Mail to IDoc - How to switch to asynchonous communication?

Hi!
I've a problem with my scenario as follows:
The XI receives an email and an adapter module does all the needed work. The message is routed through XI to an IDoc communication channel.
Everything works fine, but when the message arrives the IDoc communication channel I get the error message that IDoc communication is only supported asynchronous.
I don't know what I have to configure to fix that problem. I assume I need a message interface, therefore I tried to get it running by using a message interface configured as asynchronous and extending the IDoc-Interface, I tried Inbound, Outbound and Abstrakt, but it doesn't solve my problem
I need a hint, what is wrong?
Daniel

Hi Bhavesh!
Thanks for the answer I don't use BPM in my project.
You mean that I doesn't need a message interface? I tried it in this way, but it doesn't worked. I describe my proceeding more detailed, so we can find the problem
In the Mail-Communication channel I choose as Standard Interface Namespace the corresonding value of the IDoc ("urn:sap-com:document:sap:idoc:messages"), also in the "Default Interface Name"-Field ("ISU_INTERVAL_USAGE_INFORMATION.ISU_VDEW_MSCONS").
Then I add an Interface Determination, where I select as Inbound-Interface the IDoc, the Mapping-Field is empty.
Next a Receiver agreement is added where I select the IDoc communication channel.
Now I add the receiver determination.
Everything looks fine, but if the message reaches the Idoc communication channel, the error message, that Idoc supports only asynchronous communication raises again.
Whats wrong in my proceeding?
Regards,
Daniel

How can I find my email in Apple Mail from before my company switched hosting providers?  People with Outlook in my company have all of their old and new emails.  My old emails have vanished from my Apple Mailbox on my macbook and other Apple devices.  I do not have my mail backed up in time machine recently nor did I export my emailbox recently.  Any ideas?

Try looking in your User folder.
Either hold down the option key while using the Finder “Go To Folder” command and select your user Library in your home folder or use the Finder “Go To Folder” command and enter ~/Library/Mail/V2
If you prefer to make your User library permanently visible, use the Terminal command found below.
    Show User Library
You might want to bookmark the command. I have to use it again after every update. I have also been informed that if you drag the user library to Finder it will remain visible.

  • How to switch focus in Mail.app?

    Hello!
I am trying to use Mail.app only with the keyboard.
However one last thing keeps me using the MagicTrackpad: I was not able to discover how to switch the focus from one folder of the folder list on the left side to the mails within this folder (in the middle panel - using the 3-panel-view).
Do you have an idea how to do this?
    Thank you!
    Kind regards,
    Vlad

    Hi, Jeffrey!
    Thanks for your reply!
In the linked article you can find:
"You can use the tab key to switch between the three areas of Mail.app’s interface — (1) the Mailbox Viewer, (2) The Message List Viewer, the (3) Preview Pane and the search field in the Toolbar:"
This is no longer true for me (not even in the classic design!), running Version 6.2 (1499) from Mail.app with 10.8.2: I can not switch between this areas using the tab key!
    Do you?
    Kind regards,
    Vlad

Yosemite mail v8.0 not showing how many messages are in a mailbox. For example inbox. Before upgrading it used to show how many messages you had in your inbox. anyone know how to switch "on" the number of messages? Or has this feature been removed?

Agreed! This feature was very useful. If you find out how to turn it on, please let me know.
Apple, there is plenty of room in the window header all the way across on both sides of the word "Inbox". It's important to know many messages are in the Inbox. It provides a progress meter when you're cleaning out mail and striving for inbox zero.

  • Scenario Mail to Idoc with many Attachment.

    Hello,
I have a **Mail to Idoc** Scenario. The Mail that I receive contains 3 attachment in XI.
Please let me know how to configure this sender mail adapter to capture all the attachment and send them to the BPM.
I have seen many examples, but any of them helps me.
             Regards,

    Hi Federico
    As stated in the blog
Try with or without mail package. Set your outbound interface name as default interface name and use Keep attachments.
Pi will be able to receive Payload with 3 attachments.
In PI attachments are dealt separately then payload. You can access payload in Xi mappings but not attachments.
Moreover your case is Mail to IDOC, where you want to handle attachments. This can be passed to R/3 as attachments only.
As per my knowledge IDOC's cannot handle attachments only BDOC can. How you are trying to achieve this?
    Thanks
    Gaurav

  • When I am on my home wifi I can send e-mail.  When I am not on my home e-mail but on a wifi network or using the 3g network I cannot send e-mail.  HELP HOW TO FIX.

