Missing menu item attachment list in GOS regarding purchase order

Hello All,
I customized the archiving for different kinds of documents.
There is all quite good for example with sales orders or invoices. I can call the transaction codes to view a speacial document - in those cases VA03 / VF03 - , click on the special GOS-icon and select from the drop-down menu the attachment list. The attachment list opens as a popup and there I see all created PDF documents.
Only with purchase orders it won't work. Calling the ME23N and clicking on the GOS-icon the menu item attachment list is not active (light grey). With administration transaction OAAD I can see that there are archived PDF documents. So, the archiving works but still not the viewing of archived purchase orders.
How can I activate the attachment list in this case? Maybe I forgot to do something?
Thank you very much for your help!

Hi,
Check if note 1506581 is present in your system,if not please implement the same.
Also check if in /SPRO -> IMG Customizing -> "Integration with
our mysap.com components" -> Supplier Relationship Management ->
Message Control -> "Activate Document Transfer"
the customizing is correctly set for BUS2012 (Purchase Order).
If not, please maintain this entry correctly and re-test the
scenario.
Regards,
Ashwini.

  • Missing menu items, iMac OS9 anyone?

I have an old 333MHz iMac, I just installed OS9.2.1 on it but there are some strange problems:
1# There are some missing menu items, like 'Restart', 'Select all' and 'Get info', the keyboard shorcuts don't work for these either.
2# There is a modem in the computer but this does not show up under the 'Apple System Profiler'.
I have reset the PRAM and the System seemed to install OK. All extensions are on.
    Anyone any ideas?
    G4 DP 1.25   Mac OS X (10.4.2)

    Hi, Mike -
    You're quite welcome.
When you open the Modem control panel and attempt to connect to the modem, do you get any message indicating the port is already in use? If so, it is probably AppleTalk interfereing - it can do that even if AppleTalk has been turned off. To fix that, in the AppleTalk control panel reset AppleTalk to use a different port - if you need it for the printer, select that; otherwise, select an unused port such as Remote or Ethernet.
It may also help to trash the file ASLM Preferences and restart.

  • CK-200 Audio qualiy, missing menu items and softwa...

Hi all.  First post and all that jazz.
Wonder if anyone can assist with several issues I'm having with a CK-200.  to list them:
Audio quality.  This is perhaps the worst problem.  I can hear the person I'm talking to quite clearly, (ISO version on decent car speakers) but the background noise reported by the other person is really really bad.  Whilst my car isn't the quietest in the world (LandRover Discovery) it's certainly not loud, but everyone has commented that they can barely hear me when I'm at motorway speeds.  Does the external microphone help remove background noise much?  I certainly hope so, as at the moment I have to be at 40mph or below to be heard properly.  I've tried calling someone else driving my car, and sure enough it sounds like the microphone is in the engine bay, and the person I'm talking to is in the boot!
Second:  When I first got the kit, it appeared to understand that one of my phones (E90) was not compatible with downloading the address book, and so it didn't try, but if I made a few calls the kit remembered the numbers called.  After "updating" the software a few months ago, it now constantly tries to download the address book, fails, and if I try to do a "last number redial" it tells me that it can't download the address book.
Lastly... (and has been mentioned in another thread) There appears to be a number of menu items missing, most noticeably the option to read a received text message.  The icon appears to tell me I have a new text, but there's absolutely nothing I can do about it!
Shame, as it's a nice car kit, and the two-phone-connectivity is excellent, but I really must address these issues!
Any and all assistance gratefully received!
    David.
PS. as a sidenote, where can I actually buy a CA-134 for this kit from?  I know it's the cable I need, but I can't actually find one for sale anywhere!

