Log In Form

I need to set up an Email Login on my Dreamweaver Website. I found the information on how to Build a Log In Form on the support page, but when I open my Window menu to look for "Server Behaviors" I noticed it just says "Behaviors". In the instructions it says the next thing I need to do is hit the + symbol and choose "User Authentication" but this is not an option in my Behaviors menu. Does anyone know where on Dreamweaver Creative Cloud I can create a form that will be an Email LogIn for my employees?

The server behaviours in CC were removed by default because they create outdated coding. You can restore them via an extension:

Yes, I agree error log is not that helpful.
There are no errors or any log for that matter in IDM Console side, so I am guessing that error is occurring entirely in Java side.
I am trying to reset password for ABAP and IDM UI.
Backend is IDM UME.

Log in form flash/php

hello kirupa forum world.
I've been trying to figure out how to have a log in form in
flash-- All I really need is to have a username and pass, I need to
pass the varibles to a php page(info.php) and this php page then
does all the work, checks the database all that fun stuff and sends
the site to another page(lets say index2). Now I'm not really sure
what I'm doing on this.

Can I build a interactive log-in form with Edge and Export Raw code to edit?

Hey Everyone,
I love adobe edge, but I'm still getting used to it. It's very easy to use, but I ran into an issue. I am redesigning a webpage for a client and need to build a log-in page and re-design the site. The site is a Dashboard that will be on an ipad and computer. What I need to do is take my design and design a template for them to use. They require HTML4 and up with some coding (not a fan of coding, I am strictly a designer, and before you guys critize about why I took the job when I don't know coding, it's a side project they are having me do for them while the main design project is being evaluated and I'm on contract so I don't have a choice, still would like to learn how to achieve what I need) but I still want to maintain the animation I have planned for the log in, very simple nothing special. Basically what I want is when you log in and click in the "text" box the background image will go from the clear image to the blur image.
What I've done so far,
I built the log-in page as a test to see if it would work (didn't take long since I saved as a PSD and imporated the files). I've attached an imagw to show a visual of what I am trying to do. The animation works fgreat for what i need, but now I want the box I click in to be writtable inside and work with the animation. I can't seem to figure out how to make the box's I created typable to type in for a "Username" and "Password" in other word interative. I used the boxes provided in edge because they are HTML boxes, but I want them to become text boxes to enter the Username and Password (It doesn't have to be perfect just enough for me to type in to pass off to the programmers). I know you can make edge interative with muse and what not and I was hoping to achieve what I want for them so I can export it and pass it off to the programmers. Is there a way to add this in Edge? If not, I know you can export to Dreamweaver and when I import the file to Dreamweaver I just see a grey box with the file I created (.oma I think) from Edge but not the content unless I "Preview it" in a browser.
So is there a way to build what I want in edge without resorting to dreamweaver? If so and there is code to input can you guys provide step by step on how to put it in the program? And is there a way to export the project so I can pass the RAW code to the programmers to do there thing? Lastly, is there a way to incorporate Jquery mobile to Edge? For the Dashboard can I build the same thing in Edge? Example what will be in there are things like charts, Calendars, Dates, Etc, Etc. If I need to resort to building it in dreamweaver I can provide the code for you guys to alter to change for what I need. Like I said I'm not a big fan of coding and a little stranger to it. I just know the basics and the fact I haven't touched dreamweaver since CS4 makes it even harder to use. Some tools I like are gone such as AP divs. However i like the new elements you can inject into the program such as the Jquery stuff, but for the simplist things I want to do such as moving them left or right or centering them is a different story.

I have built a flex log in screen, but need to expand it a bit.
At the moment it takes the values from the form (username and password) and looks in a database if those values are their and returns either true or false, flex then looks at this value and either directs you to a new state or brings an error.
This is all fine, btu in my database i have added an extra field "level" so now i have "username" "password" "level"
basically depending on what level you are i want you to see a different state.

Jinit errors logged, but form runs ok

Hiya folks. 10g running on W2K using the forms runtime on my machine. I am getting the following logged in the jinitiator trace file, although the form loads and runs just fine. Webutil functionality work just fine. Note that OC4J starts ok, and I am running the form from outside of the IDE. webutil and jacob jar files are signed. Any ideas of where to look?

webutil.jar is listed toward the bottom, right above jacob.jar and they are in the same directory. Webutil functionality works just fine in the program so that tells me webutil is ok.
I think you mean the f90all_jinit.jar but like I said, it all runs ok.

