Log on to SAP via HTTP ( WebSAPConsole)

Hii all,
I have created one application which is on R/3 side . I have assigned t-code of this application to sapconsole administrator in control panel. then i have create virtual directory name ( mysap , it could be any name ) . Now when i will browse this URL first page will be for sap log in id and password. since this application is being used in warehouse , so from the shopflor person we can not expect to type user id and password each and every time in RF scanner . so is there any way to make the user id and pass word default ? .
This is urgent . Please reply soon.
Thanks & Regards,
Kavan Shah

If you do not want to hardcode the ID/password on the URL, then your other option is to use SNC.  Setup SNC on the SAPlogon entry for this R/3 system on the SAPConsole server.  When you bring up the WebSAPConsole URL for this profile (you call it virtual directory name, SAPConsole guide calls it profile), it will go directly to the transaction and not display the logon page.  This has been tested successfully with WebSAPConsole deployed on SAP J2EE so if you plan to use this SNC method, use SAP J2EE and not IIS as the web server.

  • Logging into access manager via http arguments

    HI ,
I am looking to login into the access manager through some web applett, its like i want to pass my username and password in the form of arguments to the login url. I inted to do it for passing passwords between servers ( details are insignificant) . To explain more , i used to do this on oracle identtity server.
i Launched explorer with the arguments
    iexplore <oracle IM URI>?username=xxx&pass=yyy
as a result i used to log in to the server.
the reason was oracle IM URI is a java applett that accepts username and password as html parameters.
    My question is :
Is there any similar applett for access manager?
Any suggestions of what alternatives i can use ? i dont want to use the java API ,
    regards
    kimi

You can use so called zero-page login with AM auth-service.
However is only allowed with HTTP-POSTs and not HTTP-GETs.
This is for serucity reasons, if GETs could be used username and passwords would be logged by systems in their log files (proxies, deployment-container).

  • Routing of messages to different interfaces via HTTP using one single URL.

    Hi all,
I'm working on an inbound scenario. Messages are coming to SAP via HTTP adapter and i'm using a unique URL of every interface. But what is required is one single URL for all interfaces without any dropbox in PI, i.e. all messages will be pushed to one URL and i have to route them to their respective interfaces, there is no storage involved in PI box.

logically this is not a possibility.
    But in case you are looking at a generic interface then you will have to handle this using;
    1.  a generic Data type to accommodate all required structures
    2. use conditional routing in configuration to execute further transformations.
    I wouldnt recommend this though.

  • Authorization Check when logon into SAP via ITS

    Hello
We have implemented Authorization Check after user have logged on to SAP via ITS in this User Exit SUSR0001. It was working fine in 46C version, but after upgrade to ERP 2005, when user logs on into SAP via ITS, this user exits is ignored, while logging normally via SAP GUI; authorization check is performed as before?
Did anyone else have experienced the same problem?

From what I understand something on that line changed.  We are still hanging on to our external ITS 6.20 so I am afraid I can not go into details.

After installing successfully EP 6.0 in WAS 6.40 J2EE I&#8217;ve tried to log via HTTP following the url http://<hostname>:5<instance id>00/irj. That is ok and working, but when y try to log via HTTPS i cant... https://<hostname>:5<instance id>01/irj
I've downloaded and installed during the installation of EP the software for strong cryptography as the installation guide says but i don't know if there is something else to configure to get this work.

There's a few simple steps required.
    1. Create the server’s key pair to use for SSL.
    2. Assign the key pair to use for the specific SSL port.
    3. If you are using client certificates for user authentication, then configure their use on the SAP J2EE Engine.
    This is fully described in:
    http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/f1/2de3be0382df45a398d3f9fb86a36a/content.htm
Remember that ssl is a socket level protocol so you always have to assign certificates to specific ports.

    SAP Netweaver 2004s Application Java
    Hi All,
Since a couple of days, I have a problem concerning authentication to the java apllication on a SAP Netweaver 2004s.
Using the user ‘Administrator’, I CAN logon the Visual Administrator tool, with the same user I tried to logon via http://host:port/nwa without success.
At the beginning, I was thinking about a problem of password then I enabled the emergency user SAP*, the problem was the same. Ok with Visual Administrator but not via http.

