Mapping Missing, scenario works

Hi
After importing a Namespace from QAS, my namespace in DEV is missing. I can't see any of the objects of that Namespace in ESR. The strange part is when I triggered the scenario, which is an Idoc to File, the scenario works though the ESR objects are missing. How is that possible?
Should I create all those objects again ? Totally confused as to do what

Basically, it assumes the interface for file as virtual. Since you already have configuration in ID, it works.
There is a blog by William Lee, without IR you can directly work with configuration by creating virtual interfaces by giving any dummy name. In your case this is what happening.

CF10,0,11,285437 global UNC Mapping does not work?

Maybe the way global UNC mappings are supposed to be added has changed?
When I under ColdFusion 9 add the following mapping via the adminstrator interface:
Logical Path = /SharedFiles
Directory Path = \\webroot\sites\_SharedFiles
The url http://somesite.com has it's path set to \\webroot\sites\somesite in IIS7.5
Browsing http://somesite.com/SharedFiles/some.cfm renders the cfm fine, since the CF9 mapping for SharedFiles works without any issue.

Browsing the url http://somesite.com/SharedFiles/some.cfm throws a 404 Not Found, since the mapping doesn't work with CF10, it points to \\webroot\sites\somesite\SharedFiles\some.cfm instead of what is specified in the mapping.
This is rather critical when hundreds of sites are setup to use such a global mapping, and we can't really switch to CF10 before this works again.

Found something which I miss for CF10.
In CF8 you can:
Adding a virtual web mappingA virtual web mapping lets you map a physical system path to a logical resource path that might be outside the ColdFusion MX web root. For example, you might want to map the physical directory c:\myapp\resources\images to the logical resource path /images. After setting up the mapping, users access the directory using a URL in the following form:
http://hostname/images/
One advantage to using virtual web mappings is that it hides the physical layout of your application directory structure from users.
To configure a virtual mapping:
1
In a text editor, open the file web_root\WEB-INF\jrun-web.xml.

Create a virtual mapping.
For example, the following entry maps the c:\myapp\resources\images directory on a Windows system to the virtual directory /images:
<virtual-mapping> <resource-path>/images/*</resource-path> <system-path>c:/myapp/resources/images</system-path> </virtual-mapping>

Question is just if this can be done with C10 and where.
EDIT: Found the solution, just had to add it as alias in server.xml's host context section

Currently we've decided to do repair work of our tools(mainly dies) inhouse.
we dont have a PM module.
generally for rework purpose we require 3-4 operations like milling,drilling.....
my question is that can we map this scenario from PP producton order point of view.
what is the basic settings/ requirements needed in doing this.....
plz correct me if i am going wrong some where.....

Hi,
A few thoughts from my side
1. Create a cost center to collect all rework costs (tcode - KS01)
2. Discuss with your Fi/Co personnel if they wish to have a different RA key & settlement for these rework orders, if yes then create a new order type in OPJH, OPL8 & assign the RA key, settlement profile & costing variants defined by your FI / Co personnel.
3. Use this order type in CO07 & specify the settlement as the cost center.
4. I presume this rework will be done in different work centers as compared to your normal ones, if yes define new work centers in CR01, define a cost center & allocate activity cost in KP26 for the activity.
5. In the operations tab, select the work centers for each rework operation.
6. If you have inventorised the tools / dies, then specify the same with + ve & -ve qty in the component list, this will ensure that the tool is first issued to the order & then after rework you can receive it back.
7. If you need other components to be issued to this order specify the same. (All component issue can be done via MB1A & the receiving of the main tool / die can also be done via MB1A).
6. Post operation confirmations via CO11n & this will ensure the rework operation costs are posted onto the order.
7. Once the rework is completed, proceed to calculate, wip, variance, settlement as per normal production order settlement.
Test the above in your sandbox & if it meets your requirement, proceed to use it in production system.

Bizarre Error: "Map Missing Styles" - CS3

When updating linked text, I got a "Map Missing Styles" error, which said it was missing a certain paragraph style. I've never seen this error before and a google search came back with zero results. The needed paragraph style is definitely there, but it's inside a folder in paragraph styles. And before you ask, yes, the paragraph style was in the folder when I styled the original text.
Anybody else ever have this issue? Can IDCS3 just not handle linked text when its paragraph style is inside a folder?

At what point in the operation do you map tags to styles?
I suspect what may be happening is that some of the paragraphs were initially tagged by quadruple-clicking or by mapping styles to tags. Either of these entails that paragraph returns are included within tags, so that closing tags occur at the start of new paragraphs. Then, when you delete a paragraph, you are left with remnants of that paragraph's old tags (with nothing inside) in the following paragraph. (Check the Story Editor to test this.) Now, if you map tags to styles at this point, a paragraph with residual tags like these can be given the style of a paragraph that has been deleted.
The way to avoid it is to make sure closing tags occur before the paragraph returns -- but of course if you are getting InDesign to "clone" for repeating XML elements, the resulting "cloning" behavior will be different. Consider the option to not include contents of whitespace-only elements to fix it. It will probably take a bit of trial-and-error to get it working exactly the way you want it to, but that's par for the course!

