MMS alerting from another tree

Hi,
Is it possible for my MMS server in one tree to monitor servers in another
tree? I've set it all up and even created a rule (ZfS7) to trigger all
alerts for the host address in the remote tree but it doesn't appear to be
working?
All IP traffic is currently configured to pass from the MMS server to the
host address so it's not a firewall/ACL issue.
Will I need to install another site server in the remote tree?

Yep, the SYS:\ETC\TRAPTARG.CFG on the remote server is pointing at the IP
address of the MMS server....
I think I have resolved the issue now, I had to reload the SNMP NLMs,
rather than a UNNMA5.NCF/NMA5.NCF or Reinitialize System... Seems to have
worked...

Searching for a certain binary tree from another tree........

I have been struggling for a tree search problem for a good while. Now I decide to ask you experts for a better solution :-).
Given a binary tree A. We know that every Node of A has two pointers. Leaves of A can be tested by if(node.right = =node). Namely, The right pointer of every leaf node points to itself. (The left pointer points to the node sits on the left side of the leaf in the same depth. and the leafmost node points to the root. I do no think this information is important, am i right?).
Tree B has a similar structure.
The node used for both A and B.
Node{
Node left;
Node right;
My question is how to test if tree B is a subtree of A and if it is, returns the node in A that corresponds to the root of B. otherwise, return null.
So, the method should look like:

I know a simple recursive fuction can do the job. The question is all about the effciency....
I am wonderring if this is some kind of well-researched problem and if there has been a classical solution.
Anyone knows of that? Any friend can give a sound solution?

I'm not too sure if this would help but there goes.
I think a recursive function will be the easiest to implement (but not the most efficient). In terms of recursive function if you really want to add performance. You could implement your own stack and replace the recursive function with the use of this stack (since really the benefit of recursive function is that it manages its own stack). A non-recursive function with customized well implemented stack will be much more efficient but your code will become more ugly too (due to so many things to keep track of).
Is tree B a separate instance of the binary tree? If yes then how can Tree B be a subset/subtree of tree A (since they are two separate "trees" or instances of the binary tree). If you wish to compare the data /object reference of Tree B's root node to that of Tree A's then the above method would be the most efficient according to my knowledge. You might have to use a Queue but I doubt it. Stack should be able to replace your recursive function to a better more efficient subroutine but you will have to manage using your own stack (as mentioned above). Your stack will behave similar to the recursive stack to keep track of the child/descendant/parent/root node and any other references that you may use otherwise.

How do i Drag and drop From one tree to another and vise versa?

I have two tree structures and i'm trying to drag a leaf of a branch from one tree to another and vise versa. i'm using flex 3 to code it. I'm also trying to put a prevention on dropping a leaf of one tree from being dropped inside a branch of another tree. Anything that is dragged over to another tree should be placed as a dangling node in that tree. Please share this code and help me find a solution.

Yes, I have set dragEnabled and dropEnabled to true. I trying to put restriction on dropping the node(aka leaf) of 1st free tree inside the branch(aka folder) of the 2nd tree. If something is dragged from tree1, it should be dropped only on tree2 i.e., dragged node should be appended at the end of tree2 and not inside nay of the branches of tree2. This functionality should work on both the trees. I'll be glad if u can provide the solution.

Copying data from a tree to another

Hi all!
I am in a trouble when I try to copy somedata from one tree to another one.
The interface allows the user to select one item from the first tree, and then when he clicks on a button, this item is copied to the second tree. The first tree stays in the same way. It is not permitted to the user to do any operation on the first tree.
It is permitted to the user to remove items from the second tree. But I implemented this without any trouble.
The problem occurs, after I selected the item that will be copied. Then, when I click on Add button, an unexpected error occurs.

This feature was common in basic phones and feature phones but is absent on Android, Apple
and Windows phones.
It's useful if your operating a business and want to distinguish if an incoming call is a personal
or a business call.

I understand that you would like a way to distinguish between incoming calls that were dialed directly to your phone number, and incoming calls that were forwarded to your phone number (from another phone).
Unfortunately, there is no such feature in Firefox OS that I am aware of. Forwarding services such as Google Voice may have settings available that would allow you to distinguish the forwarded incoming calls, but I am not entirely sure.

How to handle "/9.2.0/root.sh as root from another window" in silent instal

Hi,
I was successful to start a silent installation of Oracle9iR2 using a responsefile on my System RHEL 3. But the installation ends soon and a wrong successful install message:
Error :*** Alert: A configuration script needs to be run as root before installation can proceed. Please leave this window up, go run /opt/app/oracle/product/9.2.0/root.sh as root from another window, then come back here and click OK to continue. ***
The installation of Oracle9i Database was successful.
I use -ignorePatchConflicts for ignoring the patch conflicts. But How do I handle these issues. Where I have to run root.sh ... etc in teh Non Interactive Install.
I am scripting solution for non interactive install and manual intervention to run these root.sh shell scripts at different points of install is not a good idea as it wont help me automate the install.
Please let me know if anyone has solved this problem with -silent install.