Glad you got it improved, I guess perhaps a 'mechanical' sound transmission problem. Not sure about inside the CK-200 unit - but inside Nokia external mic's the mike element is usually mounted in a block of foam rubber to absorb vibrations carrying through. I am certainly getting a little higher volume level on my 'answerphone' trails with an external
Little confused by the download issues. The CK-200 can download your contacts as one aspect but also your call history (calls made/missed/received etc) as another.
The contacts (address book)  download certainly seems to stop dead when you set auto to off on all version and handsets I have tried. On recent software versions Nokia introduced the automatic download of call history, as far as I know this cannot be disabled - I would quite like to be able to as I don't really need it and it delays the initial connection before you can make a call. But anyway it sounds like its this thats giving you trouble. It may be down to some setting in your phone you can make to deny it permission to cooperate with the CK-200. Anyway see how it goes with V.3 first of course. (can't be long now )

  • Calling :  FB03 - Customer Line Item - Attachment List Pop UP

I want to call the attachment pop-up in my Z Report interactive report .
I am showing document numbers in alv output list.
now upon clicking the document i want to show directly the pop-up of 'attachment list' window .... how to do this...
Normally we can see the same like this :
    1.  Run FBL5N
    2.  select one document number ( double click )
    3.  "Click Services for object " -> Attachment List
    Regards,
    Ramesh

    Hi,
You can have an interactive report, to goto the document directly when you are clicking on the document number. However if you automatically want to go to the Services for the object, I have no idea. I dont even think it is possible. However if you can discuss with a BASIS guy, he may be able to help you on this.
I checked this. The services are enabled only when you get into the transaction code for any SD object say order or delivery. Until then, the services for object is not even seen. So I think there is a relationship between services and the transaction code.

  • Missing menu items in CS4 - PDF Presentation

I downloaded the 30 day trial of CS4 and I can't make a PDF presentation (which I do daily in CS2). There should be a menu item in Photoshop under automate and from Bridge, under tools, Photoshop, PDF presentation. I read through the documentation for CS4 and they should be there... why aren't they? I need this tool any ideas why it's missing in CS4 for me?

In another thread, this relevant exchange between myself, Anne and Rene occurred on this very subject. Had I known, I would have posted here instead. Ms. Guo, if you are indeed listening, consider putting this one back...because, specifically with open Photoshop files, it can't be pulled off in Bridge. Jbeezer points out another major problem:
"There is no control over compression and it yields a much larger PDF as in over 5x for my previous example."
    Here is the earlier exchange:
    Anne said:
"And it isn't called "Automate->PDF Presentation" in CS4 either.
It has been replaced by a multi-page PDF that you create from Bridge CS4's Output Panel and then edit in Acrobat Pro if you need to finesse transitions etc.."
    I said:
I did find that in my hunt. It doesn't work anywhere near as quickly or as well as it did in PS CS3. Not even close. It can't deal with open PS documents (at least I couldn't find a way) and it can't be set to completely remove the "jpg'ing". I tried for a few hours to get it to output a decent PDF within Bridge and just gave up. Moving over to Acrobat Pro to "fix" pretty much negates the whole Bridge step. It's actually faster to completely skip Bridge and just make a PDF directly in Acrobat Pro.
There was no reason to remove this function at all. It wasn't broken and it didn't need fixing. Yet another reason to keep PS CS3 resident...particularly because the PS CS3 parameters actually does this trick (PDF from open PS images) faster and with better quality than Acrobat Pro does with saved/converted PDF files ...in one easy step. When you get right down to it, the function Automate>PDF Presentation wasn't moved over to Bridge. It was removed.
    Rene said:
"For more info, see "Where did Extract & others features go?"
    http://blogs.adobe.com/jnack/2008/10/where_did_extra.html"
    I said:
That's funny. There is no other information on Automate>PDF presentation in Nack's blog:
    * Picture Package, Contact Sheet, Web Photo Gallery, and PDF Presentation have been replaced by the new Output module in Bridge CS4. Of these the first three are in the optional download package, while PDF Presentation no longer works in CS4.
    * In CS4 we made some hard calls and retired a number of features. Some of these can be added back into CS4 (see Mac & Windows downloads) while others are gone for good."
    "Gone for good" applies here.