    Hi,
I found the solution this last week-end.
This behavior let's thinking to a problem of authentication.
But the problem was in SQL, an index was missing in table J2EE_CONFIG, called J2EE_CONFIG_I3

  • Exception while synchronizing via http

I were using MI Client successfully for a while, then when I try to install a fresh installation I`m not able to sync and receive Mobile ID.
    Traces log:
E Exception while synchronizing via http
com.sap.ip.me.api.services.HttpConnectionException: Exception while synchronizing (java.io.IOException: Server returned HTTP response code: 500 for URL: http://erpg0028:8001/sap/bc/MJC/mi_host?sysid=M01&client=300&~language=PT&ACKNOWLEDGE=&)
When I execute the this URL I receive the following message:
MISYNC   c     ÿ   )User not authorized ("S_ME_SYNC" missing)
MISYNC role (pfcg) has S_ME_SYNC authorization object and Activity 38. But when I try to Test MJC service (sicf) default_host/sap/bc/MJC/mi_host fails. User MI_SERVICE seems to be ok and has S_ME_SYNC autho object either as it belongs to MISYNC role. mi_mds and mi_service connects successfully.
My server seems to be responding requests as I call below URL and it responses ok.
    http://erpg0028:50100/meSync/servlet/meSync?sysid=M01&login=MI_SERVICE&password=*****&client=300&language=PT&acknowledge=X&~test=true&
To sum up, I'm not able to sync and receive Mobile ID for new installations, just MI Client that had already received Mobile IDs can sync data and application. Any ideias?
    Regards,
    Rogério

    Hi Sivakumar,
    1. I've applied note no. 1001292, as I'm using SP10, do not need to apply note no. 984207. Unfortunatelly error while synchronizing continues. Also I have read forum you told but I`ve already done that.
    2. in sicf user MI_SERVICE is in upper case. Test Service mi_host is still failling. When I try to sync continues showing the message:
E Exception while synchronizing via http
com.sap.ip.me.api.services.HttpConnectionException: Exception while synchronizing (java.io.IOException: Server returned HTTP response code: 500 for URL: http://erpg0028:8001/sap/bc/MJC/mi_host?sysid=M01&client=300&~language=PT&ACKNOWLEDGE=&)
    Calling URL
    http://erpg0028:8001/sap/bc/MJC/mi_host?sysid=M01&client=300&~language=PT&ACKNOWLEDGE=&
shows message: MISYNC   c     ÿ   )User not authorized ("S_ME_SYNC" missing)
By the way, I deactivate the mi_host service and I received the message:
Forbidden 403; The request is for something forbidden. Authorization will not help
I suppose that mi_host service is the problem, but I cannot realize why test service it's not working like mi_mds and mi_service as I'm using the same user (MI_SERVICE).
    Best Regards,
    Rogério

  • How to log in to SAP MII by using a custom xApp?

    Hi there,
I'm developing a custom xApp with a context root of /mycustomapp
I use some security contraints for it so the user has to log in to view the xApp.
As I use some MII services the user has to be logged in to SAP MII, too. However, logging in to SAP NetWeaver doesn't automatically sign in the user to SAP MII, too.
    Is it possible at all?
Accessing /mycustomapp leads to a login mask, but the user should be logged in to SAP MII, too.

  • Try expose svn via http, but Location directive does not work.

    Hello everyone,
I used svn exposed via http in OSX 10.6 and 10.7 using collabnet.
Now I take OSX server 10.8 and installed svn inside XCode.
SVN is correctly installed, apache respond to default site.
I copied the modules dav_svn_module and authz_svn_module compiled on my machine with same svn version of XCode [version 1.6.18 (r1303927)] .
I created a file into /etc/apache2/other called svn.conf that contain follow code:
    LoadModule dav_svn_module libexec/apache2/mod_dav_svn.so
    LoadModule authz_svn_module libexec/apache2/mod_authz_svn.so
    <Location /repo>
      DAV svn
      SVNPath '/Volumes/VMware HD/svn/repository'
    </Location>
Checking if module are loaded with sudo apachectl -t -D DUMP_MODULES i obtain:
    Loaded Modules:
    dav_svn_module (shared)
    authz_svn_module (shared)
    Syntax OK
So file svn.conf is loaded and the module too.
When I try to check via browser with http://localhost/repo I obtain in /var/log/apache2/error_log the following error:
[Wed Feb 13 12:41:12 2013] [error] [client 192.168.1.114] File does not exist: /Library/Server/Web/Data/Sites/Default/repo
    Is Location directive failing?!
How can I expose the right repository location instead of default site?

