Modify User website or not modify? Please suggest
I need to write an access request application in IDM 7.1. I was thinking of modifying the user website. I have the below question that I hope you let me know your suggestions of what you would do in this situation please?
1) If I modify the user website then what if we upgrade IDM in the future and the new version will overwrite the user website? Should I modify the user website or copy it and create a separate folder called MyUser?
2) If the suggestion is I should not modify the user website, can I just copy the user folder and create a separate folder called MyUser in the same directory level? Is that okay or idm has some configurations stored inside it that reference the user website specifically?

Hi Andrew,
if you check documentation if can find out which object you should modify and which not.
If you are modifying other than recomm then offcouce in case of upgrade you need to make sure those files have backup somewhere and the u can merge new change in modified files manully

I bought iPhone 5 in Singapore in May '13 and then moved to India . The phone worked well in India till end Sep'13. But in Oct '13, while auto installing 7.0.3, the phone started hanging and the signal went for "search " forever. I tried to reset the phone to factory settings and everything went blank. It is stated that the IMEI number has been greyed out in the phone and only Apple Singapore can fix it.
Apple India refused to touch the phone as it was bought in Singapore. Tried with online support without any success till now. I am unable to send the phone to Singapore for repair - as it cannot be send by courier by individuals and Apple Singapore service does not accept over courier.
Tried online support and but it did not work
Please suggest option to repair and make the phone usable in India.
Regret for having bought iPhone at Singapore.Thank you for the quick response. I understand warranty coverage is only for Singapore ( place of purchase).
Help required: Can the online support from Apple really help in restoring the phone?
1.What is the purpose of iPhone Restore option in iCloud / iTune ? if it user cannot do in such instances
2.Why should the IMEI number get "greyed" after a use of 6 months?
3.Why should a Apple working product fail when updating a new version of the software?
Surely points 1 to3 above are shortcomings of Apple software and its product. Such HIGH priced premium product needs much more reliability. Apple should consider global warranty specifically for people who travel -else the problem will erode its market share. Apple competition too have the same issue.
Having stated the above, I sincerely regret going in for a Apple product and that too buying in Singapore. I have learnth a hard and extremely costly lesson -

The faulty drive is : OPTIARC DVD RW AD-7170A 1.NCThe Optiarc drives are Sony (NEC dropped out of the Optiarc consortium) and they're the ones that are failing!
Lost the NEC controllers?
I hadn't seen a connection between Optiarc and Sony (here in Japan).

Yes, if you create webservice by creating soap sender and give WSDL, then they will have to write webservice client program in java or any language to access your webservice. This program will be called in their side at the time of hitting submit button of the web page.
For this you have to go through soap sender sdn documents.
or As I already mentioned, create HTTP sender and provide your payload structure and url as we discussed in the above replies. A has to create coding to post HTTP using the url during submit hit button on their web page.

no. Http adaptor is in abap stack. so you dont need sender agreement. -

I am using UPK developer 12.1.0 single user. My sofware has crashed and needs reinstallation. Please suggest how can I take back up of my source files. I am unable to open the application and i can not locate the library backup folder on my local machine.

Using the Admin console, I am trying to add a new permission to an ACL and I am running
in to an error. The ACL is "weblogic.jndi.lightbridge.rms" and I am trying to add
the "lookup" permission. The error that I encounter is:
User "system" does not have Permission "modify" based on ACL "weblogic.admin.acl".
I have tried given the "system" user the permission (through the Admin console) but
I encounter the same error. I seem to have run into a "chicken or the egg" problem.
How do I give the "system" user the permission?Try adding this entry to filerealm.properties and rebooting the server
acl.modify.weblogic.admin.acl=Administrators
and make sure that the "system" user is in the "Administrators" group. It should be by
default.
Now you should be able to add any ACL's and corresponding privileges that you like.
You could also add your ACL manually to fileRealm.properties--
acl.lookup.weblogic.jndi.lightbridge.rms=system

I am using the client side object model to upload the document in the document library, its working fine, but the modified by column the each user name is not updated, instead of system name is updated for all the

Hi, I tried to find an answer to this issue believing I wouldn't be the only one to see this, but I could not find the answer to my iTunes issue. I updated to iTunes 9, since I did that, I am unable to buy any Season Pass. I tried with 3 different season passes and all I get is a message saying "This item is currently being modified, please try again later". I tried to reeinstall iTunes 9, I updated to SL 10.6.1 this morning, logout of iTunes etc ... nothing seems to solve my problem. Any good idea is welcome.
I'm having the same problem. I tried to buy a season pass to the SD version of my favorite show, and was told I had to install iTunes 9.0 first. I did that, and then started getting this "Purchase unavailable. Item is being modified. Try again later" message, which has been coming up for two days solid now. Interestingly enough, other folk trying to buy the same series have had the same problem - UNLESS they were buying the $20 more expensive HD version of the season pass, which began downloading instantly. Given that the HD season pass includes a copy of the SD version for viewing on an iPod, there can't be a problem with the SD version, so what's going on with the inability to purchase it? The single new SD episode is also apparently downloadable individually, but can't be gotten on a season pass. Have submitted request for assistance to customer service (and REALLY hate how clunky that system is, when it comes to finding out where to submit a query), and haven't heard anything back yet. Am NOT happy.

mine is a idoc to MDM adapter scenerio. The idoc message is successfully passing the PI integration engine , but failing in the adapter engine ( MDM communication channel ) giving the following message.

I have tried connecting to the same MDM server using a receiver file adapter and it is working absolutely fine. But dont know why the mdm adapter is giving the following error. I have cross checked the adapter parameters with the MDM guy. They are OK.
I was wondering this was a version / service error, how can I chack the service pack of MDM Comm channel .

We are using the above script. Defined the application/x-java-applet;version=1.8 So. as per the oracle documentation, Firefox has to check whether java version 1.8 or above is available and then run the applet thereby opening the run window and finally the applet window has to open. So the expectation is if 1.8 jre is not available it has to trigger the pluginspage attribute thereby redirecting to the jre autodownload url mentioned in pluginspage. This code use to work for firefox 21. Not sure why it will not work with any of the versions above 21. Right now we are trying with firefox 36. The same code works with IE 11 also. However to further investigate I would suggest troubleshooting the installation of Java:

ThanksNoooo! Actually I too had d same prob wit my iPhone 4S. When I connect to my wifi network it won't get connected or it wil be grey scaled! I took it to d istore and since I had warranty they replaced my IPhone. It iPad charger has high volt than ur iPhone charger so when u connect wit it, there is a chance where large amount of current passes thru ur iPhone. So for sure it wil damage ur motherboard and its parts! Many said that iOS 6 or 6.0.1 or 6.1 was d reason for tis wifi prob! But apple never made its mistake wit it's software. If and only if u hav hardware prob u wil hav these sort of wifi prob Bluetooth prob! So best way s to replace ur iPhone!