I'm sorry, but Apple does not provide a downgrade path for iOS. Because downgrading is unsupported by Apple we cannot discuss it on these forums, but you can use Google to find information on how to install an older version of iOS on any iDevice.

Try a reset by pressing the home and sleep buttons until you see the Apple logo, ignoring the slider. Takes about 5-15 secs of button holding and you won't lose any data or settings.

Input Parameter Mapping is not working in Sap HANA

Hi, We created on ANALYTICAL view(A) with Input Parameters, on top of Analytical view created one Calculation view(B) and mapped Calculation view input parameter with Analytical view input paramter and its working fine. Finally we created one more calculation view on top existing calculation view(B) and mapped with corresponding input parameters. Input parameter mapping is working fine in between A(analytical view) and --------> B (first Calc view) but input parameter mapping is not working properly in between B(first Calc View)-----------C(second Calc View). it is giving all data whatever is coming from Calc View B. Kindly help us to resolve this.

Maps is not working properly anymore

I am using iPad2 with iOS6 and since a few days Maps is not working properly anymore

I'm having the same problem. I have a 4th gen 32GB iPod Touch, and since upgrading to iOS6, iMessage has been nothing but buggy. It will work for an hour or so, and then randomly stop working as it won't send or receive messages. There's nothing wrong with my wifi, because that's the same as it was before. I really hope someone knows something to fox this problem. Some people use iMessage for good reasons - it needs to be a reliable messaging service like it was in iOS5.

Upgrade from 11.1.1.3 to 11.1.1.5 - integrated maps don't work

Hi,
I recently uppgraded OBIEE from 11.1.1.3 to 11.1.1.5 and everything went well.
My customer have dashboards with integrated maps. These work fine prior to the upgrade.
However, after the upgrade I noticed that I could no longer find the maps. In the Administration "Manage Maps Data" view I could no longer find the datasources that was previously added.
I then noticed that the whole folder structure (\bifoundation\jee\mapviewer.ear\web.war\WEB-INF\conf) where the file "mapViewerConfig.xml" is locaded was recreated during the upgrade!!! So the mapview config file did no longer contain the datasources to the databases with the maps.
Is this normal behavior, that it just overwrites everything that was previously configured?!
Even if I added the datasources that we previously had,we're able to display the integrated maps we have on the reports/dashboards.
Any ideas what we have to do to display that maps created in 11.1.1.3 without having to redo everything?

Mapping editor not working with Java 5 classes

I have a small protoype web service which I wrote using Tomcat/Axis/Spring/Hibernate and using EJB3 annotations for the mappings. I want to port the persistence layer to Toplink.
I installed Toplink 9.0.4.1 and added the toplink libraries to my project and implemented the DAO and the spring bean defs.
I opened the mapping editor and created a project. When I try to add classes to it for mapping I get an error that it can't find the classes (even though I selected them from the chooser). I figured it might be that they were compiled with Java 5, so I switched the JRE_HOME in setenv.cmd to my Java 5 JRE. Now I can import the classes and see the attributes but when I click on any of them in the Navigator panel, the editor panel remains blank. If I now try to save, I get:

JSF mapping missing. ExtensionsFilter not correctly configured.

I am new to JSF's and using JBoss 4.2.0 application server.
I trying to use <t:panelTabbedPane> and <t:panelTab> in my page like this:

Have you run it in a debugger? That will show you exactly what is happening and why.

Updated to IOS6, maps doesn't work

So I updates my software to ios6, was really looking forward to it as iv waited months like so may others and its terrible.
My maps doesn't work at all, the location is completely wrong and when I switch to hybrid or satellite view it just goes into black grids and doesn't come on, when I do get a picture in an area miles away from me it's black and white, I understand it only came out today and there will be glitches but the new maps is one of the main things in the update so I expected that to be up to scratch, also my keypad is forever freezing since iv updated.
In all honesty I'm actually really disappointed in the update and if I'd have know I'd have stuck with ios5, the colour scheme was a lot better in the old version to, just wondering if anyone else has came across the map problem?

im having the same trouble funny how they never mentioned this before we updated i wasnt expecting the 3d flyover view to work on iphone 4 because of the lack of appropiate processing power but i wasnt expecting to lose the hybrid or satellite view all im left with is the basic mapping view
cmon apple fix it or at least let us have google maps back as an option
