Menubar submenu icon display right side..

Hi.,
I have using menubar with custom item renderer menus. sub menu icon was displayed right side corner. but i want to display left side icon and then labelfield., using iconfield and labelfield also.
Any one help this problem..

Flex 4.1 will have support for right-to-left languages. Is that what you
are trying to accomplish or are you just trying to get a different look? If
you just want a different look, subclass MenuItemRenderer and look at past
threads on how to apply it.

Open the file in Preview on your computer. Under the Tools menu you can select rotate to correct the orientation. Then save. You can do the same if you import to iPhoto.

ITunes Extras icon on right side

Sorry about the subject line. I didn't know how to describe this. A few months ago (or longer) I saw a message in iTunes allowing me to change my iTunes Extras from the old way where the files resided on my computer and, when I clicked on the movie I wanted to watch, the Extras would show up as a link on the left side of the screen, to now where there is a big blue box on the right side that says iTunes Extras. I didn't want to lose my files locally, so I said no. Now, I want to change to the new way, but I don't know how to do it. I hope this makes sense.

nevermind, found a quick solution. Thanks though, I've been trying to find an answer for this for a while...just happened to go about it the wrong way...
when it's centered, the end of the text can be found using:
(unscaledWidth/2) + (label.textWidth/2)
First one gets you to the middle, second one adds half the text

Menubar corruption on the right side only

Is there a preference that I can throw away to fix a corrupted menubar?
"Date & Time" will not display.
"Display"s comes up with a bunch of nonsense.
User logged in will not display.
Classic comes up with a bunch of nonsense.
The Spotlight icon does nothing.
All the left side menus are fine: file edit view go window help
Nothing has been done to fonts that we haven't been doing for 3 years. Nothing added or deleted.
ALSO shiftcommand4 does not work to take a screen shot. Keyboard shortcuts are unchanged.
Ran disk utility and repaired permissions but no help. These things have all occured on same day.

Scripting right side of menubar?

I'm wondering if this is possible. Can Applescript be used to add a new item to the right side of the menubar that when selected drops down a menu to start (launch/activate) or stop (quit) a particular application? I know I could write scripts to do that and put them in the Applescripts folder, but I want them to show up as a separate item with just those two scripts to pick from -- ideally with a custom icon. Why? Because the particular application manages a 3rd-party wifi card and I'd like it to behave more like (in fact, replace) the Airport menu than as a stand-alone app. (And, while we're at it, would there be a way so that when it's running it doesn't show up in the Dock?) The app was written as a stand-alone app, but all it does as far as a user interface is concerned is display a window that has a couple of tabs and places to make entries and selections -- no menu items of interest. (yes, this is related to another recent question of mine, but almost independent -- the wake/sleep behavior is a separate issue.)

The application with its window, controls is easy enough to do in AppleScript, even though it violates Apple's Human Interface guidelines.
The problem is that, as a window, the user would be able to close the window, yet there is no other (stated) way of re-activating the application should you want/need to change it in some way (e.g. click another button).
Your menu contains options to 'start' and 'stop' the application, neither of which are conducive to opening the control window. Maybe 'start' could be renamed 'open' to make it a little more intuitive, but there are still other issues with this approach.
You might want to start by reading Apple's Human Interface Guidelines on the menu bar, especially the second on 'Menu Extras' which states:
If there is not enough room in the menu bar to display all menus, menu bar extras are removed automatically by Mac OS X to make room for application menus, which take precedence. Because of this, and because users can choose to hide menu bar extras, you should not rely on their presence.
Therefore your approach of making this the sole interface to your application needs a rethink.
Once you solve the UI issues, though, you still cannot write a menu extra in AppleScript. You'll need to write any menu extra in another language, even if your main application is AppleScript-based.

How to bring commandMenuItem to the right side of the MenuBar (Menu2)

I need to display the command menu item in menu bar to right side.
Currently
CommanMenuItem in Menu Tab by default is on the right side
and CommanMenuItem in Menu Bar by default is on the left side.
I need CommanMenuItem in Menu Bar to be on the right side or
CommanMenuItem in Menu Tab to be on the left side.

A clean install on my MacBook Pro has left my icons stuck on the right side of the desktop. I want to move them but there is no 'None' option which I think would free them to move where I wish. Suggestions?

A clean install on my MacBook Pro has left me with my icons stuck in the grid on the right side of my desktop. I had the ability to move them and have them stay put in various sectors of the desktop, which I found very useful. The clean install upgraded the OS to 10.6.8 from 10.5.8. I want to move them again but there I see no 'None' option which I think would free them to move where I wish. Has the upgrade deleted that option? Suggestions? I am new to this community and if not new to Mac, I often feel that way. This is one of those times.

