Hi,
We have a new laptop, and have just installed Adobe Premier elements 10. It´s Windows 7 64-bit, and we have a AMD Radeon HD 7670M grafic card in it. and we get the above error as soon as we try to start it up by chosing to start a new project.
Please help us!

a little embarrassing for Adobe. AMD is one of the two top rated video card providers and they can't figure that out.
Not exactly sure how Adobe could fix things with AMD's video driver installing .DLL's into the wrong folder, or with perhaps a bad name. With many things, Adobe is completely at the mercy of the OS company, and then any company that is providing drivers for hardware. They try to work closely with, say MS, or AMD, but it is incumbent on the driver provider to do things correctly.
Some years ago, nVidia issued a new video driver, that killed many Adobe programs for a lot of their cards (the other biggie in the video chip business). Many of us jumped onto the problem, but for a bit, the only fix was to rollback to an earlier driver. nVidia issued another new driver but it did not fix things for Adobe. About that time, someone found the cause - nVidia had added some new modules for 3D goggles, and for some 3D effects in games, that were turned ON by default. The "fix" was to manually go in and disable those two modules. For people, who used 3D goggles, or did much 3D gaming, and Adobe programs, they did have to go into the control console and manually toggle those modules ON/OFF, as needed. In the next release, the default was OFF, and then Adobe programs would run perfectly, but the video editors, who also played 3D games still had to manually enable the modules, when gaming. Not a perfect fix, but made life much easier for Adobe users.
Many Photoshop users have had to turn off OpenGL for some cards, until new drivers could be released. In most cases, that has only taken a few months.
Also, recently AMD has had a few bad Catalyst drivers, and the rollback, or wait it out, has been the only recourse.
As extreme gaming is the main driver for video driver development, often other types of programs, like Premiere, or now Photoshop, are rather second-thoughts. We are all, including Adobe, at their mercy.

Hello i get this error message at random when am using oracle sql developer, sometimes it comes right after startup, and some times after 5 mins.

So it seems this issue is not specific to SQL Developer. The last discussion includes a video link in its last post saying that ".dll" is searched for rather than "atioglxx.dll" on 32-bit systems or "atio6axx.dll" on 64-bit system (in the C:\Windows\system32 folder), so a workaround is to copy one of those to ".dll".

LoadLibrary fails with error code 5 after cloning project files and cws to another directory.

I have a project that communicates to an instrument over a USB UART. The telemetry packets from the instrument are defined in DLL's which the main application loads using LoadLibrary with a relative path input. The plugin DLL's are two directories below the application executable All has been working fine for months untill I needed to clone the project (using Hg). The cloned project will no longer load the DLL's. The DLL's are not corrupted as I can hard code their paths in my original project to them and load them just fine. The cloned project finds the files (using GetFirstFile), so I know that the path string is corect, but is unable to load the DLL's using LoadLibrary. The returned error code is 5. Has anybody seen similar behavior when trying to copy or clone a project?

When moving or copying projects from one location to another I simply copy the entire folder+subfolders and never had problems: CVI warns that paths need to be fixed al corrects everything by itself. Nevertheless, error 5 should be "Access denied" so you could check properties and security of the cloned files in order to guarantee that your code can access them properly.
Alternatively, couldn't you place the DLLs in some of the standard search-paths? This will avoid problems in cases like yours.

Problems installing Windows 7 with boot camp, cant find the cd/dvd driver...

I´m having some problems installing Windows 7 on my new 12,1 (21,5) iMac with boot camp. When the computer restarts and the Windows 7 setup begins, i get the message that the cd/dvd driver cant be found, so i can't continue the installation. I've tried searching online for the driver, but can't find it. The cd/dvd seems to be a OPTIARC cd/dvd ad-5690h, which seems to be produced by Sony. I have a authentic windows 7. I even tried loading everything ver to a usb-drive, but then it wont boot.

After reading around on this, and other forums I tried to burn a new dvd at reduced speed(2x), but that did'nt work either... I have an authentic windows 7 iso, downloaded with serial, is there any way to boot this from a jump drive or external hdd?

LoadLibrary fails with error code 8

I'm trying to load an external DLL module using the LoadLibrary function and when I do this the LoadLibrary function returns 0x8 Error: Not enough storage is available to process this command.
Does anyone knows something regarding this error, looks like it is related to the windows heap, but after several changes in the windows registry all looks like the same.

I'm looking into this a bit from the TestStand side, but I'm having some trouble reproducing the issue with the code you attached. Specifically, it seems like I'm missing a few components. One of these is the GLManProtocol DLL; while I have the source project for it, I was unable to build it into a DLL. Would you be able to send your DLL so I can be sure that my version is the same as yours?
Another one I didn't have was the PreSteps.dll, which looks like a code module used in one of your custom step types. I'm hoping you have a folder of common shared DLLs that you could include--if so, it'd help us make sure we have everything we need to run the sequence.
Finally, as a troubleshooting step, I noticed that there were several steps in the sequence calling into other DLLs. It sounds like this issue is related only to the two DLLs you mentioned (the one TestStand calls, and the DLL that the first DLL calls). Could you try creating a test sequence that only contains these steps to see if the problem still occurs? If we can create a very simple file exhibiting the same behavior, it will help us reproduce the issue and narrow down what could be causing it.

ODBC fails with error 126

I am trying to connect to oracle 11g database via instant client 11.2 odbc driver on windows xp.
When I test the connection in the odbc data source administrator, I get the "connection successful" message.
When I try connect via Crystal Developer or via other software that utilize odbc, I get error 126. Teradata SQL assistant gave me an error 127.
I have reviewed prior articles/threads on this subject and have tried copying the drivers mentioned in the older posts.
I believe I have the path and tns_admin environment variables set properly.

Based on your description, it seems that you have checked the registry entries. On current situation, I suggest
that you should check again. Just to confirm.
Please open Registry Editor and navigate to the path: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ODBC\ODBCINST.INI
Since installation information for ODBC drivers is stored in this key. Please make sure that the required ODBC
driver file (psqlodbc30a.dll) is in the correct folder as described by the registry keys.

I am installing 4Node 10g RAC on OEL5.3, i downloaded CU from OTN and getting below warning messages.
