Mark deletion flag through ip25
Dear expert ,
If I mark a deletion flag to an maintenance plan through ip02 ,the user who changes and when changes, get reflect in ip16. but same if I do through ip25 (mass deletion flag ) then above field remains blank.
My question is some one mark deletion flag to a maintanance plan through ip25 then how I can find the user and changed date who changes maintenance plan.
I also check for IMG setting for plan categories (PM Order )change document indicator. but no result.

This is just one of the problems with writing custom reports. They have to consider things like deletion flags, delivery completed flags, special stocks etc.
There is no simple answer other than to correct the custom reports and get them to check all relevant flags.
Better still, try to use std SAP reports wherever possible, avoid creating new reports just to reformat the data slightly or to produce reports that are "nice to have" rather than actually required (I am not saying this is what you have done)

we did a material deletion flag by T code mm06 in plant level and material level too now
i want to take all the materials which are marked for Deletion flag through T code mm06.

Please use table browser "SE16" transaction.
You can extract details from MARA table if you have deleted the material at client level, if it only Plant level then you should take the details from MARC table.
You can also create a Query using transaction SQVI to extract details from the table.

I marked deletion flag [DLFL] in my production order and rejected the corresponding sales order line item.
Now I am trying to REVOKE the DLFL on production order but I am unable to do that, so any one can help me to do that will be thankful.

Try this,
Goto CO02 fallow the menu path
Function >delition flag>inactive.
DLFL status will be removed.
OR
CO02->select the production order in the collective overview (Donot double click ) -> select the "Read collec order" option -> aceept the infromation message->Goto function -> deletion flag->revoke.
In this way u can revoke the deletion flag.

We need to close all Open POs(For archiving, some old data) through a report.
Considering .....
1. PO-GR-IR
and 2. STO-Outboundelivery-PGI-IBD-PGR
Checked few threads, though useful but still more information required.
-> Preprocessing program for archiving standard object MM_EKKO 'RM06EV47' is helpful.
-> Example we have four POs p1,p2,p3 and p4.
P1,p2 has deletion flag as 'L' so will be filtered out with

Set deletion flag on process order.
Hi Friends,
My requirement is i want to set deletion flag on process order.
For this system gives error as
1. System status CRCR is active (ORD 93000112)
2. System status ORRQ is active (ORD 93000112)
Here i have solve the problem number one through transaction code BS22 (i.e. under System status I0241 -CRCR , previously LKZS - Set deletion indicator & LVMS -Mark for deletion was maintain as Forbidd now i have made it under No influence )
after saving this customization system give only error two ( System status ORRQ is active (ORD 93000112)
Same way when i try to find ORRQ but here i havenu2019t found ORRQ.

The system sets this status when you release the order, provided that the Order record required indicator is set in the order type-dependent parameters (see Customizing for Process Order)....
This setting is there in SPRO....
Production Planning for Process Industries - Process Order-Master Data-Order-Define Order type Dependent parameters...
In this you set the option Order record Required....
Requirements are that the process orders are settled, associated PI sheets, inspection lots and any linked purchase orders are complete.
Following are prerequisites for closing a process order
1 The order must have the status Released (REL) or Technically completed (TECO)
2 The order balance must be 0
3 There can be no open purchase requisitions, purchase orders.
4 There can be no future change records from confirmation processes.
.Now Calculate Overheads using Tcode : KGI2 - Individual Processing
CO43 - Collective Processing
Step to be follow,
1.Calculate WIP using Tcode : KKAX - Individual Processing
KKAO - Collective Processing
2.Calculate Variance by using Tcode : KKS2 - Individual Processing
KKS1 - Collective Processing
3.Finally do the settlement of Order in Tcode : KO88 - Individual Processing
CO88 - Collective Processing

Material deletion flag at storage location level is not working
I have a material that is created in some plants and also in some storage locations within each plant. If I mark the deletion flag at plant level I am not able to create a PO -> Me051 error message appears. Whereas if I mark the deletion flag at storage location level nothing appens. I am able to create a PO and also to create to goods receipt. Is there any customization that I should do in order to get the error message?

