Lost checked selection

First post!
While checking some recently added songs I managed to loose all my checked selection. I took me days to go through thousands of songs and checked my favorites. I still have all my songs (unselected) in my iTunes and all my selected songs in my iPod. How do I recover my "checked" selection from my iPod?
Can I prevent loosing my selection if I sync my iPod with my iTunes?
Help

Hey Vinay,
How crucial it is to use the Data Migration Wizard ?
Is this why I am seeing odd behaviour.  The reports seems to work when I run it, but again I don't see how :-).  Could code be missing from the upgrade ?  ie. don't see supporting code in the Crystal Report developer.
How can 3 Cross Tabs use one sql query ?? and no each one is not a subreport.
I will just redo the report in 11.5.

  • CHECK SELECT-OPTIONS not allowed in ECC6.0

    HI,
Obsolete Statement 4.7 version and Ecc 6.0 Version,
    CHECK SELECT-OPTIONS not allowed
The construct SELECT-OPTIONS in the statement CHECK is not allowed in ABAP Objects.
Error message in ABAP Objects if the following syntax is used:
    CHECK SELECT-OPTIONS.
    Correct syntax:
    CHECK f IN seltab.
    Reason:
This form of the statement CHECK is intended only for use during the event GET during execution of type-1-programs with logical databases. The statement checks whether the content of the work area, which was filled by the logical database for the current GET event, meets the conditions in all the selection tables that are connected with the database table read. The name of the database table is taken statically from the next higher GET statement in the ABAP program. Thus the statement does not make sense outside of an GET event block. However, the previous event concept of the ABAP runtime environment, that is, the previous way of processing logical databases, is not supported by ABAP Objects.
I want the simple example program for Correct syntax .Can any one send me with example program and pinpoint information of the statement.

Hey i have the same issue with this FM
Did u find any solution to this..?
    plz help me ... urgent..!!

  • Alternative for "check select-options" for select query.

    hi all,
my report is using a "GET" syntax, followed by "check select-options".
My senior told me to replace the Get syntax with select query.
Now, my program also has dynamic selection screen.
the dynamic selection screen almost has all the fields of database table.
so, what is the way to replace this check select-options while applying select query?
can you tell me how dynamic selection screen fields are populated? are they stored in some internal table?
    thanks for help.

    HI
Here is some points about LDB.
Logical databases are special ABAP programs that retrieve data and make it available to application programs. The most common use of logical databases is still to read data from database tables by linking them to executable ABAP programs.
However, from Release 4.5A, it has also been possible to call logical databases using the function module LDB_PROCESS. This allows you to call several logical databases from any ABAP program, nested in any way. It is also possible to call a logical database more than once in a program, if it has been programmed to allow this. This is particularly useful for programs with type 1.
Logical databases contain Open SQL statements that read data from the database. You do not therefore need to use SQL in your own programs. The logical database reads the program, stores them in the program if necessary, and then passes them line by line to the application program or the function module LDB_PROCESS using an interface work area
For further on LDB's refer to this link.

  • Check selection

I have 25G of files on iTunes but only a 15G iPod. I use the check selection box next to individual tunes to indicate which ones I want to transfer to the iPod.
Do you know of anyway of searching against the check box criteria (in a smart playlist for example) so I can see which ones have or have not been transferred to the iPod?

    Jim,
Usually best to start a new thread for your question as it will get more attention.
Using the check-marks for this is a misuse of the feature. You'd do better using Smart Playlists to manage the files.
The iPod offers three ways to transfer music from your computer. You can select one of the following update modes from the iPod Preferences menu in iTunes (Edit=>Preferences=>'iPod' tab):
    1) Automatically update all songs and playlists. This is the default mode, in which your entire music library, including playlists, is automatically synced to your iPod. If the music library on your computer exceeds the iPod storage capacity, you are prompted to select a different update method.
    2) Automatically update selected playlists only. With this option, iTunes automatically copies the playlists you have selected to the iPod when you connect it to the computer.
    3) Manually manage songs and playlists. You can also choose to transfer music to the iPod manually. This allows you to drag and drop individual songs and playlists from iTunes to the iPod.
Manage the iPod either Manually or via Selected Playlists.

  • No "Check selected" option in Aperture???