When I am on my home wifi I can send e-mail.  When I am not on my home e-mail but on a wifi network or using the 3g network I cannot send e-mail.  HELP HOW TO FIX.

    I know this question is a few years old now, but I recently found myself having the exact same issues;
Using my iphone or ipad at home created no problems at all, but I couldn't send e mails when away from my home network.
I recently switched broadband supplier at home and set up a new e mail address, then my problems began!
I openly admit I'm not great with technology and, to be honest, some of the answers provided on these forums confuse me more than the questions!
    But this worked for me:
I went along the lines that the fault wasn't with my idevice but possibly with the broadband provider (in my case Plusnet) so I contacted their customer support.
    They referred me to the set up process shown below;
From your home screen press Settings.
From the setting menu, choose Mail, Contacts, Calendars followed by Add Account…
From the Add Account… menu choose Other.
Fill in your Full Name, Email Address, Password and Description and press Next.If you need help with these, there's more detail underneath the screenshot.
Full name: Enter your name (or the name you'd like people to see when you send them email)
Email Address: Enter the address you're setting up, this could be a Plusnet address ([email protected]) or a hosted domain address ([email protected])
Password: Enter the password for your email address (I don't know what this is)
Description: Enter a useful description of the email address you're setting up (e.g. Mum's email). You can put whatever you want here
    Press Next to continue.
More settings will appear. Some will already be filled in.Enter the Incoming and Outgoing Mail Server details and press Next. If you need help with these, there's more detail underneath the screenshot.
IMAP/POP This will default to IMAP - it's up to you which one you want to use (I don't know what to choose)
    Incoming Mail Server settings
Host Name: For IMAP this is imap.plus.net - for POP, this is mail.plus.net
User Name & Password: Enter the username and password for the email address you're setting up (I don't know what these are)
    Outgoing Mail Server settings
    Host Name: relay.plus.net
User Name & Password: These are optional, but if you want to send mail while on the move (e.g. while connected to mobile or wireless networks), we recommend filling these in.Enter the username and password for the email address you're setting up (I don't know what these are)
    When you're finished, press Next.
If the box shown below appears, press Yes (you may need to do this twice).
After a minute or two, your email address will be set up and ready to use.If you chose IMAP when setting up you’ll be able to choose whether you want to use Notes (if you chose POP you’ll be taken back to the settings screen from step 2). Press Save when you’re done.
That's all you need to do. To start checking your email, go back to your home screen and press Mail.
Now I fully understand that it may be different for each broadband provider but the processes must be similar.
The key appears to be in setting up the outgoing message server settings in step 5. Where it says "optional, but if you want to send mail while on the move (e.g. while connected to mobile or wireless networks), we recommend filling these in.
    http://www.plus.net/support/email/setup/ios-setup.shtml#pagetop
Where it says "we recommend" I think it should read "you must fill these in"
I went back to Settings - Mail,Contacts, Calenders - click on the offending account and click on the account shown.
Under OUTGOING MAIL SERVER click on the server, in my case relay.plus.net, and click again to show the details. make sure you enter your user name and password and after a few seconds the account will verify and show a load of ticks.
I tried this on my phone this morning while on 3G only. I sent an email to another of my addresses and immediately got the response that the message couldn't be sent as the recipient was rejected and the message had been placed in my Outbox. I followed the above steps and immediately heard the satisfying "whoosh" as my mail was sent. 10 seconds later another satisying beep as my e mail arrived at my alternate account.
Hope this helps anyone else with a similar problem.