  • Missing Menu Items in Lens Correction Menu

I shoot with a Canon 5Dmk3 and a standard EF 24-70 S f/2.8 lens. ACR finds the body and lens fine. When I go to Filter-> Lens Correction or Adaptive Wide Angle, I previously could select the Mk2 body and pick my lens. After a recent update, in CS6 on the mac or CC in windows, I can no longer pick a body. The only choice under camera model is 'Canon' and then there are only two Tamron lenses listed. I have tried the 'Search Online' button without success.I downloaded the 'Adobe Lens Profile Downloader' and downloaded the profiles for the mk2 with my lenses successfully. After doing so, no additional menu items have appeared in Photoshop.
Is anyone else having this experience lately?

Make sure your project includes the ADF Data Visualization tags under project properties->JSP Tag Libraries.

  • Swiss iTunes Store on Apple TV (3) missing menu item

Having Apple TV (3) updated Sotware resetted and rebooted and still cant see the menue item movies. Seeing Potcast and all the usual menue items, exept potcast will not work (without any failure message, the screen remains black), all other working properly. When I change to a differnt store (US as an example) movies is available  and working as well as podcasts are available and working.
Does somone has an idea how to overcom this issue?
    Thansk and best wishes
    Thomas

There are reports of TV Shows and/or Movies missing from users screens, initially it looked like this might be an issue in the UK only, but it may well be more widespread. It appears to be an issue that can't be fixed by the user, you will need to wait until this is resolved by Apple.
If you have other icons missing you may have an entirely different issue.

  • Outlook integration - missing menu items in "Business Partners" module

    Hello!
We have a problem with the Outlook Integration addon for SAP 2007.
When we add a new user, the addon installs correctly, but there's no "Outlook messages import" and "Import settings" items in "Business Partners" module. Another items and settings (e.g. in the Administration module) are okay.
On the existing accounts everything's alright, all the Outlook Integration menu items are available in the Business Partners module. But if we do anything with the interface, for example, change the language, those items disappear too.
Already tried to reactivate the addon, but it doesn't help.
Can somebody tell me what could be wrong?

    Hi!
We're using SP01 PL07 HF1. But Outlook Integration is an addon, isn't it? Or you're saying that it may be an SAPB1 bug, not the addon's?
    Anyway, thanks for your reply.
We'll try upgrading the version, but if anybody else had this exact problem and has the solution - that'd be great.

  • Missing Menu Item: Settings- General- Date & Time- Automatically Set Time Z

I'm running F/W 1.1.4 on my iPhone (German TMobile contract). The Date&Time settings menu is lacking the menu item for the automatic adjustment of the Timezone. The Apple Genius Bar recommended to reset the phone, which I did with no success. Same my second iPhone with TMobile contract. All other iPhones with identical F/W build numbers which I looked at at the (US) Apple stores showed that menu item.
Does anybody see the same problem? Any idea to resolve this?
    Many thanks, Hans-Uwe

    Page 151 iPhone5 user guide....does this help?
Set whether iPhone updates the date and time automatically
Go to Settings > General > Date & Time, then turn Set Automatically on or off.
If iPhone is set to update the time automatically, it gets the correct time over the cellular network and updates it for the time zone you’re in.
Some carriers don’t support network time in all areas. If you’re traveling, iPhone may not be able to automatically set the local time.
Set the date and time manually
Go to Settings > General > Date & Time, then turn Set Automatically off. Tap Time Zone to set your time zone. Tap the Date & Time button, then tap Set Date & Time and enter the date and time.

  • Missing menu items - windows mobile second edition

I have an established personal java application that runs on pocket PC with windows mobile 2003 (first edition).
WIndows 2003 (second edition) appears to have broken it in that I can see the beginnings of a menu bar but it does not appear to have any of my usual menu items within it.
I'm using the jeode JVM 1.11
Has anyone else experienced this and found a solution?