I know that , for import into Aperture, one can either chose to "check all", "uncheck all", or check individual images, and then hit "import checked"
It is of course also possible, to select a number of images, and drag them into aperture, BUT, now there is an "import checked" option, Why can I not find a "check selected" option??
Say that I have a card with 500 images, and I only want to import 300, in order to use the "import checked" option, I would have either: to check all 300 images individually, or "check all", and thereafter uncheck the 200 I do not want to import, also  - individually!!
Is it just me who cannot find the command, or is there indeed no "Check selected" option in Aperture???

Glad you found what you needed.
The information is on this page in the User Manual, found by searching for "import checked"
Importing from Your Digital Camera or Card Reader
    (Link)
    The text on that page:
You can also Shift-click adjacent images and Command-click nonadjacent images, and then select the checkbox for one of the images. Selecting a single checkbox selects the checkboxes for all of the selected images.
The User Manual is good.  It should be the first resource you consult.

  • Vendor lost check.  Want to void them and re-issue new check.

    Here's ther problem:
I have 2 checks (#37931 and #38176) that were issued in fiscal year 2010 that have been lost by the recipient.  As a result, I need to void these checks and reissue payment.  The checks were issued out of company #####.  At the end of October, Accounting Clerk did a posting to clear the intercompany account.  This clearing document took her apparently over 4 hours to post, so it cannot be reversed.
However, this clearing document is preventing the checks from being able to be voided.  If we try to void the checks, we get the following message.:
Document #### 2000004550 is not purely a clearing document.
    Message no. FS 601
    Diagnosis
Payment Document ##### 2000004550 is company code ##### also contains the clearing docuement number 100000777 in addition to its own clearing document number.  As a result the documents cannot be reversed after resetting the cleared Items.
    System response
    The payment cannot be reset.
    Procedure
Check the data entered and correct your entry, if necessary.
If the payment for document ##### 2000004550 is really to be reset, the cleared items 100000777 have to be reset prior to this
Can someone think of a better way to handle this correction as you can see the clearing step took 4 hours to complete..

    hi,
as i understand it, you only want to void the checks and then reissue a new one without having to cancel the payment, right?
If yes, you can voice the checks via FCH9 and then reassign a new one via FCH5.

    Hi Shweta,
select-options are represented as internal tables in the system. If the user extends the select-option and enters a couple of values, they should be checked all. So the code should be a little bit enhanced.

  • HOW TO CHECK SELECTIONS IN iTUNES

How can I check the little boxes next to all the songs I have in iTunes AT THE SAME TIME? I could do this easily on the earlier version I had of iTunes, but I do not see any way to do it on the latest version, which I was foolish enough to "update" to. I would really appreciate knowing.

    eatshiteveryday wrote:
Thank you very much. It's "command-click," by the way. I wonder why something as ordinary and useful as knowing how to do this is so hard to find out by looKing at the menus on iTunes.
You are welcome!  Glad it helped.
CMD-click, thanks, I will add that to my limited store of Mac knowledge.
Yes, anything with the modifier keys is always slightly mysterious.  But you can do the same thing with Edit > Select All, and then click any empty box.  It is slightly less efficient, but possibly easier to remember.

  • Print Checks, select "Not Printed", and print again... without trace!?