it is assumed that you can change the storage location when you do the receipt.
MRP run is at plant level, so the requirement is valid even the storage location view is flagged for deletion. -
Follow up action to set delete flag after UD (QS41, QS51)
Hi all,
If user give UD as 'not good' for Equipment (eg Vernier Caliper) then he has to set delete flag for maintenance plan no and Equipment no through IP02 and IE02 respectively
now he want that, above delete flag should set automatically after giving UD so particular maintenance plan or equipment should not release in future.
I got one follow up action 'QM_PM' in transaction QS51 due to this after giving UD for Inspection lot, plan get technically complete (TECHO)
so how to make changes so i'll achieve above functionality

Steps:
1.The solution is to use the User Exit namely QEVA0010 and use the logic as mentioned below.
2. Test and use the above mentioned user exit.
3. The first condition should be checked for Inspection Type - 14 and for UD code NG.
4.Logic to be used To set the deletion flag for the Equipment.
Go to Table QAPP - Pass inspection lot Number and get the Equipment no.
Go to Table EQUI - Pass Equipment no and get OBJNR
Go to Table JEST - Pass the Objnr - The value for deletion flag status is active is I0076 and the value for deletion flag inactive is I0320.
In order to set the deletion Flag,use help of FM - STATUS_CHANGE_INTERN to code.
5.Logic to be used To set the deletion flag for the Maintenance Plan.
Go to Table QALS - Pass inspection lot no and get the order no.
Go to Table AFIH - Pass order no - Get maintenance Plan.
Go to Table MPLA - Pass the maintenance plan and get the Objnr no.

How to stop deletion flag / indicator from being set in a PM order
I want to put a check before a service order (PM Order) is set the deletion flag and the deletion indicator. How can I do it? Is there any user exit available for this? The purpose of this is to prevent it from getting archived before a given condition is met. Please advise.

- (AT SAVE type) IWO10009 "PM Order: Customer Check for 'Save' Event" (EXIT_SAPLCOIH_009) you can raise an error after some checks if caufvd_imp-loekz EQ 'X'.
You could also use implicit enhancement points in FM CO_ZR_ACTIVATE_DELETE_FLAG or K_ORDER_CHECK.

Logical delete flag in fixed assets extract
I have to create a flat file of Fixed Assets data. I am asked to put the 'Logical Delete Flag' in it. My data will be based on the t.code AR01(report RABEST_ALV01). It uses the logical database ADA. My question is where can i find the logical delete flag and what does this field exactly mean?
Plz reply soonI m closing this thread as I found the answer to it. An asset is never physically deleted in the system. But it can be marked for deletion(logical deletion).

Mass change on production order (assembly type) to put deletion flag status
Dear all,
I've make a mass change on production orders to settle the status DLFL through the Tcode CO78.
Some of the production orders are "assembly order" type. Those could not be up-dated with the DLFL because there are linked to customer order. The customers orders are closed.
What can I do to change the status for this kind of production orders. It is necessary for me to be able to put the DLFL status in order to improve the process of production closure done each month.Hi kiran

Go to ML85 and give your service entry sheet no in Entry sheet data and select "cancel release" check box and give the corresponding release code and execute and save. The release gets cancelled.
The other way is go to ML81N and give your Po and service entry sheet and click on the icon "cancel release" (reverse arrow mark) give the corresponding release code for cancellation and save. Now the service entry sheet will go to "No acceptance" mode. again go to the change mode and select the line item and delete it by clicking on delete icon.

Batch deletion flag - Purchase order
Dear all,
even if I set in batch master the deletion flag at a plant level (MCHA-LVORM) I can create a Purchase order. No message are displayed (warning or error).
Only when I post the good receipt, an error message occurs (M7 144).
How can I prevent to use a deleted batch in PO?

mark the deletion or restrict batch for flag in MSC2N, after that change the mesage type M7 144
in OPK9 also check your valuation area.