    Hi,
I haven't got anywhere with this.
I've tried changing the order of declaration and used different fonts etc.
I think what it comes down to is that the AWT "peer" of Menu or MenuBar just doesn't work on the new windows platform.
If I can get hold of a much newer version of jeode than I'm sure it would just work.
In the meantime I have tried NSICom Creme and IBM WEME (J9) and am having some success with those but things work differently so I'm looking at a complete re-test.
    I've not tried JBed yet.
esmertec have not replied to my emails so I'm going to ring them soon.
Rather hoping the 500 licenses my company bought of jeode might entitle us to a cheap update.

  • How to see the items attached to a bom in sales order

    hi,
i have created a sales order with a BOM.   i mainitained the few materials in CS01.    but i dont see the items attached to that bom ... how can i see them in the sales order? ( order type OR and item category - tac)
    rewards for sure
    thanks
    mmn

    Hello
The material 'item category group' = ERLA ,pricing is only for the main item
if  'item category group' = LUMF, then pricing takes place only on subitems.
so you will have to influence the 'item category group'.
There is also another factor, for e.g."Item category TAN" does not support explosion of BOM, this is because 'STRUCTURE SCOPE FIELD' is blank..You need to check this , and for this you need to access SPRO, which in your case, as I understand, is a limitation. In other words, you need to check this field for ZTAC (it may be empty).
    Hope this helps.

  • Automatic Attachment of Design documnets in Purchase Orders

    Hi ,
I have created the design documents with the t-code : CV01N and i have attached to material master .
Now when i crete the PUrchase Order the design document attached to the material should be copied to the Purchase order item automatically .... But it is not copied automatically ...
What are the settings required ...
    Thanks in advance
Edited by: kumargan on Feb 15, 2011 2:06 PM

    Kumargan,
In the standard SAP, there is no solution to copy the attachments to PO automatically. What you can do is to write a code in the user exit to copy the attachments to the PO using standard function modules.

  • Problem regarding Purchase Order with Free of Cost Material

    Dear Xperts,
I am facing problems while doing Goods Receipt of a Purchase Order having all the materials we are going to receive Free of Cost from the Vendor.
This case is happening with Doemstic and as well as Importer Vendors also.
    Problems to be solved:
    1. If we are using Tax Code(with excise conditions) ,excise duty calculation does not take pace automatically at Goods Receipt as the Material Value is Zero on which the duties will be calculated for a Manufactuing Plant.
    2. This case seems very problammatic if that Purchase Order is having almost thousand line items. The user has to enter all the Excise duties manually for each & every line item during Goods receipt in a manufacturing Plant.
    3. In case of Importer Purchase Order also, the CVD portion & CESS on CVD portion user has to enter manually.
    4. To solve this problem we are  not using Free Goods Indicator in PO, we are entering 0.01 paisa , but during the MIRO of Planned Delivery Costs , the system is not showing or providing POP-ups of those relevant condition types to the user to enter the actual amount.
Please advice, how can we proceed in this case.
    Regards,
    Soumick

First you are putting 0.01 value . So the planned delivery cost is not showing coz if say tax is 8% then 0.01 x 0.08 will be  0.0008. It will take first two digit after decimal and hence its 0.00 and hence plannded delivery cost is not showing.
If you put 0.5 you will be able to put planned delivery cost in MIRO
Now regarding value is zero and how will the import duty be calculated. May be make a  pricing routine where in the custom duty is not calculated on this base price 0.5 or 0.01 but on the actual value if it was not free of cost and that value you can maintain  through MEK1 transaction code.
And while posting MIRO or MIGO you need to identify that these are free of cost material and use BADI fi_ac_document
and may be replace the actual GL with some other GL so that 0.5 or 0.01  does not add to your inventory cost and you could knock off later.
    Regards