  • How to switch to aol

    Hello,
I hope someone can help this 70yr old senior, as I am not too good at this computer age.
I recently moved and had to change my provider.
I have  Verizon/Yahoo, I do not care for Verizon, and have been using Yahoo as my homepage.
I recently found out that I could have free AOL through Verizon and use that as my homepage, I had AOL awhile back, and I liked it (some may disagree) I have a small business to supplement my social security, and I still have business cards with my AOL e-mail address, I want to switch then I wouldn't have to have the cards printed again.
However how do I make the switch from Verizon/Yahoo to Verizon/AOL, do I have to telephone Verizon which I am trying to avoid because of the length of time they keep you on hold after going through the menu., or can some kind person out there know how I could do it myself.
I will thank you in advance!! and have a Good Day!!

    Well, a couple of things.
    1. You dont have to do anything to keep your AOL email. AOL offers free email. So you dont even have to make any changes to your Verizon if you want to keep AOL.
    2. Your Homepage has nothing to do with your service. You can make it anything you want. Again, no changes to Verizon is needed.
    3. If you dont like the Verizon email. There is nothing that says you have to use it.    Use what ever Email system you want. Like you said, you like the AOL, so use AOL. Its free and you dont have to do anything with Verizon to make it work.

  • HT3228 My mail icon shows how many I have, but there isn't any list on the left side.  I will read your answers on another computer.   I can send OK.

My mail icon shows how many I have, but the screen is blank with no emails listed on the left side.  They used to be there.  I can send OK.
Any suggestions?  I will read replies on another computer until this is resolved.

First, try a system reset.  It cures many ills and it's quick, easy and harmless...
Hold down the on/off switch and the Home button simultaneously until the screen blacks out or you see the Apple logo.  Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it appears.  You will not lose any apps, data, music, movies, settings, etc.
If the Reset doesn't work, try a Restore.  Note that it's nowhere near as quick as a Reset.  Connect via cable to the computer that you use for sync.  From iTunes, select the iPad/iPod and then select the Summary tab.  Follow directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup.  You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad/iPod.  Again, say "yes."

  • How to switch accounts?!

This is a simple problem and there MUST be a simple solution!
I created a second e-mail acount but can't figure out how to switch to that account. It's pretty obvious on Outlook.
    Help, por favor!
    Paul
    MacBookPro   Mac OS X (10.4.7)

The Mail.app does not include an identity feature for switching identities but each email account is separate.
Open Inbox in the mailboxes drawer by selecting the black triangle beside it pointing it down to reveal the Inbox mailbox for each account.
Selecting an account named Inbox mailbox in the mailboxes drawer reveals messages received by that account only in the message list.
Selecting Inbox in the mailboxes drawer reveals a "blended" Inbox mailbox for all accounts.
The same applies to Drafts, Sent, Trash and Junk in the mailboxes drawer.
If the 2nd email account is for another regular user of this Mac, you need to and should create a user login account for the additional user without admin privileges. Each user login account has its own file storage location (Home folder/directory) to store their personal data including an email account with the Mail.app and each user's Home folder/directory and data stored within is protected and kept separate from each user as long as you disable automatic login. Each user can select their own Desktop picture and personal settings and enabling Fast User Switching makes the process of switching between login accounts a fast and easy process without affecting any programs currently running.

  • How to switch off automatic creation of the business partner?

    Hello!
Advise please why in erp after creation of the customer automatically form business partner? How to switch off automatic creation of the business partner? It very much disturbs, because business partner are created from crm. Because of automatic creation business partners are duplicated.

    Hi,
I have made the following customizing settings to activate customer integration with business partner, but the problem is when I create a BP with a role (FI-Customer) the customer is not created automatically.
    1. Set BP Role Category for Direction BP to Customer
Roles: FLCU00 - Business Partner FI Customer (FS: BP)
FLCU01 - Business Partner Customer (FS: BP)
    2. Defined the Number assignment for Direction BP to customer
    4. Customer account group and numbering is also defined.
    3. Created a BP with BP Role FLCU00, I can see the Customer - General Data tab, but no customer was automatically generated by the system.
Kindly let me know if any customizing I have missed.
    Regards
    Ameya