Accessign webservice result from another mxml file

I have an mxml application that uses the <mx:webservice
function to load a wsdl and get some values. I have tested the code
and it works fine and i can get the result and fault methods
correctly.
I would now like to call this service from another mxml file
and use access the result or fault string accordingly.
example scenario would be that when i load my main page, i
would like the lookup values obtained from using the webservice to
be available.
i tried the following but didnt get any luck. Here lookup is
the mxml file which contains the webservice, which i am importing
in this file. GetLookValuesWithAuth is the operation name.

I have no idea about web services, but it seems to me you
should have a
closing curly bracket in the wdsl property.

Depending on your carrier, you may be able to see recent calls by logging into your account on the carrier's web site, if they offer such a feature, though incoming calls being shown is not usual. There will, as diesel said, be no way to see messages already received, either SMS/MMS or iMessages, without having the phone.

Ajax Report Pull from another Page Pagination override

We are on a time crunch and need to get this application working in a timely manner, any help would greatly be appreciated..
*[History leading up to problem]*
We followed the code from this example http://apex.oracle.com/pls/otn/f?p=11933:48:4441142106394445 which pulls a report from another page using AJAX so we could update a report (in this case a tabular form). Since Tabular Forms cannot update past 30-40 records we had to turn on pagination to prevent errors when trying to submit it.
Since Pagination on the bottom of the report/tabular form links to the other page the report is on, I decided to attempt to override next> href link to instead call a javascript with the url from next> (Report/Tabular Form Pagination) with Jquery the following code {the override is working} {comments added here for clarification}...

Since the report is on another page (in this case 205) and is being pulled onto Page 200 where the user is, when the user clicks on the Next> for the report/tabluar form pagination, the user is automatically thrown to page 205 {I want to keep the user on page 200 and pass the pagination, then pull the report/tabular form again}
I looked at the link http://apex.oracle.com/pls/otn/f?p=11620:63:834860992188521::NO::: but I am not sure where to stick the report pagination{I thought it would be queryString {above you see I am setting temp[4] in the queryString parameter}..
I know the function is working since I get the alert messages, after that where the report would be it gives the following error...

Thanks cb... it worked like a charm..
but at first, I Could not get it to work because in my report that was being pulled from another page did not have Enable Partial Refresh set to Yes under Report Attributes > Layout and Pagination.. When it was off the a href link of the pagination was showing a standard link. Once Enable Partial Refresh was set to Yes, the pagination then showed a link to javascript:$a_report(...); which meant you can now override it with the javascript function.

I'm able to save the structure and data to a text file, thanks to the "save tree structure to textfile" info found on this msg board, but can't seem to load the complete tree structure data from the text file into another tree. I've only been able to load parent data but can't get the hierarchy of the tree with the indents and child data to work.

Hi Vishal,
Just try to Embed the another WD Component into Component Controller first.
And then Create a View and map it to window as U regularly do,
then in Window- Explore the tree until that View, now open Context Menu for Embed View Option and from the scroll U get search for that WD Component U wanna Embed.
U also have to handle Plugs here, Because the result application required some parameters to be passed that U do from ur first application by passing those values through Plugs.

You can check if Pc has alert or not from
Rspc> Processchain>attributes--? alert
If alert check box is on ,your pc has alert
Make sure you have sufficient authorization to do it.
Anyway will give you step by step procdure for it
You can send messages to an application process of the chain, depending on the success or failure of the process.
1. To do this, using the context menu for a process, create another process variant of type Send Message.
2. If you maintain a message, first specify whether you want the message to be sent when the process has been completed successfully or unsuccessfully. Then choose Next.
3. A dialog box appears, in which you can select an existing process variant or create a new one.
4. If you create a new process variant, edit the document that is going to be sent and maintain a list of recipients.
5. Save your process variant and go back.
The message process variant is now assigned to your application process. When the message is sent, the status information and the process log are also sent.
Note, you must configure SAPconnect in order to ensure that your system can send email - use transaction SCOT if this has not been configured.
It's set as a property for an individual process in the chain. You would have to set on each process where you want notification.
One technique you might consider, is that tou can create a "meta-chain" made up of local chains, and you can set a message on each of the "local chain" processes in the meta-chain

After that, the values will be populated in the New Item form after you have selected the lookup column value.
If you just want to set the Assigned To filed value, then you can use workflow to update the column value after creating the task.

Cant view objects from another schemas

I successfully created a database connection.
With provided login I can access to tables from another schemas in SQL Worksheet, but I cant see any objects from those schemas in the connection tree.
What's wrong?

The Schemas are being filtered so that you only automatically see the schema for the connection that you logged on with. To change the schemas that are visible you need to :
1) Select the connection name in the Navigator (you should see that it has a filter icon overlaid showing that it is being filtered)
2) Invoke the context menu and select 'Apply filters'
3) Shuttle over the other Schemas you wish to see and press OK