I have the same problem on the latest iTunes software and Windows 7. My window is maximzed and I do not see any tab for photos. Seems related to a recent update (IOS7?) as this was there - at least before the very big change to the interface.

I have a white vertical line down the right side of my internal brand new macbook pro 13" display. I've done the following:
-Shutdown the computer, and restarted in Safe Mode by pressing the Shift key after the restart tone
-Shutdown the computer, and restarted by pressing Command, Option, P & R after the restart tone
-Checked display resolution, Best for Retina
-Hooked it up to a Dell external monitor and via projection to screen. There are no lines on the external or secondary screens
-Just curious, I ran a color utility which can not repair 4 items, maybe this is another issue.
This is a brand new Macbook Pro, just out of the box. It was fine for two days without any issues, fine last night while in use, opened it up this morning with the line.
Anyone now how I can fix this on my own?

If you are within the first 14 days from the date of purchase, return the MBP for a refund or an exchange. If you are after the first 14 days of the date of purchase, have the MBP repaired under the warranty provisions.

How to populate right side of Shuttle with display/return values?

I know, that the proper way to populate the right side of shuttle is that:

However, I need a profile_id as a return value, like I have it on the left side of the shuttle.
The left side of the shuttle is populated with a select list with display/return values, as you know.
I need both sides of the shuttle to return profile_id in order to create a merge.
How is it possible to populate the right side of the Shuttle with display/return values?

All you have to do is to use the subset of shuttle query to assign value to the right side shuttle.

using the code

How do you make groups after making the first one. I did that but after reentering couldnt make any other groups. Only had i group of 1 with icons down the right side.

I want to make groups/ i made 1 group of 1/I went back & I had that group but couldnt make more/ I saw was page that hadnt been pinned yet as group/all other tab were shown on the right sid/I tried to pin the page that was shown in the tab group/then the one group(of 1) no longer showed up/Now I have a blank box with all the icons on the far right side.

I'm not going to be of much use regarding answers but I sure am going to watching this post like a hawk for any replies. My package is a slightly diluted version of this and I do find the BBtalk and data limits hard to make the most of as well.
If nothing else this totally highlights how complicated BT have managed to make their packages.
A cynic would assume that they are trying to catch us out at every step and for us to either be overspending or not really getting the moneys worth.

Display resolution is different left and right sides

Hi, my HP G42 laptop now has a different display resolution on the left and right sides. The left half seems to have less resolution than the right side, the right side looks like it's in HD, the left side looks washed out. I'm not sure if it is a hardware issue or a setting/software issue. The first time it appeared was after a windows 7 update was completed and installed, I'm not sure if that was just a coincidence. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. It works but is very annoying to look at.

Welcome to the HP Forums! I see that you are having a problem with two different resolutions on each half of your screen. The easiest way to determine where the problem lies is to connect it to an external monitor. If the image is normal then we know it is an issue with the display screen but if the issue occurs on the external monitor then we know it is a problem with the drivers or the video card itself.
What is the product number for your g42? There are a number of different models in that series.

The bottom part of display whiter than the rest, white on right side more brownish

So I got a new replacement of my Thunderbolt Display, this time the one I got is straight (previously left side was lower than the right side), however I can see in new one that the bottom part of the display seems to be more white (you can see a slight horizontal line at the bottom) and also on the right side of the display white colour seems to be more brownish.
I have been wondering if that is acceptable for Thunderbolt monitor? Is that a backlit bleed on white? Can you see anything on the photo I have made or am I going slightly mad?:) Please help.

The display uses LED technology which means there will be some bleeding or clouding of light on dark backgrounds (mostly from the edges). You should not have any brown color on the right side as your image shows unless perhaps you need to make some adjustments on your graphics card. I use mine with a 2012 Mini and it has good colors.

When I press the down arrow on the right side of my location bar and history is displayed, how can I get it to display history from most recently accessed site on down?

When I click the down arrow on the right side of the location bar (without having typed a full or partial URL in, I am just clicking the down arrow) a history dropdown is displayed which shows 12 website URLs that I have visited, but there does not appear to be any rhyme or reason as to what is being displayed. How can I cause this dropdown to display sites visited from the most recently accessed on down? And how can I cause more than 12 URLs to be listed in this dropdown? Why I can't I scroll down through my entire history in chronological order from most recently accessed site?