    Hello all:
I have already sent this to Product Support, but they requested me to open a thread in this forum. So here's the issue:
In SAP Business One it is possible to print a cheque, in the confirmation window select "Not printed", and then print the cheque again with another number (on unnumbered check stock paper). This creates a hole in the cheque numbering series, that is not explainable to auditors, and creates the possibility of fraud (hey, print two checks instead of one, but have one outgoing payment only). Of course in one way or another it has to be possible to print a cheque again, but my problem is that SAP B1 creates no trace of it whatsoever. The ACHO (cheque history) table is completely empty, the CHO2 table also doesn't have the "Not printed" cheques, and in OCHO only the last cheque number is stored.
I also can't block the "Not printed" option, because the SBO_SP_TransactionNotification is not executed when you print cheques or confirm cheque numbers.
As a workaround for audit requirements I have thought of setting up a trigger to log all updates to OCHO so I could create reports from this, but creating Triggers is not allowed either, so I'm kind of stuck.
Am I the only consultant being confronted with this situation, or how are your clients dealing with this issue? I definitely need a solution for this...
    Thanks and best regards,
    Joerg.
PS: Using the following query I am identifying the skipped numbers:
    SELECT
         T0.AcctNum,
         'Missing from' = (SELECT MAX(CheckNum) FROM OCHO WHERE CheckNum < T0.CheckNum AND AcctNum = T0.AcctNum) + 1,
         'Missing to' = CASE WHEN (SELECT MAX(CheckNum) FROM OCHO WHERE CheckNum < T0.CheckNum AND AcctNum = T0.AcctNum) + 1 <> T0.CheckNum - 1 THEN T0.CheckNum - 1 ELSE 0 END,
         'Qty. missing' = T0.CheckNum - (SELECT MAX(CheckNum) FROM OCHO WHERE CheckNum < T0.CheckNum AND AcctNum = T0.AcctNum) - 1
    FROM
         OCHO T0
    WHERE
         (T0.CheckNum - (SELECT MAX(CheckNum) FROM OCHO WHERE CheckNum < T0.CheckNum AND AcctNum = T0.AcctNum) <> 1
         AND (SELECT MAX(CheckNum) FROM OCHO WHERE CheckNum < T0.CheckNum AND AcctNum = T0.AcctNum) <> 0
OR (SELECT MAX(CheckNum) FROM OCHO WHERE CheckNum < T0.CheckNum AND AcctNum = T0.AcctNum) IS NULL)
         AND T0.PmntDate > '20090901'
         AND T0.Canceled = 'N'
         AND T0.Printed = 'Y'
    ORDER BY
         T0.AcctNum,
         T0.CheckNum

    1) I tried Print Therapy and after I had repaired Permissions the problem was solved (some permission problems were found) until the next restart.
    2) Then I tried to stop and start again the cupsd process and again the problem was solved until the next restart of the computer.
    3) Then I replaced the cupsd.conf file with a new one but the app asked to restart the computer and after this the problem was back.
    4) Print Therapy does not find any problems neither in the properties of the root user nor in the current user or any other group.
    5) Also the verification of the temporary files find no problems.
In conclusion I think that the problem lies in the cupsd process because when stopped and restarted (we can forget that by Repairing Permissions actually we restart cupsd) I have no problem until the next restart of the computer.

  • Stored Procedure to check selection of name input box

    Hello all,
I have a query with which the user (using Reporting Services) will need to input the last name, and first name, or date of birth, or SSN.  Since the table contains a large amount of data and accessing data from three tables, the process is slow.
How can I speed up this process?  Is there some way to create a SP to test the different scenarios (i.e., last name and first name, or first name and birthdate, or last name and SSN, etc.)?  To check each scenario that a user may combine will require
    a large query.
In the report, the user will have the option of selecting an employee using (ex. 1 and 2, or 1 and 2 or 3 or 4;   1 or 3;  or 3; or 4) . If I can test this using a SP that would be much easier than having
to duplicate the query for each scenario.  See example below.
Thanks in advance for any assistance given!
    declare @lastname varchar (40)
    declare @firstname varchar (40)
    declare @SSN varchar (11)
    declare @birthdate varchar (25)
    set @lastname = 'lastname'
    set @firstname  ='firstname '
    set @SSN ='SSN '
    set @birthdate ='birthdate'
    (ssn
    LIKE '%'
    + @ssn+ '%'
    and @lastname=
    '' and @birthdate
    = '' and @
    = '')
    OR
    (@ssn
    = ''
    AND lastname LIKE
    '%' + @lastname
    + '%' AND @birthdate
    = ''
    AND @firstname = '')
    OR
    (@ssn=
    '' AND @lastname
    = '' AND birthdate
    = @birthdate AND @firstname
    = '')
    OR
    (@ssn
    = ''
    AND @lastname = ''
    AND @birthdate =
    '' AND firstname
    LIKE '%' + @firstname
    + '%')

Well 1st thing... The use of leading wild cards is making your queries non-sargable (can't use indexes) which is a major performance hit.
As far as only searching the applicable table. That's easy enough to control by using IF blocks.
IF @LastName IS NOT NULL AND @FirstName IS NOT NULL BEGIN .... END ELSE IF @LastName IS NOT NULL AND @SSN IS NOT NULL BEGIN .... END ELSE.... and so on.
