Mark all line in alv tree

HI
I'm using alv list tree  and the problem is that the user can
mark the all line (node or item ) just when he choose on the folder (icon ) and can
choose for the text and not all the line is marked (this is confusing for the user since
when he mark the text and press on right click noting happen just when he mark the all
line include the folder and press right click its open a popup )
what i want is on the tree is similar behavior for se 80 when user open the tree and choose a line
(node or item ) all the line is marked (for instance if choose class is se8o and you expend the
tree and choose method - mark the line all the line is marked include the icon the problem is
in my case that just the text is marked and not the all line )
how can i solve this issue?
i am using this following class and events its work but not mark the all line
cl_gui_list_tree=>eventid_node_context_menu_req
and
       on_node_context_menu_select

I think you can use parameter itemselection_ in the constructor to have this behavior.

    You need to add a button to the toolbar manually, when the button is pressed loop at all the nodes that have a checkbox and update the checkbox field.

  • How to print all lines in alv report?

    hi
    i am using the functions 'FP_JOB_OPEN'  and 'FP_JOB_CLOSE'  in order to print the form
    i want it to be printed without prompting me the 'PRINT' window and pushing the ok button .
    is there a way to do that ? i put reqimm = 'X' and nodialog = 'X' but it didnt fix it

    This statement NEW-PAGE PRINT ON with addition of NO DIALOG will not prompt you for Printer selection. It will directly create a spool.

  • How to handle the check box in the alv tree display

    Hello,
    in my ALV Tree Report i have a check box in the output.
    I have one check box in the selection screen as select all .
    if this is selected then all the check boxes in the output must be selected that is (X).
    am using CL_GUI_ALV_TREE  for this.
    Please give me some input how to make that check boxes 'X' in the above mentioned case.

  • How can I hide the marker button in an ALV GRID line?

    Hi all,
    I am switching an old program from ALV LIST to ALV GRID. In the old list, I put a checkbox on each line to abilify the user to mark some lines. However, there are some lines that I don't want the user to select. In the list, I set the field for the box name to "*" (asterisk) and in the list, the checkbox is not input enabled.
    Now in the grid, this does not function any more. all lines are markable. How can I deactivate the marker function for some lines?

  • Drop down list in alv tree

    Hi,
    I am developing an ALV TREE. I need help Its really urgent. In the output screen there will be 2 level nodes. in the item line 1 field should be input enabled using which the database table is to be modified.when user left clicks on this field a drop down list will appear from which he selects his choice.
    I looked into BCALV_TREE_SIMPLE_DEMO reports available in SAP.
    I would also like to know what is register_events, what is an handler.

    I do not think you can have editable fields other than checkboxes in ALV trees. In sample report ZUS_SDN_ALV_TREE_DEMO_1 I have set the fieldcatalog property LS_FCAT-EDIT = 'X' for all fields yet only LOEVM is editable because it is defined as checkbox, too.
    However, you may use the LINK_CLICK of the ALV tree (set LS_FCAT-HOTSPOT = 'X' in fieldcatalog) to trigger e.g. a seach help for input.

  • Node_Double_Click wont Trigger ALV TREE

    Hi Sdn Community,
    My class has a event that is triggered by (at least was supposed to be) Node_Double_Click. ( I even tried Item_Double_Click event, and mark 'X' in item_selection parameter when creating my instance of CL_GUI_ALV_TREE but that event wont trigger too.)
    I already have set the handler (SET HANDLER me->event_name for r_alvtree) just right off the creating of the object (CL_GUI_ALV_TREE).
    Then I Sot the Method to be Event Handler, giving the name of the class 'CL_GUI_ALV_TREE' and Node_Double_Click for the event (in detalied vision options).
    Obs: As U can notice, I'm using Class Builder...
    Still have I missed something?
    When tring to use another method, like Header_Click, it work's fine...

    But I have a problem
    1.  I can expand the child links in tree structure when I comment the exporting parameter CALLBACK_USER_COMMAND in the function Module  'RS_TREE_LIST_DISPLAY'.
    2 But when i uncomment the exporting parameter I am unable to expand the child links in output.
    Please let me know if i have missed something in the code.

  • Problem in ALV Tree

    Hello Friends,
    I am using ALV Tree to display a report.
    In this report for a particular input.2 nodes are cerated.
    On clicking on the 2nd node the details for the same are shown .
    However on clicking the 1st node , the system automatically logs off closing all the SAP sessions and even the SAP Logon pad.
    Suppose i am on executing the program on development server,even the sessions of test server are closed.
    Can anyone please help me in this.....
    its a bit urgent.

    I have a cl_salv_tree and want the tree structure to open a specific node when starting the report. My coding is something like that:

    What you are looking for is the similar functionality which could be achieved by the method EXPAND_NODE of the ALV Tree created using CL_GUI_ALV_TREE. In SALV Tree, you can use the method EXPAND of the class CL_SALV_NODE to show all the subnodes of that node, not by using the SELECTION.
    Once you add the Node using the method ADD_NODE, you should call the method EXPAND to expand that subtree.
                lr_nodes  = lr_tree->get_nodes( ).
                lr_node =  lr_nodes->ADD_NODE( ... )
                lr_node->EXPAND( COMPLETE_SUBTREE = 'X' ).

  • Coloring column in an ALV tree

    Hi all,
    What I want to do is set background color for columns in a tree-view ALV(class cl_gui_alv_tree). However no matter how I set the field EMPHASIZE in the fieldcatalog internal table, the display of the ALV tree keeps unchange. Anyone can help me on this?

  • Drag and Drop between two ALV Tree Controls

    Hello all,
    I have designed a spilt control of two ALV Trees using CL_GUI_ALV_TREE.
    I have a top node as the Sales order Number and the child node as the items belonging to that sales order number.
    Now i need to drag and drop the lines from one sales order to another.
    Also these drag drop can take place between the nodes of the two different trees.
    Can someone provide with a detail example as i need to complete the same urgently.