    Oeren,
I stumbled across this little tidbit buried in the BI Publisher forum: Dynamic Images in rtf
Glad you are up and running!

  • Hello there, is there any way i can log onto Game Center via just my Username as i have forgotten the other details (I made the account when i was 11 - I'm now 14 and have a bad memory)

The Question says it all really.
Is there any way i can log onto Game Center via just my Username as i have forgotten the other details (I made the account when i was 11 - I'm now 14 and have a bad memory)?
I remember my Username on Gamcenter but due to the recent update of iOS7, it is only letting me Sign in through my APPLE ID - which i have forgotten over time. I wish to recover my account recently because I remember purchasing Gems on the game 'Clash of Clans' and I wish I could restart playing the game.
Many thanks for taking your time to read and answer this question.

    Venkat,
You can download them from http://service.sap.com/download
    For 4.6c follow
    Download
       Support Packages and Patches
         Entry by Application Group
    Select <b>Support Packages and Patches -> SAP Application Components -> SAP R/3 -> SAP R/3 4.6C -> Entry by Component</b>
    Mainly You need <b>SAP ABA 4.6C</b> and <b>SAP BASIS 4.6C</b> and <b>SAP APPL 4.6C</b>
The most latest one is Support Package 50. What you can do is after applying half of them you can try to logon from XI system for import of RFC/IDoc.

According to this bug, I have set the response header - "pragma" to public and "cache-control" to public. I've also unchecked the Do not save encrypted pages to disk setting in IE Options, Advanced tab.
Has anyone come across this problem or a similar problem. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

  • ACF(Altinn Connection Framework): Message Posting using SOAP via HTTPS

    Hello Experts,
Giving you the background , we have imported and configured interface content of ACF (Altinn Connection Framework) provided by SAP (service market place). which will basically integrate SAP HR system with Altinn (Norwegian TaX system). Sync Message will be always sent from HR system to PI and which will be sent to Altinn system via Receiver SOAP Adapter (as webservice call). The target URL of Altinn will be https://   eg https://www.altinn.no/AuthenticationExternal/SystemAuthentication.svc
its working as expected BUT * without importing any certificate of Altinn in PI STRUST or J2EE engine’s keystore.  And Also we have not enabled HTTPS in PI.
My Question is on Security of the message flow.
    * Since we are passing the message from PI (which is not HTTPS enabled) to Atinn System by calling Target HTTPS Webservice, whether this message is Secure ? if its secure how we can prove i ?
my doubt is as per the link help.sap link-HTTP and SSL it says "Both parties of an HTTP connection (that is, the HTTPS client and the HTTPS server) must be technically enabled."
but without enable the HTTPS in PI its working.
    * we tried enabling the HTTPS in PI as per help.sap link-HTTP and SSL , but no were in the Trace which shows the message was sent from HTTPS port of PI to the target URL . if you know where I can find the trace of it ?
    Regarding,
    Danab.

    Hi
    Did you figure this out?
I am about to deploy this for a customer and have just read through the guide and I am also questioning the security part as well as how easily this is to implement on single stack - I guess I have to do configuration by hand.
    Kind Regards,
    Pernille

  • Getting the No of Users logged in the SAP system

    Hi Experts ,
I have the requirement of finding the No of Users ( User Ids) logged into the SAP system.
Is there any database table or FM to retrieve this information.
    Regards,
    Abhishek Kokate

    Hi Abhishek,
Check out transparent table : USR41 (User master: Additional data) This may be the table you want to use.
    Or
You can use SUBMIT command with the above stated report (RSM04000_ALV) - export the output( ALV data) to memory and then retrieve to use it as you want (as an internal table).
    example :
DATA  BEGIN OF itab_list OCCURS 0.
            INCLUDE STRUCTURE abaplist.
    DATA  END OF itab_list
    SUBMIT RSM04000_ALV
      via selection-screen
        EXPORTING LIST TO MEMORY
          AND RETURN.
    * To read from the memory
    CALL FUNCTION 'LIST_FROM_MEMORY'
      TABLES
        listobject = itab_list
      EXCEPTIONS
        not_found  = 4
        OTHERS     = 8.
Hope this is help full to you  !!
    Salil.
