of spry?
Ps1 : you can find a live example of my need in google webmaster tools' content section, content by title page. There is an ajax listview with paging on page and loading div only apeears if loading of data takes more than a certain milliseconds.
    Ps2 : Spry rulezzzz

    I hope this helps.
    Ben
That will only tell Spry that it should should use different "state" as loading state. But it doesn't display a loading state after a certain interval. This functionality does not exist in the Spry library. But you could create a custom "loading" state that you automatically trigger using setTimeout if your haven't gotten a onPostUpdate through your region observer.
But i'm curious why you would wanna do create a have the loading state after a certain interval.

Firefox does not stop loading even after the site is loaded and continues as if it is still loading. I have clocked it to 15 minutes, why? edit
    Details

Sorry, I should distinguish between slow loading and manual reloading.
I understood your problem to be that Firefox never finished loading the page, i.e., some part of the page was loading too slowly.
By reloading, I meant Ctrl+r (or the reload button), to manually reload the page. You can disregard any cached files and reload all content fresh from the server by adding the Shift key, i.e., Ctrl+Shift+r (helpful when specific sites do not load correctly).
If the page is automatically reloading itself over and over, that sounds like a completely different problem.

  • IPhoto wont load even after trying to rebuild

My iPhoto '11 won't load even after I have tried rebuilding it by simply resoting and by trying to rebuild it from a back up. Does this mean that I need to manually rebuild it by pressing the option key before opening iPhoto? Will I lose data by doing this?

    Make a back up first.
    Option 1
Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Choose to Rebuild iPhoto Library Database from automatic backup.

Just what the subject line says, Premiere CS6 won't load up past the splash screen and "Loading ExporterQuickTimeHost" after I updated to QT 7.7.3 (Win7).  No other updates done, my CS6 is up to date.  I reverted back to 7.6 and problem went away.  Just an little word of warning to those who see the update pop up.
If you run into the problem, here's the link to download 7.6.  You will have to uninstall 7.7.3 then instal 7.6.

I ran into a similar issue on Premiere Elements 11:  On program launch, the system hung on "Quicktimehost.pm".  After some troubleshooting with no success, I:
    1) Uninstalled Quicktime version 7.7.5
    2) Installed Quickitme version 7.6
    3) rebooted my machine
    4) SUCCESS-> launched Premiere Elements 11 without issue

  • Firefox Not Loading Websites After Update

''locking this thread as duplicate, please continue at [https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1053378 /questions/1053378]''
Firefox has stopped working after latest update. I can open it up but then it wont load any websites. It just keeps loading. After if I close it and try to re-open it I get the following error message: "Firefox is already running, but not responding. The old firefox process must be closed to open a new window" and it never opens. If I try to end the process in task manager I can't as it doesn't do anything when I attempt to end the process. Then the only way I can get back on firefox is to restart my computer. This is happening on both my PC and my Laptop both running Norton Security Suite.
Please HELP! as I have tried everything and nothing fixes it. I have tried the following troubleshoot solutions with no luck:
    1) Reinstall Firefox
    2) Refresh Firefox
    3) Removing Firefox from the list of accepted programs in firewall and then adding it back (this was done through Norton as it is managing my Windows Firewall)
    4) Creating a new profile and using that one instead
    5) Starting Firefox in Safe Mode
    6) Updating firefox
    7) Updating Norton
Nothing seems to be Working and I'm starting to get frustrated. Any Help is appreciated. Thanks

It is possible that your security software (firewall, anti-virus) blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
Remove all rules for Firefox and the plugin-container from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full, unrestricted, access to install for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.