We're running wls 6.1&oracle9i on win xp with a variation of the RDBMSRealms -
database and realm setup seems to be ok, as there is another web-app running on
the same server, also with form-based authentication, which works fine and validates
the user correctly.
I've seen lots of posts concerning this SocketException - alas I never found a
hint on what causes the problem. Anyone having any ideas!? Any help highly appreciated,

Try the logs, if you are on windows the services logs sometimes are the best

Business Catalyst Log in form via AJAX

Hi guys I am trying to avoid the standard form redirection of Business Catalyst to a more customisable style but I cant get it to respond properly.
Here is my code:

The form is already submitting via AJAX! "&JSON=1".
Eventually the error message responds as a success! so I cant really look at the AJAX response to code this precise.
Please any one there with some knowledge about it please share.

Only custom web forms in BC have an ajax / json response request, that will not work with the login form and some others in BC.
You will need to do your own ajax request but then you will not issues about the cross domain etc. You need to look at how the BC login works, your refresh and how to address that. (Its more complicated then you think)

As the directory you are accessing is not a DB Server Directory, You need to add it as an entry to the
init.ora File in the DB Server as
utl_file_dir=/u07/dev
You can Check it via DB using the Paramter File as
SELECT *
FROM V$PARAMETER
WHERE NAME LIKE '%utl%';The Unix Directory Path is Displayed in the v$paramter.
The Path of the init.ora File in Windows is : %ORACLE_HOME%\database on Windows
In Unix :init.ora is $ORACLE_HOME/dbs
And Login as root in Unix to give Permissions to /u07/dev
CHMOD 777 <DIR_PATH>
And, this can be used to READ Files from the Directory, But I am not sure of Writing Files to the Directory.

Can anyone knows how to open a pdf file in linux from java?? and also a conf file(when I try Runtime.getRuntime().exec("path") -gives me an error like -I don't have the right to open that file , how can I open that file as root??)

여기서는 R11.5.X version대에서의 log file만드는 방법에 대해서
설명하겠습니다.
1. ERP US(영문) Version일 경우

처음 ERP접속시 위와 같이 argument를 입력하시면, form_trc.txt file안에 다 기록됩니다.
그렇기 때문에, file size를 줄이기 위해 가급적 문제 재현까지 바로 이동해주시고, Server상에서 해당 Form trace file을 tail -f 로 확인하시다가 문제현상이 발생하는 시점까지 도달하셨으면, ERP화면에서는 더이상 작업을 하지 말아주시고, Server상의 form_trc.txt file을 확인할 수 있습니다.
실제 Parameter가 적용된 예제는 아래와 같습니다.
고객님의 환경에 맞게 Server Host name및 Port등을 변경하셔서 ERP접속시 정확히 입력해주시기 바랍니다.
예)

Yes, I follow the instruction, set profile at user level, and bounce Apache.
When I log in to application, I do see a message that the low level trace is enabled.
the directory is:
/u1/dev/inst/apps/apps/dev/logs/ora/10.1.2/forms

ERP system을 접속하실때, http://hostname:port/OA_HTML/US/prod_j.htm 으로 하실 것입니다.
prod_j.htm file은 Server상에 접속하신 후, $OA_HTML/US directory안에 있습니다.
2.
그 prod_j.htm file을 복사본을 먼저 만드시고, vi로 prod_j.htm file을 open후에 그 file의 내용중

인 곳이 한곳 나타날 것입니다.

FNDSCSGN 뒤의 parameter에 record=collect log=/tmp/oracle_frd.log 를 추가하시면 됩니다.
즉, 아래와 같이 하시면 됩니다.

추가후에 저장하시고, vi를 빠져나와 주시기 바랍니다.
4. 주의하실 점은 해당 parameter추가후에는 신규접속하는 모든 기록이 oracle_frd.log file에 기록되게 되어, 저희가 보고자 하는 Error내용이 없어질 수 있습니다.
가급적 사용하시는 분들이 전혀 없는 시점에 잠깐 수정을 하셨다가 Error를 재현해주시고, 다시 option을 빼주시면 됩니다. 이점 꼭 확인해주시기 바랍니다.
5. 또한, Error화면까지 최소한의 작업으로 이동해주시면, log file size가 많이 줄어서 분석하는데 시간이 절약됩니다.
6. log라는 parameter에 기록할 Directory는 temp 말고 Concurrent log file이 생성되는 directory로 해주시면 됩니다.
만약, 2 node 이상으로 Server를 운용하고 계시다면, APPS server쪽 기록가능한 Directory면 되겠습니다.
7. Error작업후, Concurrent log가 생성되는 위치로 가주시고, oracle_frd.log file 확인할 수 있습니다.
